4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements

4.1.1 The thickener shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 The manufacture of the thickener shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842.1~842.8. 4.2 Product performance
4.2.1 The thickener shall be able to adapt to the dehydration and concentration of various slurries, and its production capacity, inlet and outlet slurry concentrations shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.2.2 Requirements for the operation performance of the concentrator
The round screen should run smoothly within the specified speed range and be able to strip the slurry smoothly; the sealing belt should be reliably sealed and there should be no leakage; b.
The water spray pipe and the discharge spiral should work normally, and the screen surface should be clean after cleaning. 4.3 Processing and manufacturing quality
4.3.1 Metal trough
The inner wall weld should be continuous, smooth and flat; the difference in the diagonal length of the top surface should not exceed the requirements of Table 2; the two planes of the bearing seat should be on the same plane, and the relative height difference should not exceed 3mm. Table 2

4.3.2 Round screen
a. The radial runout of the outer circle of the mesh wheels on both sides and the outer circle surface contacting the sealing tape shall not exceed the requirements of Table 2; b. The straightness of the outer circle surface of the metal round screen is 1mm between the two mesh wheels and not more than 2mm in the whole length; the injection molded filter plate of the plastic round screen should fit closely with the mesh wheel, and the outer circle surface should be flush, without obvious concave and convex. The straightness of the outer circle surface is not more than 3mm in the whole length.
4.3.3 The pressure roller should be calibrated for static balance, and the residual imbalance on the roller surface shall not exceed 0.001 of its own weight. 4.4 Assembly quality
4.4.1 The assembly accuracy of the part of the round screen that contacts the sealing tape (moving circle) and the part of the tank that contacts the sealing tape (static circle): a. The mutual position difference of the outer circles of the two circles along the radial direction is not more than 2mm; b. The axial clearance of the end faces of the two circles is 2~~8 mm, and the variation of each end is not more than 4 mm. 4.4.2 After the general assembly, loosen the sealing tape and the sealing box, and turn the round screen and the pressure roller by hand. The rotation should be light and flexible without blocking. 4.5 No-load running quality
4.5.1 When the sound level meter is used to measure the noise, the sound pressure level limit value shall not be higher than 85dB(A). 4.5.2 The temperature rise of the main bearing shall not be higher than 20℃.

5.1 The product performance test shall be carried out in the user's factory according to the commonly used inspection specifications of paper mills. 5.2 Measurement of the difference in length of the diagonal lines of the top opening of the trough
Measure the length of the two diagonals of the trough at the top opening of the trough with the same tape measure, and the difference between them is the difference in length of the diagonal lines of the top opening of the trough. 5.3 Measurement of the relative height difference between the two planes of the bearing seat installed on the trough Place the trough on a plane, measure the height dimensions h1 and h2 of the - side plane along the axis of the main shaft on the bearing plane, and then measure the height dimensions h3 and ha of the bearing seat plane on the other side. 5.7 Idle running test
The continuous idle running test time of the concentrator shall not be less than 1h, and the speed shall be from low to high during operation; the sound level meter shall be 1m away from the product, the measuring height shall be 1.5m, and 4 measuring points shall be arranged on the central axis of the concentrator, and the maximum value shall be taken as the actual measured value; b.

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory requirements for concentrators
The concentrator shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer and shall be accompanied by a product certificate before it can be shipped. 6.2 Inspection classification
The inspection of concentrators is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.3 Delivery inspection
6.3.1 The concentrator shall be inspected for delivery in the manufacturer one by one. 6.3.2 The inspection results of processing, manufacturing and assembly quality shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.3 and 4.4. 6.3.3 The appearance quality inspection results shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.6. 6.3.4 The idle running test shall be carried out in accordance with Article 5.7, and the test results shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.5. Only one concentrator per batch is allowed to be inspected. 6.4 Type inspection
6.4.1 Type inspection shall be carried out when new products are trial-formed and old products are transferred to the factory for production or when the superior quality supervision agency makes a request. 6.4.2 Type inspection items and requirements

7.2 Packaging

The product shall be unpacked and inspected every six months since the date of packing, and anti-rust measures shall be taken again if necessary. 8 Quality Assurance
Under the conditions specified in the product manual, if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality within twelve months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer and is used for less than six months within this period, the manufacturer shall be responsible for free repair or replacement of parts (except wearing parts).
