This standard is a revision of the two standards MT/T493-1995 "General Technical Conditions for Crusher for Gate Road" and MT/T494-1995 "Types and Parameters of Crusher for Gate Road" according to the requirements of technological development. The main technical contents of this standard for the revision of MT/T493--1995 and MT/T494-1995 are as follows: This standard adds the specification parameters of the chute crusher, revises some technical data, and adds the requirements for the performance of the whole machine to meet the needs of current applications and future development. This standard replaces MT/T493--1995 and MT/T494-1995 standards from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the China Coal Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Coal Industry Coal Mine Special Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of crushers for underground coal mines.

5 Basic parameters

7 Technical requirements
7.1 Basic requirements
7.1.1 Crusher shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 7.1.2 The installation dimensions and connection dimensions of the same type of crusher components shall be the same, and similar components shall be interchangeable. 7.1.3 The electrical components of the crusher shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB3836.1~GB3836.4. 7.1.4 Crusher shall be equipped with mechanical or electrical overload protection devices. 7.1.5 The crusher should be stable and free of vibration and metal impact noise when running without load, and the overall noise of the whole machine shall not exceed 90dB(A). 7.2 Structural requirements
7.2.1 The driving device of the crusher shall be able to meet the requirements of interchangeable installation of the left and right sides. 7.2.2 The crushing shaft of the wheel crusher can only rotate in the specified direction. 7.2.3 The crusher must be equipped with a safety device and should be sensitive and reliable. The transfer machine should stop immediately after the locking system takes effect. 7.3 Performance requirements
7.3.1 The crushing capacity of the crusher under normal operating conditions shall not be less than the design value. 7.3.2 The size of the material discharged by the crusher under normal operating conditions shall meet the design value. 7.4 Requirements for main components
7.4.1 The hydraulic coupling shall comply with the relevant provisions of MT/T208. 7.4.2 The reducer shall comply with the relevant provisions of MT/T148. 7.4.3 The transmission belt shall have flame retardant properties. 7.4.4 The static balance accuracy of the pulley shall meet the design requirements. 7.4.5 The hardness of the crushing teeth after surfacing or spray welding shall not be less than 45HRC. 7.4.6 The pressure of the water guide in the water sprayer of the neck crusher shall not be less than 7.85MPa. 7.5 Manufacturing and assembly requirements
7.5.1 Raw materials, parts, purchased parts, and electrical components shall be inspected according to their respective technical requirements, and can only be put into the warehouse for use and assembly after being proved to be qualified or having documents sufficient to prove their qualification.
7.5.2 The weld should be fully penetrated, smooth, continuous, and free of flow marks, and the weld size should meet the design requirements. 7.5.3 There shall be no leakage at all joints and seals. 7.5.4 The lubrication system shall be unobstructed.
7.5.5 The temperature rise of each bearing shall not exceed 65℃. 7.5.6 The connection between the wheel crusher and the transfer machine should be reliable. The upper and lower misalignment of the middle plate and the bottom plate at the interface shall not exceed 2mm, and the left and right misalignment shall not exceed 3mm.

7.5.7 The overall diagonal twist of the front plate shall not exceed 8mm, and the bending in the length direction shall not exceed 3mm. 7.5.8 The diagonal twist of the bottom beam of the bridge frame and the driving end base of the driving end frame shall not exceed 3mm, and the bending along the length direction shall not exceed 3mm.
7.5.9 The gap between the outlet crossbeam and the upper fixed bracket of the movable plate shall not be greater than 4mm, and the gap between the upper grinding plate at the bottom of the movable plate and the lower grinding plate on the connecting base bracket shall not be greater than 2mm. 7.6 Appearance oiling requirements
The exposed non-processed surface of the crusher shall be oiled, and anti-rust measures shall be taken on the exposed processed surface. 8 Test method
8.1 The appearance quality and welds shall be inspected visually and with steel rulers, vernier calipers and other tools. 8.2 Idle running test. The crusher shall be started and observed for 5 times. No interference, jamming and drumming shall occur in each moving part. Then a 24-hour continuous idle running test shall be carried out. After the idle running test, temperature rise and sealing tests shall be carried out. 8.3 During the idle running test, the noise value shall be measured with a sound level meter in two horizontal directions perpendicular to each other 1m away from the crusher. The measurement shall be made three times and the arithmetic average shall be taken.
8.4 The water guide body of the sprinkler shall be subjected to a water pressure test with a pressure of 7.85MPa, and the pressure shall be maintained for 5 minutes. No leakage shall occur. 8.5 The hardness of the blade teeth shall be tested with a hardness testing machine. 8.6 The static balance of the pulley shall be tested with a static balance test stand. During the idling test, the locking system of the safety device shall be tested by manual pulling. 8.7
8.8 The test method for the reducer shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of MT/T101. 8.9 The test method for the hydraulic coupling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of MT/T100. 9 Inspection rules
9.1 Factory inspection
9.1.1 The crusher shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and the product certificate shall be issued before it can be shipped. 9.1.2

If the crusher has unqualified items, it is allowed to readjust, repair or replace parts. The crusher must be re-inspected after readjustment, repair or replacement of parts. After passing the inspection, the crusher is still judged to be qualified. 4
10 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

10.1 The crusher should have a product label fixed in a conspicuous position. The type and size of the label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. 10.2 The product label should indicate the following main contents: a) Product model and name;
b) Product main parameters;
c) Production date or production batch number;
d) Manufacturer's name.
10.3 The crusher can be disassembled and packaged in detachable parts. The packaging should meet the transportation requirements. 10.4 The documents accompanying the product should include the following contents: a) Product certificate;
b) Packing list;
c) Product instruction manual;
d) Schematic diagram or installation diagram.
10.5 The crusher and its transmission parts and electrical parts should not be impacted or damp during transportation. The packaging mark should be clear and not easy to fall off:
