1 Scope
Test method for high temperature fluidity of petrolatum anti-corrosion tape GB/T30651-2014
This standard specifies the requirements for instruments, equipment, sampling, test steps, results and test reports for the test method for high temperature fluidity of petrolatum anti-corrosion tape.
This standard is applicable to the test of the construction adaptability of petrolatum anti-corrosion tape under the ambient temperature range of 45~65℃. 2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 2.1
Petrolatum anti-corrosion tape
Petrolatum tape
A strip-shaped anti-corrosion material made by dipping non-woven fabric into a special mineral fat containing composite rust inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, modifiers, lubricants, fillers, etc.
Flowability at high temperature
The performance of the mineral fat anti-corrosion tape after the compound is conditioned for 24 hours under the ambient temperature of 45℃-65℃. 3 Reagents and materials
3.1 Acetone or alcohol: analytical pure
3.2 Steel pipe: 50m in length and 300mm in length.
4 Instrument
Constant temperature drying oven: the range is -20℃~120℃ temperature difference 5 Sampling
Take a mineral fat anti-corrosion tape with a size of 500mm×50mm as a sample. 6 Steps
6.1 Adjust the constant temperature drying oven to keep it at (60±2)℃ or other agreed temperature. 6.2 Use gauze dipped in acetone or ethanol to clean the steel pipe, remove the surface debris, and blow the surface dry. 6.3 Wrap the sample petrolatum anti-corrosion tape twice in the middle of the steel pipe, remove the excess sample, and smooth the surface. 6.4 Place the steel pipe with the sample wrapped on the bracket and place a tray under it, as shown in Figure 1. 6.5 Put the above device as a whole into the constant temperature drying oven with the temperature adjusted, keep it horizontal, and observe whether there is any compound dripping in the tray after 24 hours. 6.6 Perform 3 parallel sample tests at the same time.

7 Result judgment
