Within three months, if the buyer has doubts about the quality of light-burned magnesium oxide, the supply and demand parties shall send the sealed sample to the provincial or provincial-level nationally recognized product quality supervision and inspection agency for arbitration inspection. 7 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
7.1 Packaging
WB/T1019—2002
Light-burned magnesium oxide is packed in woven bags lined with plastic film. The net content of each bag is 50kg, and shall not be less than 98% of the marked weight; the total weight of 20 bags randomly selected shall not be less than 1000kg. Other packaging forms shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties, but the relevant bagging quality requirements must comply with the above principles.
7.2 Marking
The packaging bag of light-burned magnesium oxide should be clearly marked with: product name, number, brand, grade, net content, production license number, producer name and address, implementation standard number, production year, month and day. The product name and brand grade should be printed in black on both sides of the packaging bag. 7.3 Transportation and storage
Light-burned magnesium oxide shall not be exposed to moisture during transportation and storage. Products of different brands and grades shall be stored and transported separately and shall not be mixed. WB/T 1019-2002

Newly developed analytical method for active MgO content
This appendix specifies the requirements and activation procedures for the newly developed analytical method used to determine the active MgO content of light-burned magnesia. A.2 The newly developed analytical method for active MgO content refers to the newly developed chemical analysis method.
A.3 The evaluation basis of the newly developed analytical method for active MgO content should be compared with the hydration method at the same time, and the average relative error within the scope of this standard shall not be greater than ±3% based on the results of the hydration method.
A.4 Basic requirements
When the newly developed analytical method for active MgO content is used to determine the active MgO content of light-burned magnesia, it must be fully tested and identified by the scientific research institutions designated by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing to prove that it can accurately determine the active MgO content, and formulate corresponding operating procedures, which shall be approved by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing or industry associations. After application, comparative tests should be conducted regularly with the hydration method. A.5 Information required for approval of newly developed active MgO content analysis method A.5.1 Feasibility study report of the newly developed active MgO content analysis method, which should include experimental studies such as the principle, instrument, reagent, operation steps, adaptability, repeatability, error analysis and comparison results with the hydration method. Appearance quality, MgO, free CaO, active MgO, ignition loss, fineness, setting time, stability and strength. 6.2 Numbering and sampling
Light-burned magnesium oxide shall be numbered and sampled according to the same brand and grade before leaving the factory. Each number is a sampling unit. Products of the same brand and grade are numbered as 100t. When less than 100t but more than 50t, they can also be used as one number. The sampling method shall be carried out in accordance with GB12573. Sampling shall be representative and can be taken continuously or from more than 20 different parts with equal amount of samples, with a total amount of at least 12kg.
The samples shall be inspected for delivery according to the method specified in Chapter 5 of this standard. 6.3 Light-burned magnesium oxide before delivery
Light-burned magnesium oxide before delivery shall ensure the content of active MgO before delivery, and the other technical requirements shall comply with the relevant requirements of this standard. 6.4 Product Acceptance
6.4.1 Scrap
Any item of free CaO, ignition loss, and stability that does not meet the requirements of this standard shall be deemed as scrap. 6.4.2 Unqualified Products
Any item of appearance, MgO, active MgO, fineness, and setting time that does not meet the requirements of this standard or whose strength is lower than the index of commodity grade shall be deemed as unqualified product of this brand and grade. If it meets the requirements of the next brand or grade, it can be downgraded and used. 6.5 Test Report
The test report shall include the various technical requirements and test results specified in this standard. When required by the user, the light-burned magnesium oxide factory shall send the test results within 7 days from the date of product shipment. 6.6 Delivery and Acceptance
