5 Medicine Box
5.1 The medicine box should have a clear capacity marking line. When the operator adds liquid to the medicine box, he can clearly see the liquid level: 5.2 The medicine box cover should not be accidentally opened or loosened. 5.3 Fill the backpack medicine box with clean water to the rated capacity, tighten the medicine box cover, and tilt the box at 45° to the vertical line in any direction. No liquid should leak out from the medicine box cover, vents, etc. ,5.4 The medicine box of the compression sprayer should be equipped with a safety protection device, and the venting pressure of the safety valve should meet the following requirements: maximum working pressure; not more than 1.2 times the maximum working pressure.
6 Liquid pump
6,1 The motorized liquid system should have a pressure regulating and unloading device. When the outlet stop valve is closed, the pressure increase shall not exceed 20% of the set pressure value. When unloading, the pump pressure should drop below 1MP. When reloading, the pressure should return to the original set pressure value. 6 .2 The motorized sprayer equipped with liquid sprayer shall be equipped with a pressure gauge or force gauge that can display the corresponding working pressure. 6.3 The exposed transmission device of the motorized liquid pump shall have the safety protection device in accordance with the provisions of GB10395.1. 7 Fan
7.1 The fan shall be free from damage, looseness and obvious deformation, and shall rotate smoothly and avoid abnormal noise. 7.2 The air inlet of the fan shall be equipped with a filter and a safety protection cover. 8 Pressure-bearing parts
8.1 The nozzle, spray rod, shut-off valve, pressure hose, hose connector, air chamber, pressure gauge (manometer) and other pressure-bearing parts shall have good pressure resistance and shall be maintained at 1.5 times the working pressure for 1 minute. No rupture and leakage are not allowed. 8.2 The nozzle shall have good performance under the standard working pressure, without obvious coarse stream and droplets; the deviation of the nozzle spray volume shall not exceed 10% of the calibrated spray volume, and the deviation of the spray angle shall not exceed 110° (the spray volume and spray angle shall be tested according to the methods specified in Appendix A and Appendix B).
8.3 The nozzles of tractor-mounted sprayers and walk-behind sprayers should be equipped with anti-drip devices. During normal operation, after closing the shut-off valve 55, no more than 3 nozzles should drip, and the number of drips from each nozzle should not exceed 10 drops/min. 8.4 The spray components should be equipped with a filter device, and the filter device should be kept unobstructed. 9 Spray boom folding mechanism
9.1 The parts of the spray boom folding mechanism that may cause squeezing and shearing hazards should be equipped with protective devices or warning signs. The setting of protective devices or warning signs should comply with the provisions of GB10395.6. 9.2 During transportation, the spray boom of the sprayer can be firmly fixed in the transportation position. 10 Straps
10.1 The straps of the backpack sprayer (device) should be complete and have sufficient width and strength, and their length should be adjustable. 10.2 The back pad and straps of the backpack motor sprayer should be equipped with soft pads that can fully absorb vibration. 11 Others
11.1 When the operator is operating the machine, he should be able to easily cut off the liquid flow of the nozzle. 11.2 The infusion pipeline (except for disinfectant) of the tractor-mounted sprayer and the ear-type sprayer is not allowed to pass through the driver's seat. If equipped with a cab, it is not allowed to be close to the operator's seat. 11.3 The tractor-mounted sprayer and the ear-type sprayer should be equipped with a clean water tank with a volume of at least 15L. 11.4 The power output shaft of the tractor-mounted sprayer should have a protective cover http://

(Normative Appendix)
Spray volume inspection method
A.1 Spray volume measurement method of the nozzle: On the nozzle test bench, measure the spray volume of the nozzle under the calibrated working pressure. Use a measuring cup or a measuring cup to collect the spray liquid, measure three times, take the average value, and then calculate the nozzle spray volume deviation based on the calibrated spray volume. A.2 Spray gun spray measurement method: measure under the calibrated working positive pressure, install the pressure gauge at the end of the spray gun, collect the spray liquid in a container and weigh it on the pound, calculate the spray volume of the spray gun, measure three times, and then calculate the spray volume deviation of the spray gun based on the rated spray volume. http://
Appendix B
(Normative Appendix)
Spray angle measurement method
NY1232-2006
Install the nozzle on the nozzle test bench, spray under the calibrated working pressure, and select one of the following three test methods to measure the spray B.1 Use a protractor to directly measure the angle of the outer edge of the mist flow. B.2 Use a photographic method to take a picture of the lower polar shadow of the mist flow, and then use a protractor to measure the spray angle on the photo. On the nozzle test bench, measure the spray temperature and nozzle height, and then calculate the spray angle. B.3
