Use a piston pressure gauge to slowly pressurize the weight indicator and recorder of the weight indicator to 6MPa, stabilize the pressure for 5min, and then slowly reduce the pressure to normal state. Check each sealing part. There should be no deformation and leakage that affects the performance. 5.2.4 Maximum output pressure and allowable error test Install the dead rope fixture of the weight indicator garment on the special test device for the weight indicator, connect the standard pressure gauge and the pressure sensor of the weight indicator with a connecting pipeline, and use the special test device for the weight indicator to slowly add load to the dead rope fixture to the maximum dead rope tension specified in garment 1, hold for 5 minutes, and after stabilization, read the indication of the standard pressure gauge [i.e. the maximum output pressure of the dead rope fixture). Repeat the test three times, and the value should comply with the provisions of 4.3.
5.2.5 Performance test of weight indicating system
5.2.5.1 Connect the weight indicator to the piston pressure gauge with a special connecting pipeline, inject No. 45 transformer oil into the connecting pipeline, and after the air in the connecting pipeline is completely exhausted, use a flexible pressure gauge to perform pressurization and depressurization tests on the weight indicator at the selected pressure test points of 0, 1, 2, 34, 5, and 6 MPa in sequence, and record the indication of the weight indicator at each pressure point. Repeat the test twice and calculate the error of the weight indicator at each pressure point according to formula (1)2
