The "specified conditions" referred to in the following test methods are the temperature and humidity specified in GB9278. 4.1 State in the container
Open the container first. If there is a crust, remove it. Stir the contents with a stirring spoon. Although there is some sediment at the bottom of the container, there is no particularly hard block. Scraping the bottom of the container can stir the sediment. When the contents are easy to mix evenly after stirring, it is considered "no hard block after stirring, in a uniform state".
4.2 Fineness
Perform according to GB6753.1.
4.3 Construction
Two pieces of tinplate plates 70mm×150mm×(0.2~0.3)mm. Dilute the paint with the specified diluent until the outflow time is 20~25s (Tu-4 viscometer), and spray the sample onto the test plate at a pressure of 0.2~0.4MPa.
W.bzsoso:comHG/T2277—92
If there is no particular difficulty in the first spraying operation, it can be regarded as "no obstacle in spraying one coat". Leave it for 1 hour under the specified conditions and spray the third coat.
If there is no particular difficulty in the second spraying operation, it can be regarded as "no obstacle in spraying two coats". 4.4 Drying time
According to GB1728 (surface drying method A, actual drying method B). 4.5 Paint film color and appearance
According to GB9761.
4.6 Hiding power
According to GB1726 method B.
4.7 Gloss
According to GB9754.
4.8 Adhesion
According to GB1762.
4.9 Color penetration
Two glass plates of 90mm×120mm×(2~3)mm. Spray the paint sample on the glass plate, spray two times, with an interval of 30min between each time, leave it under specified conditions for 24h after spraying the second coat, spray another coat of the same type of white nitro exterior enamel, and leave it under specified conditions for 30min. Visually check whether part of the paint film is dissolved under scattered sunlight, and observe the discoloration caused by the white paint film. If the white paint film of the test plate does not show discoloration caused by color penetration, it is considered as "no color penetration".
4.10 Paint film heating test
Two glass plates of 90mm×120mm×(2~3)mm. Spray the paint sample on the glass plate, spray two times, each time interval of 30min, dry film thickness of 30 ~ 40μm, after spraying the second coat, place it under the specified conditions for 24h, bake it in a 100 ~ 105℃ oven for 2h, take it out and place it under the specified conditions for 1h, if there are no bubbles, bubbling, cracks, peeling, and the color and gloss have slight changes, it can be regarded as "slight changes". 4.11 Water resistance
According to the provisions of GB9274 Chapter 5 Test Procedure
4.12 Volatile Solvent Resistance
Method A Immersion Method 5.4 Procedure A. Four steel plates 50mm×120mm×(0.45~0.55)mm. Spray the paint sample on the steel plate, spray two times, each time interval is 30 minutes, after spraying the second time, place it under the specified conditions for 1 hour, seal the edges with the original paint, dry it at 80 ± 2℃ for 30 minutes, take it out and place it for 1 hour, immerse it in a mixed solvent of (GB1922) No. 90 solvent oil: toluene = 9:1 or (GB1922) No. 90 solvent oil for 2 hours (dry paint film thickness 30 ~ 40μm), take it out and place it under the specified conditions for 2 hours. Keep one of the four sample plates, and test three. During the test, each sample plate is immersed in a beaker, and each beaker is filled with a mixed solvent or solvent, with a depth of about 150mm, and the test plate is immersed in a depth of 120mm. During the inspection, the paint film around the test plate and within a width of about 10mm from the liquid surface is not inspected. If wrinkles, bubbling, cracks, peeling, little change in color and gloss are seen on two of the three test panels, and the coloring and turbidity of the mixed solvent or solvent are not large, it can be regarded as "no abnormality". 4.13 Solid content
Follow the provisions of Method A of GB1725.
4.14 Nitro groups in solvent-soluble substances
Add about 5g of enamel and about 10mL of acetone to a centrifuge tube, mix thoroughly with a glass rod, use the acetone in the centrifuge tube to wash as much solid matter adhering to the glass rod as possible into the centrifuge tube, add acetone again to make the liquid reach 30mL, cover the centrifuge tube with a stopper, put it into a centrifuge to centrifuge and precipitate the solid matter, take out the upper clear liquid, add it to an evaporator, heat it on a water bath, and after most of the solvent is evaporated, put it in a 105-110℃ oven to dry for 1h, cut a small amount of solid matter and put it on a drip plate, add 1 drop of identification nitric acid reagent, and observe the color immediately. If the color is dark blue 3
W, it can be regarded as "nitro groups exist".
HG/T2277-92
Nitric acid reagent: Add 0.1g of diphenylamine to nitric acid (100+33) (V/V) to dissolve it. 5 Inspection rules

Construction reference
(reference)
A1 This paint is applied on the surface sprayed with primer, and has good bonding with the primer. It is advisable to use a primer that matches nitro paint. A2 The paint should be stirred evenly before use. If there are coarse particles or mechanical impurities, it must be filtered. A3 The construction is mainly sprayed, and X-1 nitro paint thinner is used. Construction in places with high humidity. If the paint film is found to be whitish, F-1 nitro paint moisture-proof agent or a mixed solvent of ethyl acetate and butanol (1:1) can be added appropriately to adjust. A4 During construction, the interval between two sprayings is preferably about 10 minutes. The amount of aluminum powder paint is best to be mixed according to demand. A5
