Revision Notes
This standard is revised by Beijing Equipment Installation Engineering Company on the basis of the "Elevator Installation" chapter in the "Standards for Quality Inspection and Assessment of Building Installation Projects - General Machinery and Equipment Installation Projects" TJ305-75, based on the former National Construction Committee (79) Jianfa Shizi No. 168 and the former Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection (85) Chengke Zi No. 293. After the revision, it is named "Elevator Installation Project Quality Inspection and Assessment Standards", with a total of two chapters, six sections and 45 articles.
In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of elevator installation in my country, this revision has made major supplements and modifications, adding 35 new articles, highlighting the requirements of "safe operation", "functional use" and "appearance quality". At the same time, according to the provisions of the "Uniform Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Construction Installation Engineering Quality", this standard divides the sub-projects into "guaranteed projects", "basic projects" and "allowable deviation projects". The quantity requirements for each project are put forward as much as possible. At the same time, two quality grade standards of "qualified" and "excellent" are stipulated in the "basic projects".
During the revision process, extensive investigations and studies were conducted, and opinions from all aspects of the installation industry and the elevator industry were integrated. After writing the "first draft", "draft for soliciting opinions" and "draft for review", relevant experts were invited to study and modify the technical provisions, and a trial was organized. It was reviewed and approved at the national review meeting held in Guiyang in March 1987. During the implementation process, please send your opinions and relevant materials to Beijing Equipment Installation Engineering Company for reference in future revisions. Article 1.0.1 In order to unify the inspection and evaluation methods of elevator installation engineering quality, promote enterprises to strengthen management, and ensure engineering quality, this standard is specially formulated. Article 1.0.2 This standard applies to the installation projects of various types of domestic electric-driven elevators with a rated load of 5000Kg and below and a rated speed of 3m/s and below. Article 1.0.3 The main indicators and requirements of this standard are based on the provisions of "Elevator Installation" in Volume 4 TJ231 (IV)-78 of "Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering" and "Elevator Electrical Installation" in Chapter 9 GBJ232-82 of "Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Electrical Installation Engineering". The provisions of the "Uniform Standard for Quality Inspection and Assessment of Building Installation Engineering" should be followed when implementing this standard.
Article 1.0.4
The quality inspection and assessment of the sub-projects of elevator installation should be fully inspected and the quality of a single elevator should be assessed on the basis of the sub-item assessment. Its quality level should meet the following requirements:
Qualified:
1. All sub-projects are qualified.
2. The quality assurance materials basically meet the requirements. Excellent:
1. All sub-projects are qualified, of which 50% or more are excellent, and the excellent items must include "safety protection device" and "trial operation" sub-items.
2. The quality assurance data meet the requirements.
Article 1.0.5 The quality level of the elevator installation sub-project shall meet the following requirements: Qualified:
1. The quality of all the elevators included is qualified; 2. The quality assurance data basically meets the requirements. Engineering Construction Standard Full Text Information System

Section 3 Car and Floor Door Assembly
(I) Guarantee Items
Article 2.3.1 The deviation between the car sill and the door sills of each floor is strictly prohibited from exceeding mm.
Inspection Methods Measure and check.
Article 2.3.2 The gap between the door opening knife and the door sills of each floor and the gap between the roller of the door opening device of each floor and the car sill must be within the range of 5 to 8 mm. Inspection Methods Measure and check.
(I) Basic Items
Article 2.3.3 The car assembly shall comply with the following provisions: Qualified: The assembly is firm, the joint of the car wall is flat, and the verticality deviation of the car wall on the door opening side is not greater than 1/1000.
Excellent: Firm assembly, flat joints of car walls, verticality deviation of car wall on the door opening side is not more than 1/1000. The car is clean and undamaged. Inspection method Observation and hanging wire, measurement and inspection. Article 2.3.4 The guide shoe assembly shall comply with the following provisions: 1. Adopting a rigid structure
Qualified: Can ensure the normal operation of the elevator.
Excellent: Can ensure the normal operation of the elevator, and the sum of the gaps between the top surface of the car guide rail and the inner surfaces of the two guide shoes is not more than 2.5mm.
2. Adopting an elastic structure
Qualified: Can ensure the normal operation of the elevator.
Excellent: Can ensure the normal operation of the elevator, and there is no gap between the top surface of the guide rail and the surface of the guide shoe slider, and the expansion and contraction range of the guide shoe spring is not more than 4mm. 3. Use roller guide shoes
Qualified: The roller is not skewed to the guide rail, and the pressure is basically uniform. Excellent: The roller is not skewed to the guide rail, the pressure is uniform, the center is close to the same, and it is in uniform contact with the guide rail working surface over the entire wheel flange width. Inspection method Observation and measurement inspection.
Article 2.3.5 The installation of the floor door indicator box and call box shall comply with the following provisions:
Qualified: The position is correct, the panel is firmly attached to the wall, and it is straight horizontally and vertically. Excellent: The position is correct, the panel is firmly attached to the wall, and it is straight horizontally and vertically, clean and beautiful. Inspection method Observation and inspection.
Article 2.3.6 The installation and adjustment of the door leaf shall meet the following provisions: Qualified: The door leaf is flat, and there is no swing, collision or obstruction when opening and closing. When the center-split door is closed, the upper and lower parts close at the same time.
Excellent: The door leaf is flat, clean and undamaged. Opening and closing is light and stable. When the center-split door is closed, the upper and lower parts close at the same time, and the door gap is consistent. Inspection method: Observe and inspect the opening and closing.
