Subject Content and Scope of Application
HG / T 2723 — 95
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of latex colored balloons (hereinafter referred to as balloons).
This standard applies to balloons of various shapes, patterns and designs weighing less than 10g made of natural latex for festival celebrations, advertising and children's play.

After aging
4.1 The specifications of the balloon are determined by weighing with a balance accurate to 0.1g. Balloons less than 1 are weighed in units of 10. 4.2 The appearance inspection of the balloon is a visual inspection under natural light by filling and pressing. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 30, 1995, and implemented on January 1, 1996
HG/T2723-95
4.3 The physical property test of balloons shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T528, GB/T3512, and HG/T2198. The heat aging test conditions are 100℃×8h or 70℃×72h, and the samples are cut with a No. Ⅱ cutter. The samples can be cut directly from the balloons or can be taken from the test pieces made from the same batch of rubber materials and the same process conditions. 5 Inspection rules
Each batch of products shall be sampled in batches according to the provisions of GB2828. The inspection level and AQL value shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. 5.1
Physical properties
Inspection level
5.2 During the appearance acceptance of balloons, the inspection results of each batch of products shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. During the specification acceptance, the inspection results of each batch of products shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 3. If the product is unqualified, it can be re-sampled and inspected once. If it is still unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified. 5.3 The physical properties of the balloon and the hot air aging test can be selected from the two conditions. The arbitration condition is 70℃×12h. The test results should meet the requirements of Table 2 and Table 3. If the product is unqualified, it can be re-sampled and inspected once. If it is still unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 The packaging or certificate of conformity should be marked with the manufacturer's name, product name, specification, quantity, registered trademark, production date or batch number: 6.2 The packaging box should be marked with the manufacturer's name, factory address, product name, specification, quantity, registered trademark, production date or batch number, product standard number, packaging volume and weight, etc.
6.3 Balloons are packed in bags according to specifications, one or several or several dozen. If the bags are packed in one box. 6.4 Balloons should be covered during transportation to avoid being exposed to heat. 6.5 Balloons should be stored in a well-ventilated, cool and dry warehouse, placed on a shelf 20 cm above the ground, with an indoor temperature below 25°C and a relative humidity below 80%. They should not come into contact with oils, organic solvents, toxic substances, acids, alkalis, copper, manganese and other substances that are harmful to rubber.
Under the above storage conditions, the storage period of balloons is 18 months from the date of manufacture. 6.6
