Order Instructions
This specification is edited by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry in accordance with the requirements of the State Planning Commission's Document No. 450 (1986). The specific revision work is organized by the Installation Engineering Standard and Quota Station of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and revised in conjunction with the relevant units under the Ministry.
During the revision process, the revision team carefully summarized the experience since the implementation of the original "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Foundry Equipment Installation Projects"; fully investigated and understood the standardization and scientific research results of my country's foundry equipment manufacturing industry; absorbed new technologies, new materials and new processes in foundry equipment installation projects. Strictly follow the procedures, steps and requirements of the Ministry of Construction to revise standards and specifications, and finally the former Ministry of Machinery Industry will review and finalize it together with relevant departments. This specification is divided into ten chapters and one appendix. The main contents of the revision are: 1. The installation, adjustment and test of special sand mixers, multi-contact high-pressure molding machines, airflow impact molding machines, intermittent electro-hydraulic sand cleaning chambers, low-pressure casting machines, 336
cupolas, power frequency coreless induction furnaces, electric arc furnaces and shot blasters have been added; the scope of application and applicability of this specification have been expanded; 2. According to the product technical conditions and accuracy standards recently formulated by the foundry equipment manufacturing industry, the corresponding installation engineering construction and acceptance specifications have been revised; 3. The new technologies, new materials and new processes of the installation engineering have been enriched; 4. The measurement units, nouns, terms, etc. have been greatly revised according to the current national standards and foundry equipment manufacturing industry standards. Chapter 1 General
Article 1.0.1 This specification is specially formulated to ensure the quality and safe operation of foundry equipment installation projects and promote the advancement of installation technology.
Article 1.0.2 This specification applies to the construction and acceptance of installation projects of general sand processing, core making, sand dropping, cleaning, metal mold casting, investment mold manufacturing and smelting equipment. Article 1.0.3 In addition to complying with the provisions of this specification, the construction and acceptance specifications for foundry equipment installation projects shall also comply with the provisions of current relevant national standards and specifications.
Chapter 2 General Provisions
Article 2.0.1 Before installing foundry equipment, the dimensions of steel structures, concrete structures and equipment foundations related to equipment installation shall be re-inspected according to the engineering design and corresponding construction and acceptance specifications. Only after they meet the requirements can the equipment be installed. Article 2.0.2 The unpacking inspection and cleaning of casting equipment shall meet the following requirements:
The specifications and quantity of the equipment shall be counted according to the equipment packing list and shall meet the design requirements. The surface shall be free of damage and other abnormal phenomena.
2. The surface of the equipment shipped as a whole shall be cleaned, and the internal parts of the equipment shall not be disassembled and cleaned. 3. The surface of the disassembled parts of the equipment shipped disassembled shall be cleaned. The assembled parts, precision parts, seals, etc. shall not be disassembled and cleaned.
Article 2.0.3 When the casting equipment is in place, the allowable deviation of its position and elevation shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding chapters of this specification. Article 2.0.4 When casting equipment is installed on a concrete foundation, it shall meet the following requirements:
When leveling the vibration compression type and vibration compaction type molding machines, which are heavy or vibrate greatly, the foundation surface in contact with the pad iron or base shall be flattened or ground.
2. For inertial vibration sand-dropping machines, which generate thundering centrifugal force, hard square wood shall be placed between their base and foundation. Article 2.0.5 When casting equipment is installed on a metal structure, it shall meet the following requirements:
, when leveling, it is advisable to use pad iron, and after leveling, the pad iron shall be welded to the metal structure support.
Second, for casting equipment with large vibration or high precision requirements, it is not suitable to use shims; the upper plane of its metal structure support should be straight, and the longitudinal and lateral installation horizontal deviations should not be greater than 1/1000. Third, for casting equipment that is heavy or has vibrating centrifugal force, hardwood, hard rubber plate or felt and other lightening materials should be added between the support and the metal structure.
Article 2.0.6 The metal structure, equipment shell, door wall plate, platform, escalator, etc. of the casting equipment should be inspected according to the design requirements before installation. When the technical indicators of the equipment exceed the allowable deviation, they should be corrected; when they do not meet the equipment product standards, the original manufacturing department should be responsible for repair or replacement. The geometric dimensions, position and elevation of its installation should comply with the provisions of the design and equipment technical documents.
Article 2.0.7 When assembling casting equipment, after the important fixed joint surface is tightened, a 0.05mm feeler gauge should be used for inspection. The insertion depth of the local gap should be less than 20mm, and the moving length should be less than 10% of the inspection length.
Article 2.0.8 The allowable deviation of the track installation of the trolley, trolley and other accessories of the casting equipment shall comply with Table 2.0.8, and the joints of the two tracks should be staggered, the staggered distance should not be equal to the wheelbase, and the welds should be smoothed.

Article 2.0.9 The installation of the shot blaster shall meet the following requirements: 1. The angle and adjustment range of the blades of the shot blaster, the installation position and direction shall comply with the provisions of the technical documents of the equipment, and shall be free of damage and defects.
2. The end faces of the two wheels of the pulleys of the motor and the impeller shall be in the same plane.
3. The joint gap between the cover of the shot blaster and the ejection port seat shall not be greater than 1mm.
4. The blades and bolts shall be cleaned and the bolts shall be tight; the weight difference of each blade shall not be greater than 5g; the weight of the two blades installed symmetrically should be equal.
5. When installing the directional sleeve, the installation position of the shot blasting rectangular window should be in a position where the projectiles can be evenly projected onto the working surface of the cleaned part. (Figure 2.0.9-1).

The projectile angle should be 40°, and the projectile trajectory (Figure 2.0.9-2) should be determined through experiments.
7. Test the trajectory of the projectile: You can paint black ink on a piece of wood or lay a layer of thick paper on it, put it in the position where the workpiece is cleaned, mark the area to be projected on the soil, start the shot blaster, add a small amount of projectiles to the shot blaster funnel, check the position of the projectile belt, and readjust the directional sleeve window when it is not suitable. When the projectile is projected on the lower guard plate, the directional sleeve window should be adjusted backward; when it is projected on the upper guard plate, its window should be adjusted forward.
Note: The positioning angle of 130° refers to the positioning angle of the Φ500m shot blaster: it varies with the diameter of the impeller. Article 2.0.10 The no-load trial operation of the casting equipment shall comply with the current national standard "General Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering" and the relevant provisions of this specification, and shall also meet the following requirements:
1. Before the trial operation, the casting equipment and its ancillary devices, pipeline electrical control, etc. shall be completed, and the complete protection device shall meet the requirements after inspection.
2. The steps and procedures of the test run should be the electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling and other systems first, and then the process movements of the mechanical equipment; manual first, then motorized: first the local single machine, then the whole machine and the complete set of linkage. When the previous step has not been tested and inspected, the test work of the next step shall not be carried out.
3. During the test run, the rotating and moving parts should be checked first, and they should be flexible and free of jamming; then check the start, operation, stop and brake of the main motion mechanism, the stroke, speed change and limit of the reciprocating motion, etc.; its operation should be smooth, correct and reliable, without creeping, stagnation, abnormal vibration and abnormal sound. 4. The following inspections should be carried out during the test run, and actual measurement records should be made:
1. The meshing of the gear pair, chain and sprocket should be smooth, without abnormal sound and wear; the transmission belt should not slip, and the deviation of the flat belt should meet the design requirements.
2. The inlet and outlet temperatures of the hydraulic, lubrication and cooling systems should be normal, and the pressure should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents. 3. The temperature rise of sliding bearings should not be greater than 35℃. Its temperature should not be higher than 70℃; the temperature rise of rolling bearings should not be greater than 40℃, and its temperature should not be higher than 80℃.
4. Various instruments and controls should work normally, correctly and reliably.
5. The air pressure used should be stable at 0.55MPa, except for special requirements.
6. The time of no-load continuous test run should be implemented in accordance with the provisions of each chapter of this specification; when there is no provision, 1~2h is suitable. Article 2.0.11 After the no-load test run is completed, the power supply and other power sources should be cut off, and the pressure should be relieved, the air should be released, the sewage should be discharged or the water should be discharged. The bolts of each fastening part and the cleanliness of the lubricant should be checked or tightened again.
Chapter 3 Sand Processing Equipment
Section 1 Clay Sand Mixer
Article 3.1.1 This section applies to the installation of inlaid wheels, balance wheels, roller rotors and countercurrent rotor mixers. Article 3.1.2 The horizontal allowable deviation of the installation of the sand mixer shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.1.2.

Article 3.1.6 When installing the dismantled factory roller sand mixer, the installation of its coupling shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard "General Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering". Article 3.1.7 No-load test run shall meet the following requirements: 1. The rotation direction of the vertical shaft of the sand mixer shall be correct. 2. The sand discharge door switch shall be flexible and reliable.
3. The gap between the roller and the bottom lining plate shall be adjusted to the specified minimum value according to the provisions of the equipment technical documents; when the roller is running, it shall be able to float upward 20mm flexibly.
4. The continuous test run time shall not be less than 1h. Section 2 Special Sand Mixing Devices
Article 3.2.1 This section applies to the installation of S20 series intermittent bowl-shaped resin sand mixers and S25 series fixed double-arm resin sand mixers.

Article 3.2.4 No-load test run shall meet the following requirements: 1. Before the trial run of the bowl-shaped resin sand mixer, no dirt shall remain inside the pipeline.
2. No sand shall be placed in the sand hopper, and no liquid shall be placed in the liquid material cylinder. 3. When starting the sand mixer, its running direction shall be correct; the opening and closing of the sand feeding gate shall be flexible and correct, and the start and stop of the resin pump, curing agent pump, etc. shall be consistent with the sand feeding movement. 4. There shall be no obvious impact or abnormal sound when the sand discharge door is opened and closed, and the action shall be accurate and reliable.
5. The horizontal spiral mixer of the double-arm continuous sand mixing device shall rotate freely, and the manual thrust shall be less than 80N.
6. The continuous operation time of the sand mixing device shall not be less than 1h. Section 3 Sand loosening machine and sand screening machine
Article 3.3.1 This section applies to the installation of blade, double-wheel sand loosening machine and polygonal and roller-shaped sand screening machine. Article 3.3.2 The longitudinal and transverse installation horizontal deviations of the sand loosening machine and sand screening machine shall not be greater than 0.5/1000. Article 3.3.3 The installation and adjustment of the double-wheel sand loosening machine shall meet the following requirements:
, the sand loosening machine shall be fixed on the bracket and shall be located above the belt conveyor bracket (Figure 3.3.3).
2. The distance between the lower edge of the loosening machine shell and the upper surface of the belt conveyor should be 20mm, and the 340 on both sides of the shell should be adjusted.

Article 3.3.4 The installation of the roller sand screening machine shall meet the following requirements:
1. When the sand screening machine drum is installed on four supporting rollers 1, the surface of each roller should be in contact with the roller, and there should be no gap. 2. The installation horizontal deviation of the roller axis and the cylindrical screen axis should comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents. Article 3.3.5 No-load test run shall meet the following requirements 1. There should be no looseness in each fastening connection part. 2. The main shaft of the roller screen should rotate smoothly, and its axial movement should not be greater than 5mm.
3. The continuous test run time shall not be less than 1h. Chapter 4 Molding and core making equipment
Section 1 Shock and compaction molding machine
Article 4.1.1 This section applies to the installation of various compression and compaction molding machines.
Article 4.1.2 The allowable deviation of the elevation of the foundation plane in contact with the bottom surface of the molding machine base or the base of the compaction table of the flip table compaction molding machine is ±5mm, and the horizontality of the foundation plane within the contour of the bottom surface of the machine base should not be greater than 1mm for every 1000mm length, and the total length should not be greater than 2mm.
Article 4.1.3 The longitudinal and lateral installation level deviation of the working table or compaction table of the molding machine should not be greater than 0.1/1000. Article 4.1.4 The allowable deviation of the installation of the relevant mechanisms of the turntable compacting molding machine shall comply with the requirements of Table 4.1.4 (Figures 4.1.4-1~4.1.4-3).
Article 4.1.5 The installation of the sand mold trolley track of the turntable compacting molding machine shall comply with the provisions of Article 2.0.8 of this specification. Article 4.1.6 During the no-load test run, the air pressure shall be stable at 0.55MPa, and the oil temperature of the hydraulic system tank shall not exceed the provisions of the equipment technical documents; when there are no provisions, it shall not exceed 55C; and shall comply with the following requirements:

1. Some sand should be sprinkled at the four corners and the center of the compaction table. The sand should not move in the same direction during the shock;
2. A flat washer should be placed at each of the four corners and the center of the compaction table. During the shock, the washer should stick to the table surface without jumping or significant movement;
3. The shock should be 15 minutes each time. The shock should be smooth and powerful without twisting and swinging. All fastening parts should not be loose. 2. The flip mechanism of the flipping table solid molding machine: 1. When the flipping table hits the solid table, there should be no relative jumping and longitudinal and lateral movement, and the cone and the bracket should not have collision phenomenon; 2. When the upper arm rises within 10-20mm, the two ends of the flipping table should rise synchronously; when the flipping table continues to rise, its connecting rod mechanism should not be blocked; when it turns to 180°, the action should stop slowly, and the sand box should not vibrate.
3. The rocker arm should rotate smoothly and flexibly, and there should be no collision when closing or leaving.
4. The demoulding mechanism:
1. The demoulding piston should be smooth and flexible when it rises and falls at fast or slow speeds; when it falls to near the lowest position, the action should be slow.
2. The compaction piston should rise and fall smoothly and flexibly, and the maximum stroke should comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents.
Section 2 Multi-contact high-pressure molding machine
Article 4.2.1 This section applies to the installation of multi-contact high-pressure molding machines.
Article 4.2.2 When installing the molding machine, the same elevation reference point should be used to measure the elevation of each part, and the main elevation allowable deviation is ±1mmc
Article 4.2.3 When installing the molding machine that is shipped as a whole, the longitudinal and transverse installation level deviation of the plane on the bottom beam should not be greater than 0.5/1000, and the installation level deviation of the workbench should not be greater than 0.1/1000

Article 4.2.5 The number of hydraulic system pipelines of the compaction mechanism shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard "General Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering".
Article 4.2.6. The no-load test run shall meet the following requirements: 1. The fast and slow mold release actions shall be smooth, without obstruction or impact.
2. When the standard sand box edge roller is used for pushing, the movement shall be smooth, without jumping or jamming.
3. The automatic continuous operation time of the whole machine shall not be less than [5min each time, and shall not be less than 1h in total.
Section 3 Horizontal parting box-off compaction molding machine Article 4.3.1 This section applies to the installation of Z32 series horizontal parting box-off compaction molding machine.
Article 4.3.2 When installing the molding machine, the turntable shall be used as the reference, and the allowable deviation of its elevation is ±5mm
Article 4.3.3 The installation level of the molding machine shall be measured on the reference surface of the machine frame, and its longitudinal and lateral deviations shall not be greater than 0.05/1000
Article 4.3.4 After the molding machine that is shipped as a whole is installed, the allowable deviation of the re-inspection of its relevant parts shall comply with the requirements of Table 4.3.4. Article 4.3.5 The no-load test run shall meet the following requirements: 1. The air source and power supply shall be connected, and the test tire mold shall be installed. 2. Article 4.5.2 The installation level of the air impact molding machine should be measured with a spirit level on the lower working surface of the workbench, and its longitudinal and lateral horizontal deviations should not be greater than 0.1/1000. Article 4.5.3
When the air impact molding machine is re-inspected, it should meet the following requirements:

Section 6 Core Shooting Machine
Article 4.6.1 This section applies to the installation of ordinary core shooting machines and hot core box core shooting machines.
Article 4.6.2 The installation level of the single-station core shooting machine shall be measured on the work surface, and the allowable deviation of its longitudinal and transverse levels shall not be greater than 0.1/1000.
Article 4.6.3 The installation level of the double-station core shooting machine shall be measured on the four boss planes of the top piston end face, and the longitudinal and lateral horizontal deviations shall not be greater than 0.1/1000. Article 4.6.4 The no-load test run shall meet the following requirements: 1. The lifting action of the workbench shall be smooth; there shall be no impact at the end of the stroke.
2. The reciprocating motion of the plate on the upper part of the sand shooting cylinder shall be free, accurate and reliable.
3. The action of the clamp and the core machine shall be smooth, flexible and without body movement.
4. For manual operation, the operation time for each operation shall not be less than 10 minutes, and the cumulative operation shall not be less than 30 minutes; the automatic continuous operation time shall not be less than 2 hours, and the action shall be correct and reliable. Section 7 Inertial Vibration Table
Article 4.7.1 This section applies to the installation of inertial vibration tables for molding or core making of resin self-hardening sand, water glass sand and synthetic sand. Article 4.7.2 The installation level should be measured when the vibrating table is on the upper plane of the bracket or roller, and its deviation should not be greater than 0.3/1000; after the workbench is raised, the installation level deviation of the upper plane should not be greater than 0.8/1000.
Article 4.7.3 The eccentric block of the vibration table motor shaft should be adjusted according to the provisions of the equipment technical documents, and the angle of the eccentric blocks at the two ends of the shaft should be consistent, and the chord difference should be less than 1mm.
Article 4.7.4 The no-load test run should meet the following requirements: 1. The vibration of the workbench should be uniform, without obvious impact sound, and no shaking.
2. The continuous test run time should not be less than 1h. Section 8 Sandblasting Machine
Article 4.8.1 This section applies to the installation of fixed and monorail mobile sandblasting machines with tangential or axial sand feeding. Article 4.8.2 The assembly of the sandblasting machine shall meet the following requirements: 1. The verticality of the column shall not deviate by more than 0.5mm for every 1000mm length.
2. The longitudinal and transverse horizontality of the large rocker arm shall be tested respectively at the 30° position of left and right rotation, and the deviation shall not be greater than 0.5/1000; when the large rocker arm is a single cylinder, the transverse horizontality may not be measured.
3. When the large and small rocker arms are in a straight line or 90°, the sinking amount of the sandblasting head shall comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents. Article 4.8.3 The installation of the upper and lower guide rails of the monorail mobile sandblasting machine shall meet the following requirements:
1. The longitudinal installation horizontal deviation of the lower guide rail shall not be greater than 0.5/1000, and it shall be measured every 4000mm along the entire length; the maximum relative elevation difference along the entire length shall not be greater than 7mm. 2. The straightness of the center line of the lower and upper guide rails in the vertical plane should not exceed 1mm for every 1000mm length; the deviation should not exceed 2mm for every 5000mm length; and the deviation should not exceed 5mm2 for the entire length. 3. The lower and upper guide rails should be on the same cross section, and the allowable deviation of the vertical distance a between their center lines is ±2mm (Figure 4.8.3).
4. When the guide rail joints are connected with connecting plates, the gap should not be greater than 1mm, and the left and right offsets at the joints and the height difference of the working surface should not be greater than 0.5mm; the welds connected by butt welding should be polished.

Section 4.8.4. The no-load test run should meet the following requirements: 1. The large and small rocker arms should rotate flexibly in the left and right directions respectively; when stopped at any position, there should be no self-rotation phenomenon. 2. The conveyor belts on the large and small rocker arms should not deviate when running.
3. The movements of each mechanism of the hydraulic transmission should be smooth, without impact and running.
4. The blades of the sand blasting head should rotate in the correct direction, without violent vibration and abnormal sound.
5. When the monorail mobile sand blasting machine moves along the entire journey, there should be no jamming, automatic sliding and machine shaking; there should be no impact when starting, running and stopping; there should be no jamming between the sand supply belt.
6. The continuous test run time should not be less than 1h. Section 9 Mechanized Modeling Line
Article 4.9.1 The installation datum line and elevation of the mechanized modeling line shall be based on the main equipment in the modeling line layout diagram to determine the common installation datum line and datum elevation point: if necessary, a general or permanent center mark plate or datum point may be buried according to the specific requirements of the equipment.
Article 4.9.2 The allowable deviation between the common installation datum line and datum elevation point and the designed equipment position is 20mm; the positioning center line and datum point of the main equipment of the whole line shall be based on the common datum line and datum elevation of the whole line, and the allowable deviation of their position and distance shall be ±1mm. Article 4.9.3 The installation of the main equipment of the modeling line shall comply with the relevant provisions of this specification. The installation of its auxiliary equipment and supporting equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standards. Article 4.9.4 When positioning, aligning and leveling the auxiliary equipment, the corresponding main machine shall be used as the reference, and the distance, position and elevation difference shall comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents.
Article 4.9.5 The installation of conveying equipment such as casting conveyors, rollers and hanging chains connected or linked to the main equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Specifications for the Construction and Acceptance of Continuous Transportation Equipment Installation Engineering".
Article 4.9.6 The no-load test run of the molding line shall comply with the following requirements:
, the main equipment, auxiliary equipment and related continuous transportation equipment and other equipment of the molding line shall be completed, and the no-load test run of the molding line shall be carried out only after they have been debugged and inspected separately or in sub-units.
2. According to the process flow of the molding line, the action and conversion operation tests of various mechanisms shall not be less than three times, and their operation shall be flexible, accurate, reliable and stable; the interlocking coordination shall be strict, without impact, vibration and blocking; if there is a requirement for speed adjustment and change, it shall also be tested at various speeds, and the test time shall not be less than 3 minutes, and the operation time at the highest speed shall not be less than 10 minutes.
3. The following inspections should be carried out during operation and should comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents and the following requirements: 1. Temperature rise and maximum temperature of the main bearings. 2. Inlet and outlet temperatures of the hydraulic, lubricating and cooling system media.
3. Working cycle time of the automatic line. 4. The actions of each part in the automatic working cycle should be coordinated with each other, continuous and accurate, with normal signals and no abnormal sounds. 4. The full-line no-load test run of the mechanized molding line should not be less than 30 minutes. The full-line no-load test run of the mechanized automatic molding line should first be manually controlled for a time of not less than 30 minutes; then automatically controlled for a time of not less than 2 hours. Chapter V Sand Dropping Equipment
Section 1 Sand Dropping Machine
Article 5.1.1 This section applies to the installation of inertial vibration sand drop machines, inertial impact sand drop machines and eccentric vibration sand drop machines. Article 5.1.2 The installation of the sand-dropping machine shall meet the following requirements: 1. The horizontal deviation of the installation of the sand-dropping machine: the axial direction shall not be greater than 0.5/1000, and shall be measured on the pulley surface; the longitudinal direction shall not be greater than 1/1000, and shall be measured on the plane of the machine base or on the chassis.
2. Hardwood squares should be placed between the chassis and the foundation. 3. The plane of the spring seat and the spring shall be in even contact; the difference in the free height of the springs of the same base surface shall not be greater than 2mm; the difference in the height of the two groups of springs shall not be greater than 3mm.
Article 5.1.3 The no-load test run shall meet the following requirements: 1. The axial deflection of the machine body shall not be greater than 5mmc 2. The time of the no-load test run shall not be less than 1h. Section 2 Pneumatic core sand-dropping machine
Article 5.2.1 This section applies to the installation of the pneumatic core sand-dropping machine.
Article 5.2.2 The installation level deviation of the sand-dropping machine shall not be greater than 0.5/1000, and shall be measured on the guide rod with a level. Article 5.2.3 The no-load test run shall meet the following requirements: 1. The hip moving frame shall move smoothly and freely along the guide rod, and there shall be no jamming.
, When the moving frame has not reached the end position, its vibration piston shall not work.
3. The moving piston shall move freely and hit forcefully. 4. The no-load test run time shall not be less than 1h. Section 3 Intermittent Electro-Hydraulic Sand Cleaning Chamber
Article 5.3.1 This section applies to the installation of intermittent electro-hydraulic sand cleaning chambers for removing core sand and residual molding sand. Article 5.3,2 The installation and adjustment of the sand cleaning chamber shall meet the following requirements:
1. The contact area between the brake hub and the conical centrifugal and the winch brake belt shall not be less than 80% of the joint surface, and the contact points shall be evenly hooked; the friction plate shall be flexible in separation and engagement. 2. The grounding resistance of the high-voltage discharge circuit should be less than 0.50; the resistance between the grounding screw and the casing should be less than 0.10. Article 5.3.3 The no-load test run should meet the following requirements: 1. The electro-hydraulic working temperature should be controlled between 5 and 40°C. 2. The actions of each mechanism should be flexible, reliable, stable and free of abnormal phenomena.
3. The number of operating cycles should not be less than 5 times. Section 4 Hydraulic Sand Cleaning Device
Article 5.4.1 This section applies to the installation of hydraulic sand cleaning devices for cleaning large castings.
Article 5.4.2 Before assembly, metal components and wall panels should be calibrated; the opening angle of the metal door should be greater than 90°, and the deviation of the installation of the hydraulic sand cleaning device (Figure 5.4.2) should meet the requirements of Table 5.4.2.

Chapter 6 Cleaning Equipment
Section 1 Roller Cleaning Machine
Article 6.1.1 This section applies to the installation of circular, square and hexagonal intermittent roller cleaning machines. Article 6.1.2 The installation of roller cleaning machines shall meet the following requirements:
1. The installation level of the roller base shall be measured on the two bearing seats of the roller using equal height blocks, flat rulers and spirit levels, and the deviation shall not be greater than 0.5/1000.
2. The position deviation of the axis of the two hollow shaft necks to the axis of the two bearing shells in the horizontal plane shall not be greater than 0.15mm; when the inner diameter of the roller is greater than 1000mm, it should not be greater than 0.25mm.
3. The contact points between the journal and the bearing shell should not be less than 2 on the 25mm×25mm area, and the contact points of the upper bearing shell should not be less than 4, and the contact angle should be within the range of 60°~90°; the gap between the upper bearing shell and the hollow journal should be 1/1000 ~ 2/1000 of the hollow journal.
