1The hose station for cleaning and other miscellaneous purposes is composed of industrial water, nitrogen, compressed air, steam and other hose interface groups. 2 According to the requirements of the public engineering system flow chart, the hose stations for steam, water, air, and nitrogen are assembled on the operating platform or on the ground.

4The location of the hose station is determined by the person in charge of pipeline design and marked on the copy of the equipment layout drawing. If it needs to be changed for some reason, the designer must propose it to the person in charge of pipeline design. 5The hose joints of the hose station are preferably arranged at a height of 1.2 meters on the operating platform or on the ground. 6The minimum diameter of the steam pipe of the hose station is DN20, and the valve is a stop valve; the minimum diameter of other pipes such as water, air, and nitrogen is DN25, and the valve is a gate valve.
7The hose station connection port of the vertical container should not be arranged outside the platform. For the sake of aesthetics and rationality and easy support, these connecting pipe ports should be arranged between the vertical container and its platform, and the hose connection port itself should be directly installed on the vertical pipe (see the figure below). It should be noted that the hose connection pipe on the tower does not hinder the opening and rotation of the manhole cover. 8The figure below is a typical hose station, where the air and steam branches are led out from the upper part of the main pipe, and the water pipe and nitrogen pipe are led out from the side of the main pipe. When designing, it can be made into a hose station with four, three, two or one pipes according to needs. In order to facilitate the establishment of pipe racks, hose stations are often located at columns.
