This standard is a revision of JB1296.284 "Technical Conditions for Combined Punching and Shearing Machines with Longitudinal Shear Knife". Compared with JB1296.2-84, the main differences of this standard are as follows:
- The name of the standard is changed to "Technical Conditions for Combined Punching and Shearing Machines";
- The gear axial misalignment is modified;

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for combined punching and shearing machines. This standard applies to combined punching and shearing machines (hereinafter referred to as punching and shearing machines). 2 Cited standards

4.1 Processing and assembly
4.1.1 The processed parts shall comply with the requirements of design, process and relevant standards. The main processed surfaces shall not have burrs, scratches, indentations, cracks and other mechanical damage. Except for special requirements, the sharp edges shall be blunted. 4.1.2 All parts on the punching and shearing machine shall meet the quality requirements. It is not allowed to install gaskets, sleeves and other parts not specified in the drawings. 4.1.3 The important fixed joint surfaces should be tightly fitted. After tightening, they should be inspected with a 0.05mm feeler gauge. The depth of the feeler gauge should not be greater than 1/4 of the width, the cumulative length of the feeler gauge should not be greater than 1/10 of the circumference, and the insertion depth should not be greater than 15mm. The parts required for inspection are: base (pad) and fuselage, upper and lower beams of punch rod and fuselage, die seat and base (die shear and lower die seat), die seat and die (lower die seat and work table), knife plate (static blade) and fuselage (main force contact surface), shear knife and shear plate (blade and type scissors frame) upper contact surface, die scissors seat and fuselage, heat block and slider, plate and shear plate (moving blade upper surface and type scissors frame), etc. 4.1.4 The axial misalignment of meshing gears shall not be greater than the provisions of Table 1. 4.1.5 The operation of the handle, handwheel or pedal device must be flexible and reliable. The operating force for the handle, handwheel, etc. should not be greater than 50N, and the operating force for the pedal device should not be greater than 80N.
4.1.6 The cleanliness of the punching and shearing machine should comply with the provisions of the relevant standards. 4.1.7 The working surface of the guide rail should have uniform scraping points. Use the matching parts (or inspection plate) for color inspection, and calculate the average within an area of ​​300cm2 (if less than 300cm2, calculate the average according to the actual area), and ensure that the number of contact points within an area of ​​25mm×25mm meets the requirements of Table 2.

4.1.8 When two mating parts (such as sliding guide rails and sleeves) are processed by precision planing, grinding or other mechanical processing methods, they should be inspected by coloring method and should have uniform contact. For guide rails, the cumulative value of the contact area should be no less than 70% in length and no less than 50% in width. For sleeves, the cumulative value of the axial contact length should be no less than 70%. The above two provisions do not apply to non-bearing sleeves. 4.1.9 The accuracy of punching and shearing machines shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6102.1. 4.2 Castings, forgings, and weldments
4.2.1 All cast iron parts, steel castings, forgings, weldments and non-ferrous metal castings on punching and shearing machines shall comply with current standards. For defects that do not affect use and appearance, repairs according to current standards are allowed under the condition of ensuring quality. 4.2.2 Important castings or welded parts such as the fuselage, slider, large gear, flywheel, etc. should be subjected to aging treatment. 4.3 Flywheel static balance
The flywheel of the punching and shearing machine should be subjected to static balance test and correction. Its allowable unbalanced torque should be calculated according to formula (1): [M]-

4.4 Noise
The sound of the gear transmission mechanism, electrical and other components of the punching and shearing machine during operation should be uniform, and there should be no irregular impact sound and periodic screaming sound. bZxz.net

The punching and shearing machine should have a reliable lubrication device to ensure that all parts are properly lubricated and leak-proof. 4.6 Electrical system
The electrical system of the punching and shearing machine should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T5226.1. 4.7 Appearance
4.7.1 The outer surface of the punching and shearing machine should not have protrusions, depressions and roughness not specified in the drawings. The edges of the exposed joint surfaces such as door panels, cover panels and cover shells should be neat and symmetrical, and there should be no obvious misalignment. The misalignment and unevenness should comply with the provisions of 3.9.4 in JB/T1829-1997. 4.7.2 The countersunk screws of the punching and shearing machine should not protrude from the outer surface of the parts, and the fixing pins should generally protrude slightly from the outer surface of the parts; the tail end of the bolt should protrude from the nut, but the protruding part should not be too long and uneven: the exposed pipelines and electrical lines should be arranged neatly and firmly. 4.7.3 The painting of all parts and accessories of the punching and shearing machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T1829. 4.8 Life
4.8.1 The first overhaul period of the punching and shearing machine is 24000h. 4.8.2 The main friction parts such as: slider and guide rail, punch rod and punch upper and lower frames, eccentric shaft and connecting rod sleeve, eccentric shaft and body sleeve, punch slider shaft and punching slide plate, slider fulcrum shaft and shear slide plate, etc. should generally take wear-resistant measures. 4.8.3 In the same moving part, the hardness of the removable guide rail should be lower than the hardness of the non-removable guide rail. The hardness of the small guide rail should be lower than the hardness of the large guide rail.
4.8.4 The material grade and heat treatment requirements of the main parts of the punching and shearing machine shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards and technical documents. 4.9 The safety and protection of the punching and shearing machine shall comply with the provisions of JB9962. 4.10 Accessories and compatibility
4.10.1 The punching and shearing machine shall be equipped with necessary accessories and spare wearing parts before leaving the factory. Special accessories shall be agreed upon by the user and the manufacturer and shall be supplied randomly or ordered separately.
4.10.2 The purchased accessories of the punching and shearing machine shall obtain a certificate of conformity and shall be installed on the punching and shearing machine for testing. 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 General inspection rules
5.1.1 Each punching and shearing machine shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory. 5.1.2 The punching and shearing machine shall be tested and inspected for the following items at the manufacturer: a) Inspection of basic parameters.
b) Idle running test.
c) Load and overload test.
d) Geometric accuracy inspection.
After the idle running test, load test and overload test of the punching and shearing machine, the geometric accuracy shall be inspected. e) Working accuracy inspection.
Punching and shearing machines shall generally be inspected for working accuracy. For batch-produced standardized products, the working accuracy is allowed to be sampled, and the sampling quantity shall not be less than 20% of the batch, but shall not be less than one unit.
5.2 Inspection of basic parameters and dimensional specifications

The basic parameters of the punching and shearing machine shall be inspected under no-load conditions according to Appendix A (Appendix to the standard), and 10% of the batch-produced standardized products are allowed to be sampled, but shall not be less than one unit.
5.3 Idle running test
5.3.1 Provisions for idle running time: The continuous idle running time of the punching and shearing machine shall not be less than 4h, of which the running time of the continuous stroke shall not be less than 2h. The running time of a single stroke (according to the working specifications in Table 3) shall not be less than 1.5h. 5.3.2 During the single stroke working specifications, the number of engagements of the clutch and the brake shall not be less than the provisions in Table 3. 5.3.3 During the idle running time, use a point thermometer to measure the measurable parts with the highest heat generation of the following components. The temperature rise value shall not exceed the following provisions:
a) The temperature rise of the sliding bearing shall not be greater than 35℃, and the maximum temperature shall not be higher than 70℃. b) The temperature rise of rolling bearings should not be greater than 40℃, and the maximum temperature should not be higher than 70℃. c) The temperature rise of sliding guides should not be greater than 15℃, and the maximum temperature should not be higher than 50℃. 5.3.4 During the idling test, basic performance tests should also be carried out according to the following items: a) The working mechanism and operating mechanism of the punching and shearing machine should be coordinated with each other, and the operation should be smooth and reliable during operation. b) When the working mechanism stops running, it should stay reliably at the position specified by the design. C) The noise should comply with the provisions of 4.4.
d) The force required for the operating device should not be greater than the provisions of 4.1.5. e) The working conditions of the electrical and lubrication systems should be normal and reliable. f The safety protection device should be accurate and reliable. When the single stroke is specified, the phenomenon of continuous stroke shall not occur. 5.4 Load and overload test
5.4.1 Each punching and shearing machine should be tested at full load, and the number of tests should not be less than three times. 5.4.2 The punching and shearing machine should generally be tested at 120% of its nominal capacity for overload, and the number of tests should not be less than three times. For standardized products produced in batches, 5% of the batch is allowed to be sampled.
5.4.3 The profile used for load and overload tests is Q235.5.4.4 All mechanisms and working systems of the punching and shearing machine should move in a coordinated and reliable manner under the load test. 6 Marking, packaging and transportation
6.1 Rust prevention
The rust prevention of the exposed processing surfaces of the parts, accessories and spare parts of the punching and shearing machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T1829. 6.2 Marking, packaging and transportation
