Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the assembly drawings, parts drawings, component drawings and graphic representation methods of accessories for roller chain transmission of short-pitch precision roller chains for transmission and short-pitch precision sleeve chains for transmission. This standard applies to product drawings and technical documents of roller chains and bushing chains. 4.2
Vertical dimensions in graphics are allowed to be written in water notation (Figure 2). 4.3 When it does not cause misunderstanding, the dimension line is not allowed to draw the terminal form of the dimension line (Figure 2) . 4.4 When the figure is symmetrical and the measurement datum does not cause misunderstanding, single dimension line marking is allowed (Figure 2). 4.5 All axes and center lines of symmetry are allowed to be thin solid lines (Figure 1). 4.6 It is allowed not to draw the section symbol on each section and section view (Figure 5). 4.7 Tolerances, geometric tolerances, surface roughness, etc. in the drawings should be marked in accordance with the relevant standards. The simplified drawings should be marked with geometric tolerances and surface roughness. 5 Assembly drawing
5.1 The main view should draw two continuously assembled chain links (inner link and outer link), and at the same time, one connecting link and one transition link (composite transition link) should be drawn. links (if the chain is equipped with accessories, the number of links should be appropriately increased). 5.2 The chain plate in the front view is allowed to be drawn in a straight-edge shape. Non-straight-edge chain plates, such as chain plates and dumbbell-shaped chain plates, should be marked with the symbols specified in Table 1 (Figure 2, Figure 3, front view, Table 1).
5.3 The cotter pin (or circlip) of the locking part should be drawn schematically (Figure 2 and Figure 3 of the locking part). 5.4 The top view should adopt the schematic drawing method, and the thickness of the thick line should be selected between 0.7 and 2mm (top view in Figure 2 and Figure 3). 5.5 The top view of a multi-row chain should use the lateral disconnection method. The interruption line is allowed to be represented by a double-dot dash line (Figure 2. Figure 3c multi-row). The row spacing force of the pin length 6 corresponding to the number of rows: should be Use a table below the corresponding figure (see Table 2). Table 2

5.8 When drawing the main view, a top view of the corresponding row number should be drawn. If there is no need to draw a single row When looking at the top view of the chain, move the dimensions b, b, and bad to the double or multi-row top view and mark them. 5.9 Dimensions b, b2, ba, h4, bs~ in graphics are allowed to be drawn not to scale, and thin solid lines are drawn below the size figures that are not drawn to scale - horizontal lines (except for the dimensions at interruptions), but the entire Graphics should be coordinated and reasonable (Figure 2). 5.10 According to the specific requirements of the chain, it is allowed to increase or decrease the number of dimensions. 6 Part drawings
6.1 Table drawings are allowed for parts of the same type. The same dimensions in parts of the same type are marked on the drawings. Different dimensions are marked in tables. The part drawing number and single piece should be indicated in the table. Quality (Figure 5 ~ Figure 9. Table 3 ~ Table 7). 6.1.1 The chain plate (including outer, middle, inner and connecting chain plates) only draws the outer link plate graphic (Figure 5, Table 3), and the shape of the chain plate is drawn according to the actual selected shape. If the middle link plate uses a straight-edge chain plate, the mid-link plate graphics should be drawn separately. h】
