1 Scope
Live working with small water flushing tools!
(Long water column short water gun type)
GR/T14545—2003
This standard specifies the long water column short water gun for live working. Type of small water flow: 1. Specific technology and definition, technical requirements, test methods, frequency detection and operation specifications and packaging.
This standard applies to electrical equipment in power lines and substations with AC rated voltage of 22CkV and below, and its external insulation is continuous and water injection is the main insulation. 2 Normative referenced documents

4.1 Water gun
4.1.1 The water ring, pipe and joints in the water gun should be made of the same material as the material to prevent the water from being sprayed and the operation should be safe. The ratio of the inner diameter of the water gun's through-hole parts to the water gun's spray diameter is 4:1. The length of the handle is 1m.
4.1.2 The water-passing parts of the water gun should be able to withstand the rated drainage force of the accompanying water pump, and the work should be smooth. 4.1.3 The water grid should be made of metal or engineering plastics, and the inner surface should be flat. Under the actual speed, the water quality of the spray should be in a vertical state within the specified length. The shape and inner surface of the nozzle can be referred to in Figure 2 according to the requirements. 4.2 Water diversion pipe Figure 2 Nozzle requirements GB/T 14545-2003 4.2.1 The water diversion pipe should be an insulated pipe. There should be no defects such as bubbles, reduced diameter and load. The ratio of its inner diameter to the nozzle diameter is 4:1. 4.2.2 The water diversion pipe should be able to withstand 1.2 times the rated discharge pressure of the water cylinder and should not have obvious diameter expansion and leakage. 4.2.3 The connection head between the water diversion pipe and the water pump should be able to withstand 1.2 times the rated discharge pressure of the water cylinder. Its inner diameter should be compatible with the inner diameter of the water pipe and the connection should be convenient.
4.3 Water pump

4.3.2 The motorized water pump should have pressure stabilizing, pressure regulating, return water equipment, control valve and pressure gauge. The speed of the pump should match the water supply, and the power reserve coefficient should be not less than 1.5.
4.3,3 When the motorized water pump produces rated power and rated transfer, the volumetric efficiency shall not be less than, and the axial efficiency shall reach 85%; during discharge, the pressure should not exceed .6.
4.3.4 The temperature rise of the lubricant in the motorized water tank shall not exceed 3K. 4.3.5 The water tank shall be grounded: the water inlet shall be equipped with an energy-saving device. 4.4 Water storage containerbzxz.net
4.4.1 It shall be made of materials that do not affect the conductivity of water. 4.4.2 The water inlet shall not have a protective cover and a filter screen: 4.4.3 For water storage containers that are not easy to change the water level: a water monitoring device shall be installed. 4.4.4 The water storage container shall have sufficient mechanical strength and shall be easy to replace and use. 4.5 Water resistivity meter
A, 5.1 The numerical value of the variable position meter and the surface engraving of the water resistivity meter should be clear, and the pointer should be evenly straight; the shell should be tight and firm,
4.5.2 It should be able to work normally under the conditions of ambient temperature of 0℃~40% and the scanning speed not exceeding 6 pieces. 4.5.3 It should be waterproof and moisture-proof and can operate normally under an electric field of 5.0kV/m. 4.3 Overall connection requirements: When subjected to negative 5V radiation, the length of the machine in the direct expansion state shall be no less than that specified in Table 2: Length of the water column in Table 2 Specified as /kV Water-based length GB/T14545—2003 5 Test method 5.1 Water diversion pipe, water supply pipe 5.1.1 The surface quality is inspected by visual inspection. 5.1.2 The inner diameter of the water diversion pipe or water inspection component is measured with a vernier caliper. 5.1.3 For the test of endurance test, water and inlet pipes should be connected to the electric water pump according to the actual working conditions. The requirements of 4.1.2, 4.1. and 4.2.2., 4.2.8 should be followed. The water pressure should last for 5min. 5.2 Water
5.2.1 Manual water test simple water meter with a C--100KkPa accuracy of 9.01 grade is installed at the outlet. The test time shall not be less than 5m:nr each time. The average value of the flow rate is 1/min. 5.2.2 When testing the mechanical water system, the speed of the water pump shaft should be determined with a tachometer first, and then the pressure and flow rate should be calculated. 5.2.3 The flow rate of mechanical water should be determined with a flow meter of 0.01 level. 5.2.4 The lubricant in the mechanical axle box should be immediately measured after the water tank has been running continuously for 15 minutes. 5.2.5 The water supply should not be cut off during the water test to avoid damage to the machine parts. 5.3 Water storage tank
Fill the tank with water with a resistivity of 15000·c2m and carry out water resistivity test after 24 hours. 5.4 Water resistivity measurement
5.4.1 During the test, place the water resistivity meter in the environment specified in 4.5.2.4.2.3. 5.4.2 The resistivity of the water used in the test shall be the following 10 kinds, namely, 100·am, 100G gate: cm, 1200·cr1500ncm.20002cm.3c055m5000ncm.100c0m*cm.30000m*cru.50000ncm, a total of 19 kinds, all of which shall be approved by the conductivity meter. During the test, the measured values of 15Mcm3051.2m100*m500-cm shall not exceed 10% of the value approved by the conductivity meter. 5.5 Group test method
5.5.1 Before the test, the test product shall be assembled into a whole according to the actual conditions, and the motorized water table and water gun shall be replaced and connected firmly. When replacing the water gun, it shall be in a horizontal state. The length of the water gun without this column shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 5.5.2 The flushing time of the annual test shall not be less than 5 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Type inspection
61.1 When the factory standard product is put into production for one year or the production is interrupted for more than one year before resuming production, a type change inspection should be carried out:
8.1.2 During production, when there are major changes in the product structure, materials, and process, which affect the overall performance of the workpiece, a type inspection should also be carried out.
6.1.3 The items of type inspection shall include all test items of water pipes, water diversion pipes, water pumps, water storage tanks, water resistivity meters, and other components and the entire product specified in this standard. The inspection results shall comply with the technical requirements of this standard. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 For the factory inspection of water diversion pipes and water pipes, the performance test can be carried out after the entire product is assembled under actual working conditions for one month. The results shall meet the requirements of 1.
6.2.2 The factory inspection of water storage containers and water resistivity measuring instruments shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 5.3 to 5.4. The results shall meet the requirements of 4.4 and 4.5.
6.3 Sampling inspection
Product calibration can be carried out by random inspection. If one set fails in the first random inspection, double sampling shall be carried out for the second random inspection; if another set fails, the batch of products is still unqualified. GB/T14545-2003
The items of random inspection can be all the items of type inspection, or the overall technical requirements of the product can be tested according to the provisions of 4.6. The results shall meet the requirements of Table 2 of this standard. 7 Marking, transportation and packaging
7.1 Marking
The marking shall be clearly and permanently engraved and its contents shall include: manufacturer name, trademark, tool name
b) model, specification, performance, quantity and other technical data such as manufacturing year and month,
d) operating voltage and other ranges.
7.2 Transportation and packaging
7.2.1 Water diversion tools, water guns and other top-grade tools shall be sealed with plastic or artificial leather and then packed in wooden boxes. 7.2.2 Water guns shall be packed in waterproof boxes. The thickness of the box board shall not be less than 12mm, and the water guns shall be firmly fixed in the box. 7.2.3
The water and electricity measuring instruments should be packed in a special plastic box. When the water pump and other industrial equipment are shipped, they should be fixed firmly. The products in this box should be marked with the following signs, such as "with inquiry" and "quality protection" on the outside of the packaging box. 7.2.4
5 The product packing list and certificate of conformity must be attached to the packaging sheath. 7.2.5
