1.1 This standard applies to the classification, naming and unified model compilation of nitrogen-based molding compounds in powder, granular or fibrous form. 1.2 This standard does not provide specific uses and properties of the materials. 2 Classification
Amino molding compounds are divided into two categories according to the resin composition. The resin abbreviation code is in accordance with GB1844-80 "Abbreviation Code for Plastics and Resins": urea formaldehyde resin as the main component - UF
Melamine-H-formaldehyde resin as the main component
3 Model
Amino molding compounds are divided according to filler type, apparent properties, main use and color number. According to the type of filler, it is divided into:
α-cellulose filler—1
Glass fiber filler— 2
Synthetic fiber filler—— 3
Mineral and other fiber fillers—
Other types of fillers—
According to the apparent properties, it is divided into:
Powdered pressed plastic—
Powdered translucent pressed plastic
Granular pressed plastic—G
Granular injection molding plastic—I
Fiber-like pressed plastic—
According to the main use, it is divided into:
General use
For tableware, with hot water resistance
For electrical appliances, with excellent electrical properties
(including arc resistance)—C
For high impact resistance—D
