QB/T2211—1996 This standard is revised on the basis of the former Ministry of Light Industry Standard SG225-1981 "Pipe Bench Vice" and converted into an industry standard. In the technical requirements, this standard mainly adds the requirements for clamping strength and the inspection rules specified in GB/T2828-1987 "Batch Inspection Count Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to Inspection of Continuous Batch)". In terms of product classification, the product code GTQ is added. The requirements for surface quality are improved, which basically reflects the technical level of pipe bench vices in my country. From the date of implementation, this standard will replace SG225--1981. This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center. The drafting units of this standard are: Tianjin Hardware Tool Factory No. 2, Shanghai Tool Industry Research Institute, Beijing Hardware Tool Factory No. 1. The main drafters of this standard are: Liu Jinlin, Cheng Yongfeng, Duan Pengfeng, Zhang Baisong. This standard is entrusted to the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center for interpretation. 585 1 Scope Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Pipe bench vise QB/T 2211 --1996 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of pipe bench vises. This standard applies to pipe bench vises used for clamping metal pipes, twisting threads, cutting and connecting pipes. 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. Example: No. 2 pipe bench vise is marked as: Pipe bench vise GTQ2QB/T2211 4 Technical requirements In addition to complying with the requirements of Table 2, the materials of pipe bench vise parts may also be made of other materials that meet the requirements of this standard. Table 2 Base, bracket, guide plate, hook Upper tooth plate, lower tooth plate Lead screw, lever KTH330-08 specified in GB/T9440 45 specified in GB/T699 20~45 specified in GB/T699 4.2 The pipe bench vise should have sufficient clamping strength so that the clamping parts cannot rotate. 4.3 The threads of the screw holes of the lead screw and bracket are trapezoidal threads or rectangular threads. 4.4 The heat treatment hardness of the upper and lower tooth plates is 45~55HRC. 4.5 Assembly requirements QB/T 22111996 When assembling the upper and lower tooth plates, the center deviation of the upper and lower tooth plates should not exceed 1.6mm. 4.5.1 4.5.2 The gap between the guide plate and the guide rail on both sides should not exceed 3.2mm. 4.5.3 The hook is allowed to have a gap of 1~2.5mm with the base before working. 4.5.4 After assembly, the screw should rotate flexibly without hysteresis. 4.6 Surface quality 4.6.1 The surface of the pipe bench vise should be flat and free of burrs, sand, cracks and defects that affect strength. 4.6.2 The surface of the lever and screw should be chrome-plated or other anti-corrosion treatment. 4.6.3 After the surface of the upper and lower tooth plates is coated, the color should be uniform. The surface of the painted parts should be bright, flat, and uniform in color, without defects such as paint wrinkles, paint flow, paint leakage, and paint layer shedding. The steel parts of the pipe bench vise should not be rusted. The trademark of the pipe bench vise should be placed in a clear position and should be straight, firm and clear. 5 Test method 5.1 Clamping strength test Clamping strength test As shown in Figure 2, a steel test bar with a diameter of 30mm, a hardness of HRC34~40, and a surface roughness R. value not greater than 1.6μm is clamped between the upper and lower tooth plates. The test drop force point is 30mm from the front of the lower tooth plate. After the torque of the lever and the test bar reaches the value specified in Table 3, it is maintained for 30min. There should be no permanent deformation in all parts of the pipe bench vise, and the test bar should not rotate. X 1—Lever, 2—Test rod Product specifications 5.2 Hardness test QB/T 2211-—1996 Torque applied to lever Torque applied to test drop The hardness of the upper and lower tooth plates shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T230. The test position is within 10mm of the tooth part of the tooth plate. One point on the left, middle and right is measured. If one point is unqualified, another point can be re-measured 3 to 5mm near the point. If the point is still unqualified, it is unqualified. 5.3 Assembly requirements inspection 5.3.1 The center offset of the upper and lower tooth plates is inspected with a feeler gauge after aligning the upper and lower tooth plates with two right-angle rulers in the free closing state of the upper and lower tooth plates. 5.3.2 The fit is inspected with a feeler gauge. 5.3.3 The rotation flexibility of the screw after assembly shall be checked by hand. 5.4 The surface quality shall be checked by visual inspection. 6 Inspection rules The pipe bench vise shall be shipped only after passing the inspection and shall be accompanied by a product certificate. 6.2wwW.bzxz.Net The consignee may conduct random inspections on the products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 6.3 The acceptance inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the single sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. 6.4 The classification of unqualified products, inspection items, qualified quality level (AQL) and inspection level (IL) of the acceptance inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. Table 4 Unqualified classification and grouping Note: Class C is determined by the number of unqualified products. Inspection items Clamping strength Assembly requirements Surface quality 6.5 The manufacturer shall replace the unqualified products found in the acceptance inspection. Acceptable quality level (AQL) 6.6 The rejected batches after inspection can be re-selected by the manufacturer, repaired, and then submitted for acceptance. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage The packaging, marking, transportation and storage of pipe bench vises shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5303.
