Management system
An information management system and rules for the pallet pooling system should be formulated. 4.2 Information platform
An information platform for the operation and management of the pallet pooling system (hereinafter referred to as the "platform") should be established to meet the needs of pallet users (hereinafter referred to as "customers"), pallet comprehensive service outlets (hereinafter referred to as "service outlets") and pallet rental units (hereinafter referred to as "suppliers"), realize the analysis and integration of all-round data, and effectively support relevant management decisions. Note: "Customers", "service outlets" and "suppliers" are collectively referred to as "users" below. 4.3 Information processing
Information in the process of pallet pooling should be collected, stored, transmitted, etc. Information collection should be accurate, timely and complete, and information storage and transmission should be safe and reliable.

4.4 Information sharing
A general platform interface should be provided to realize the transmission and sharing of information between users. Information in each link of pallet circulation should be effectively connected, interoperable and shared.
4.5 Information quality
Information quality should be inspected, evaluated and continuously improved to meet users' needs for information services. 5 Platform management requirements
5.1 The platform should have the functions required to meet the business, and the functional modules should be designed in accordance with the requirements of 7.1 in GB/T34397—2017. 5.2 The platform should provide a unified login interface and grant corresponding usage rights to the login user according to different business scopes. All businesses should be processed through the platform, and each business should have a corresponding processing flow. 5.3 The platform should run quickly and stably, and the interface operation should be simple and easy. 5.4 All data in the platform should be backed up regularly, and records should be kept for at least two years. 5.5 The platform should formulate a safety emergency plan and data confidentiality system, and implement them during the development, construction and operation of the platform. 5.6 The information security technology of the platform should comply with the provisions of Chapter 7 of GB/T22239-2008. 5.7 The platform should support users to evaluate the quality of pallet pooling services. 5.8 The platform should be regularly maintained and continuously improved. 6 Information management requirements
6.1 Basic information
6.1.1 Customer information
The customer information that the platform should manage includes but is not limited to the customer's name, contact person, contact information, contact address, copy of business license, account opening information and unified social credit code. 6.1.2 Service outlet information
The service outlet information that the platform should manage includes but is not limited to the warehouse address, precise longitude and latitude, name, capacity, area, storage fee and cargo space code, location, size, load, as well as the model, quantity and operating capacity of the transportation equipment, and form a service outlet distribution map. 6.1.3 Supplier Information
The supplier information that the platform should manage includes but is not limited to the supplier's name, contact person, contact information, contact address, copy of business license, account opening information, unified social credit code, pallet production/operation scale qualification and credit rating. 6.1.4 Pallet Information
The pallet information that the platform should manage includes but is not limited to the pallet's name, material, load, manufacturer and supplier, bottom deck structure, model, size and tolerance, coding and labeling, certification mark, availability level, quality requirements, quality status and operating precautions. 6.1.5 Contract Information
The contract information that the platform should manage includes but is not limited to the contract name, number, signatory parties and each party's rights and responsibilities, signing date, start date, 2

and pallet information (see 6.1.4), pallet transfer rights and responsibilities and pallet sharing rules, transportation delivery method, pricing method, payment conditions, and after-sales service conditions.
6.2 Operation Information
6.2.1 Order Information
6.2.1.1 The platform shall promptly receive and process the customer's order information and confirm the validity, completeness and accuracy of the order. 6.2.1.2 Order information shall include but not be limited to order number, name, quantity, model, term of the leased pallet, and time, place and method of pick-up/return of pallets.
6.2.2 Warehousing Information
6.2.2.1 The platform shall promptly record the pallet inventory information of the service outlets, including but not limited to the name, quantity, code, storage time, cargo location label and floor plan of the pallet, generate a storage registration list, and accurately record the cargo damage information of the pallet. 6.2.2.2 The platform shall regularly count the pallets and verify the correctness of the inventory information. If the information is incorrect or the storage location of the pallet changes, the record shall be updated in a timely manner.
6.2.2.3 The platform shall promptly record the pallet outbound information of the service outlets, including but not limited to the name, quantity, code, outbound time of the pallet, and generate an outbound registration list. When the pallet order quantity is greater than the inventory quantity, the platform shall promptly notify the customer. 6.2.3 Transportation and delivery information
6.2.3.1 The platform shall record the information of each node in the pallet transportation and delivery process in real time and generate a transportation and delivery registration list. 6.2.3.2 During the transportation and delivery process, if there are emergencies such as traffic accidents, the platform shall promptly notify all relevant parties. 6.2.4 Delivery information
The platform shall promptly record the delivery information of the pallet, generate a delivery registration list, and accurately record the return and exchange information of the pallet. 6.2.5 Settlement information
6.2.5.1 The platform shall regularly calculate the cost details, generate cost reports, and provide the relevant parties with rates, cost settlement and settlement vouchers. 6.2.5.2 The platform shall conduct business reconciliation and financial reconciliation on time according to the contract, and confirm the reconciliation results with the relevant parties. 6.2.5.3 The platform should regularly check accounts receivable, accounts payable, cargo damage compensation, pallet transfer fees and other information, and conduct reconciliation confirmation. 6.3 Complaint information
The platform should promptly record user complaint information and feedback the processing process and results. 6.4 Statistical analysis information
The platform should regularly conduct statistical analysis on information such as pallet transactions, warehousing and logistics. The statistical analysis of pallet transaction information should include but not be limited to the number, distribution, delivery rate, transfer rate, recovery rate, rental rate, idle rate, loss rate, scrap rate and repair rate of pallets; the statistical analysis of pallet warehousing information should include but not be limited to inventory list, out-of-stock list and inventory turnover rate; the statistical analysis of pallet logistics information should include but not be limited to carrier list, driver information list, vehicle information list, route list, delivery volume and freight list.
