2.3 The length of the hose should not be less than 3m, but two short lengths of soft hoses are allowed in each box. 2.4 Marking example: P3 type galvanized metal hose with a nominal inner diameter of 15mm is marked as: P3tt5: GB364! --833 Technical requirements
3.1 The hose is wound with galvanized low-carbon steel strip. 3.2 The coating thickness of the steel strip is not less than 7μm. 3.3 The hose is not allowed to rust after a cycle of neutral salt spray test. 3.4 The galvanized surface of the hose should be complete and smooth, and no dezincification or black spots are allowed. However, no more than three of the following defects are allowed within the length range:
3.4.1 Warping with a length of more than 15mm and a maximum width of no more than 2mm; 3.4.2 Continuous blistering with a length of no more than 1/3 of the section. 3.5 The hose pitches should be flexible and elastic, and no blockage or severe tensile elasticity is allowed; 3.6 There should be no cracks or severe rubbing at the inner and outer joints of the hose; 3.7 The axial tension to which the hose is subjected should comply with the provisions in the table. 3.8 Trimming marks are allowed at both ends of the hose. 4 Test method
4.1 Dimension measurement
4.1.1 The inner and outer diameters and pitch dimensions of the hose are measured with a vernier caliper, while the hose is kept straight. To measure the pitch, use a vernier caliper to measure the length of 10 sections of the hose, and then divide it by 10 to get the pitch length of the hose. 4.1.2 Bend the hose into a round crown without deformation, and use a vernier caliper to measure its inner diameter, which is the natural bending true diameter of the hose. Its value should meet the requirements in the table. 4.2 Surface quality
The surface quality of the hose is checked by naked eyes and hand feeling. 4.3 Axial tensile test
GB3641—83
From the hoses that have passed the appearance and size inspection, randomly select 3 samples with a length of 150 to 250 mm. The test is carried out on a 1t tensile testing machine. The test value should not be less than the requirements in the table. 4.4 Bending test
Take a hose with a length of not less than 600 mm, use the natural bending diameter in the table as a template, and bend the hose against the template for 6 times in both directions. The hose should not be disengaged or cracked.
4.5 Strength and elasticity
Hand-compress the end of the hose by 10 points to make all the joints of the hose contact, then loosen and let the hose rebound naturally, and check whether the hose is blocked and whether the strength and elasticity are good.
.6 Test for the thickness of the galvanized layer of steel strip
The test for the thickness of the galvanized layer of steel strip shall be based on the weighing method (see Appendix A for details), and the values measured by other methods are for reference only. 4.7 Salt and cold test
The salt dew test of the hose shall be routinely tested by the supplier in accordance with relevant standards, once a year. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection and acceptance
The inspection and acceptance of the hose shall be carried out by the supplier's technical supervision department. 5.2 Batch rules
The hose shall be inspected and accepted in batches. Each batch shall consist of hoses of the same nominal inner diameter. Every 10 boxes is a batch, and less than 10 boxes is also a batch.
5.3 Sampling quantity
Every batch of hoses is randomly unpacked for inspection. 3 hoses are taken for inspection. Every 2m is a stick. If it is less than 2m, take another one. 5.4 Re-inspection and judgment rules
If the initial inspection result is unqualified, take double the number and re-inspect the qualified items. If it is still unqualified, the batch of hoses shall not be delivered, but the manufacturer has the right to reprocess it and submit it as a new batch of hoses for acceptance. 6 Packaging, marking and quality guarantee
6.1 The hoses are packed in cardboard boxes or wooden boxes. The boxes should be dry, and the inside of the boxes should be lined with moisture-proof paper or plastic film. The outside of the boxes should be tightened with steel or hard wall straps.
6.2 There should be clear marks on the outside of the box, indicating: manufacturer name, product name, specifications, quantity, load and shipping point. There is a packing list inside the box.
6.3 Each hose should be accompanied by a product certificate or a quality certificate in each box. A,1 Calculation
GB 3641-83
Appendix A
Method for measuring the thickness of the galvanized layer of steel strip by weight
(Supplement)
When the galvanized layer thickness of steel strip is measured by weighing method, it shall be calculated according to the following formula: (P2 - P, )× 10000
Where: 8—-average thickness of galvanized layer, μm, Bs—weight of the tested piece after galvanizing, Ps—weight of the tested piece after stripping zinc, g!
Specific gravity of zinc is 7.14
Fh—covering area of the tested piece, cm. A,2 Measuring instruments
A.2.1 Analytical balance with an accuracy of 1/1000 or 1/10000. A.2.2 0~25mm ruler.
A,2.3 Steel tape measure.
A.3 Preparation of zinc stripping solution
A,3.1 Dissolve 20g of Sb2O3 (Sb2O3) or 32g of antimony trichloride (SbCl2) in 1000ml of hydrochloric acid with a specific gravity of 1.12~1.19.
A,3.2 Take 50ml of the above solution and add it to 1000ml of hydrochloric acid with a specific gravity of 1.12~1.19 to obtain the zinc stripping solution.A.4 Method for determination of galvanized layer thickness
First, take a 200mm long test piece (steel strip), calculate the area (cm2) of the test piece (steel strip), wipe the surface of the sample with an alcohol cotton ball and blow it, accurately weigh the weight of each sample with an analytical balance with an accuracy of 1/1000 or 1/10000, and record the weight (P,), immerse the test piece in the prepared zinc stripping solution to strip the galvanized layer, when the reaction stops, wash it with clean water, wipe it dry with absorbent cotton, and then accurately weigh it with an analytical balance, record the weight (P,), and use the following formula to calculate the coverage area of the test piece: F#=2/(h+s)
Where: - — Sample length, mm
b Sample width, mm s
a Sample thickness, mm.
