Samples taken from the same batch of products
4.2.1 Viscosity
Test according to 5.1 of GB/T2794-2013. The constant temperature water bath temperature is (25±0.1), the sample temperature is 25±0.2)℃, and bubbles should be avoided in the sample.
4.2.2 Non-volatile content
According to the test method specified in GB/T2793, the sample size is 1.2g~1.5g, and the test temperature is (110±2)℃.
Production (alcohol solubility, alcohol-water solubility)
4.2.3 Solubility
Test time is 120min
4.2.3.1 Alcohol solubility
Take an appropriate amount of solution sample in a transparent plastic bottle or glass, mix the resin solution and anhydrous alcohol in a ratio of 1:1, and visually inspect under natural light.
Alcohol-water solubility
Take an appropriate amount of bath sample in a transparent plastic bottle or glass, mix the resin solution and 90% ethanol-water solution in a ratio of 1:1, and visually inspect under natural light
4.2.4 Benzene content, benzene solvent content and methanol content shall be tested according to the provisions of Appendix B of HJ/T. a) To avoid the misjudgment caused by the overlap of baseline impurity peaks with solvent components, the residual components in the sample should be removed thoroughly after the test (programmed temperature increase can also be selected: test at a low column temperature, and then remove the residual components under high column temperature conditions) b) During the test operation (sample preparation, headspace injector, chromatographic column), the residual components of the previous sample should be avoided from affecting the next sample. c) The samples of non-benzene solvent products to be tested should be separated from benzene solvents during storage and testing to avoid contamination; d) The possible reasons for detecting trace amounts of benzene solvents in non-benzene solvent products are: wrong test results (it cannot be determined whether it is a benzene solvent based solely on the peak time of the gas phase chromatogram): benzene impurities in raw materials: contamination in the production, storage and testing environment, etc. When benzene solvents are detected in the product, use another chromatographic column with a larger difference in polarity to retest the same sample. e) In the case of non-benzene solvents, the reliability of the presence of benzene solvents increases. If the two results are the same, the reliability of the presence of benzene solvents increases. The final determination can be made:
