3 Types, basic parameters and dimensions
3.1 Type
3.1.1 The transmission device has two structural types, type I is shown in Figure 1, and type II is shown in Figure 2. The connection between the tapered small shaft and the stirring shaft head is also allowed to be manufactured according to the structure and dimensions of model III in Appendix A of this standard. The structure and dimensions of the intermediate bearing of model II are shown in Figure 5 and Table 10.3.1.2 The transmission method of model I is to use an arc cylindrical worm reducer for deceleration, and it is connected to the motor through a triangular belt drive to achieve the specified speed of the stirrer. The transmission method of model II is to use a motor direct-connected cycloidal pinwheel reducer for deceleration to achieve the specified speed of the stirrer. 3.1.3 The transmission device is specified to be driven by a Y series or YB series motor. 3.1.4 The output shaft of the model I reducer is connected to the shaft head of the type I pond glass stirrer with a rigid three-part coupling (Figure 3 and Table 3), and the output shaft of the model II reducer is connected to the inner tapered small shaft with a rigid flange coupling (Figure 4 Table 9). The inner conical small shaft is supported on the middle bearing of the machine base, and its conical end is fastened to the outer conical shaft head of the Type II glass stirrer by threaded connection, and a lock nut is used to prevent the connection from loosening (Figure 5, Table 10).
3.1.5 The base of the transmission device is installed on the support of the glass stirring container. The support has two structures: type A and type B. Type A support is suitable for glass stirring containers with a nominal volume of VN50L to 5000L; approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 6, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992

Type B support is suitable for glass stirring containers with a nominal volume of VN1000L to 20000L. 3.1.6. The shaft sealing device of the stirring container can be selected from stuffing box (HG/T2048) or mechanical seal (HG/T2057) according to the pressure level of the stirring container and the specific requirements of the medium in the container. 3.2 The basic parameters of the transmission device are in accordance with Table 1, Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4. 3.3 The main dimensions of the transmission device are in accordance with Figure 1, Figure 2, Table 6 and Table 7. 3.4 For the reference weight of the transmission device, see Table 5.
