This standard is a revision of ZBJ62014—88 "Performance test method for four-column hydraulic press". This standard is consistent with the technical content of J62014—88, and has been revised in accordance with relevant regulations. This standard has been implemented since January 1, 2000.
This standard shall replace ZBJ62014-88 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard.
This standard is issued and managed by the National Standardization Technical Committee for Pressing Machinery. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Extrusion and Forging Machinery Research Institute. This standard was first issued in April 1988.

3 General requirements

3.1 After the product is inspected, except for the parts that are allowed to be adjusted as specified in this standard, it is not allowed to adjust the mechanisms and components that affect the precision and performance. 3.2 The accuracy of the filter speed machine shall be determined based on the accuracy value detected after the test. 3.3 When it is not the specified measurement or section, it can be replaced by a method that has the same effect as the specified test means. 3.4 This standard does not limit the model and specifications of the test instrument, but only specifies the instrument combination of each physical quantity of the measuring disk. Test method
a) Record the operation test according to two shifts every day, and the total number of operation cycles shall not be less than 10,000 times:

(1) After the commercial load operation
