The unit is millimeter per hour (mm/h) or millimeter per minute (mm/min). Pavement temperature road surfacetemperature The temperature of the highway pavement (including bridge deck). Visibility visibility During the day, it refers to the maximum horizontal distance at which a target object (black, moderate size) can be seen and identified from the sky background by a person with normal vision (contrast reading value is 0.05) under the prevailing weather conditions; at night, it refers to the maximum horizontal distance at which a medium-intensity luminous body can be seen and identified. The unit is meter (m).
