Check the maximum rubber cutting width and stroke according to the provisions in the table: a. b. Check according to Article 4.2; 4.3 and 5.2: Check the leakage of the hydraulic (gas) pressure system according to Article 4.7: c.www.bzxz.net d. Check with a measuring stand with an indicator according to Article 4.8; perform the emergency stop test for no less than 5 times according to Article 5.1 to check its reliability; e. Check the noise according to the requirements of HG/T2108. It should meet the provisions of Article 5.3. 6.2 Load operation test (can be carried out in the user's factory) 6.2.1 The load operation test can be carried out only after the idling test is passed. Cut the rubber material for no less than 10 times during the test. 6.2.2 The following items should be checked during the load operation test: a. Check the working pressure as specified in the table; b. Measure the round trip time of the rubber cutting stroke with a stopwatch as specified in the table; Check the maximum temperature and temperature rise with a thermometer of not less than level 1.5 and a range of not more than 100°C as specified in Article 4.9; c. d. Check the noise as required by HG/T2108 and it should comply with Article 5.3, 2 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Factory inspection 7.1.1 Each product must be tested for idling before leaving the factory. HG/T2602-94 7.1.2 Before leaving the factory, the paint and appearance quality should be checked according to Articles 4.10 and 4.11. 7.1.3 Each product must pass the quality inspection of the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and a certificate proving the quality of the product should be attached when leaving the factory. 7.2 Type inspection 7.2.1 Type inspection shall be conducted for each of the provisions in this standard. 7.2.2 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following circumstances. Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory a. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials and processes, which may affect product performance; b. During normal production, one unit shall be sampled and tested every three years; c. When production is resumed after three years of suspension; d. When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection, if the sample inspection fails, two more units shall be sampled and tested; if there is still one unit that fails, the batch of products shall be inspected one by one. 7.2.3 8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage Each product shall have a product label fixed in a conspicuous position.
