ISO Foreword
ISO is the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and is a global body of national standards bodies (member countries). International Standards are prepared through technical committees. Each member country has the right to interpret topics of interest only if a technical committee has been established. International organizations, governmental and non-governmental organizations in liaison with ISO may also participate in this work. 1ISO and the Inter-regional Electrotechnical Committee EC of the North American Electrotechnical Standardization Department work together to issue technical specifications for international standards and send them to member countries for voting. The work must be approved by 75% of the member countries in a month. The national standard ISOS244 is composed of ISO/TC127 Mechanical Equipment Technical Committee, SC2 Safety Requirements and Human Factors Technical Committee. JB60281998 In the international safety signs, the operators of the equipment may be exposed to risks during the use and maintenance of the equipment. These risks are generally caused by the components that are expected to produce these long risks. It is impossible to eliminate them in the instrument when the upper limit of the protection is formed. These risks are often determined by the machine, so it is best to use special safety standards. It is not obvious that the commonly used or general method is used. The standard specifies that the safety signs comply with the regulatory requirements of the European and American countries and other regions of the world. The safety signs specified in the standard can comply with the safety signs specified in the European and American countries (ANSI75.4) and the requirements of relevant product declaration regulations. The hazard pictograms and guidelines in each reminder are selected to formulate new hazard pictograms. The hazard pictograms of the series can be supplemented in the appendix, and other appropriate pictograms can be formulated. N

3 Functions of Safety Signs
3.1 The functions of safety signs are as follows:
Remind people of the existence or potential danger:bzxz.net
Describe the nature of the danger:
Describe the possible consequences of the danger;
Remind people how to avoid the danger,
3.2 Safety signs should be located in a clearly visible position: clearly distinguished from the equipment, and should be protected from damage and have a long service life.
3.3 Safety signs should not be placed on the machine or in the maintenance manual. Safety signs on the machine should be placed near the monitoring range of the danger prevention. 3.4 Overuse of safety signs and hazard pictograms will reduce their effectiveness. We should avoid excessive demands and use of them on machines. Experience has shown that when safety signs and hazard pictograms are used beyond their limits, their effectiveness will be reduced. 3.5 Safety signs and hazard pictograms in the maintenance instructions can be used to indicate key points that require special attention. Their use in the maintenance instructions remains unchanged within the constraints of 3.4.
4 Form of safety signs
4. Safety signs are composed of two or more small rectangular bands inserted in the sides to convey information about the dangers of operating the product. 4.2 There are four standard forms of safety signs: Safety signs: symbol band, text band (see 4.4) Three recommended safety signs: symbol band, picture band, text band (see 4.5) National Machinery Industry Council 189 approved
implemented on December 1, 1998
JH6828-1998
Two-band safety signs: picture band, text band (see 4.6) Two-band safety signs: picture band (now 4,?) 4.3 Although horizontal arrangement is allowed, vertical arrangement is usually recommended. The form and layout of safety signs should be determined based on the method that is considered to be the most effective in conveying information, meeting the requirements of the geographical and language regions where the products to be marked are located, and the number of safety signs available. 1.4 Two-band safety signs (symbol band and text band) See National 1. The symbol belt includes the safety warning symbol and one of the three types of risk level signs (general, substitute, danger), and the text belt contains text information describing the danger, explaining the consequences of being exposed to the danger, and prompting how to avoid the danger.

The text contains a description of the hazard, the consequences of following the hazard, and text that shows how to avoid the hazard. Special pictorial descriptions of the hazard are given in the following table: The hazard descriptions are summarized in the following table: Figure 2 Three-dimensional safety signs, symbol, pictorial, and text 4.6 Two-section safety sign pictogram (text strip) see Figure 3, the pictogram contains a hazard description formed by a safety warning shape or a separate safety warning symbol. Two-band safety sign: two graphic bands, the derivative band of the safety sign contains a safety warning symbol and a sign. 5.2 Safety signs containing one of the two signs should be replaced with a safety warning symbol as shown in Figure 5. The safety warning symbol should be used on the safety sign with one of the two signs:
Figure 6 Safety warning symbol containing a safety sign with two signs 186028198
5.3 Safety signs can be assigned to indicate the corresponding severity of dangerous situations. The use of signs is graded. 5.3.1 The three types of signs are danger, warning and attention. The signs remind the wearer of the existence of danger and the relative severity of the danger. 5.3.2 The use of the three types of signs is based on the possibility of immediate danger and the evaluation of the possible consequences of the danger.
Danger signs indicate that if not properly detected, the consequences of the danger will result in death or serious injury. The safety mark "Danger" is used to indicate a small number of situations where there are serious hazards. A warning means that if not avoided, it is more likely to result in death or serious injury after the rescue. The "Warning" sign indicates that the degree of risk of injury and death is lower than that of the "Danger" sign. The caution means that if you do not avoid the hazard, the consequences may lead to low or medium injuries. "Caution" can also be used to remind people of the following situations where poor prevention may cause personal injury. 6 Pictorial symbols with
and.! The illustrations of safety signs contain descriptive hazard signs, hazard avoidance signs or separate general safety warning symbols. 6.2 Use of "Safety signs" There are two basic forms of pictorial symbols: descriptive hazard signs and other hazard signs. Descriptive hazard signs: provide a graphic description of the hazard, usually with inappropriate actions to take; acute hazard signs: provide a graphic description of how to avoid the hazard. A poorly designed hazard description should clearly indicate the risk and the possible consequences if the instructions are not followed. 6.2.1
A well-designed hazard avoidance instruction should clearly indicate the risk that people will face. 6.7.2 It is permitted to combine two pictograms into one, however this is usually difficult to do. The hazard description pictogram can be used to supplement or replace the text. 6.2.3 In a few cases, a pictogram may be used to list the hazards. However, in general, avoid using a pictogram to list the hazards unless the relationship between the hazards can be clearly shown. 3 On a band-type safety sign, a full hazard pictogram should be used to indicate the center of the sign. Safety warning triangles are shown.
6.4 If no hazard description is used in the safety warning triangle, a double number is placed in the triangle to form the basic safety warning symbol shown in Figure 7.
Figure 7 Safety warning triangle
7.1 The text band of a safety sign contains a description of the hazard, possible consequences of the hazard, and a reminder of how to avoid the hazard. It can be a separate text band or a combination of a graphic band. If the description of the hazard is to describe the hazard and its possible consequences, the above items can be removed from the text band. If the avoidance of the hazard item is to explain how to avoid the hazard, it can be removed from the text band. If the graphic band is not used, the text band must contain all three items and the text and paragraphs should be written concisely in as few lines as possible. 4
8 Language, translation and service language of safety signs
JH 6028--1998
8.1 Safety signs containing symbols or symbols are one of the types of signs that must be used in the country of use of the product. Safety signs without text obviously do not require detailed language. However, products with text safety signs should meet the following two requirements: 1. Use special safety signs to instruct the operator to read the applicable maintenance instructions for the product; 2. Provide appropriate text information related to the safety signs without text in the appropriate language in the maintenance instructions. 8.2 For example, Figure 8 shows a safety sign in Chinese, French, or English that says "Read the Instructions for Use"; as long as the safety sign does not include the language of the region in which the product is to be used, other language combinations or a single language are permitted. Example 8.3 shows a safety sign that says "Read the Instructions for Use" in text. This safety sign may replace the single-language safety sign in Figure 8 that does not include text. Figure 8.4 shows a safety sign that says "Read the Instructions for Use" in text. This safety sign may replace the single-language safety sign in Figure 8 that does not include text. Figure 8.5 Shows the safety sign's title color. 9.1 Color of symbols. tt||The color of the symbol is determined by the sign. JB6028—1998
0.1! The symbol of the danger sign should be red with a red background, the safety warning symbol should be red on a red background (see Figure 1.2). The symbol of the warning sign should be orange on a black triangle background (see Figure 5).
91.3 The symbol of the attention sign should be yellow and black, and the safety warning symbol should be yellow on a black triangle background (see Figure 5).
9.2 The color of the symbol of the safety sign should be determined in advance. 9.2.1 The symbol of the safety sign containing one of the three types of signs is a white bear graphic, 9.2.2 The graphic band of the safety sign with a safety mark or three-dimensional basic safety warning symbol is a black graphic with a yellow background. 9.2.3 Other colors can be used to create special visual effects of the graphic. For example, red represents a flame. 9.2.4 If "×" or "\" represents the prohibition of an action [see Appendix (D9 of the instructions for the instructions), the prohibition symbol should be a natural color. 9.3 The color of the text band The color of the text band of the safety sign is determined by the length of the sign. 93.1 For a safety sign containing a safety mark, the text band shall be a black background or a black background. 4.3.2 For a safety sign that does not contain a safety mark, the text band shall be black text on a yellow background or black text on a white background. 9.4 The color of the safety mark 9.4.1 The border of the safety sign should be yellow. If it is necessary to distinguish the color of the safety sign from the surface to which it is attached, a white or black outer border may be used. 9.4.2 The border of the warning sign should be yellow. If it is necessary to distinguish the color of the safety sign from the surface to which it is attached, a white or black outer border may be used. 9.4.4 The border of the safety sign containing a safety warning triangle should be yellow. If it is necessary to distinguish the color of the safety sign from the surface to which it is attached, a white outer border may be used.5. The color of the dividing velvet of each belt should be the same color. The recommended sizes of the full-scale markings are shown in Figures 10 to 13 (unit: mm). Smaller or larger specifications can be used as needed. The size can be modified as needed to provide enough space for characters or to arrange clearly distinguishable fonts. 6
