This standard specifies the classification, specifications, model representation method, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of gravel packing tools.
This standard applies to gravel packing tools for sand prevention in oil, gas and water wells. 2. Tool classification, specifications and model representation method 2.1 Tool classification
According to the working mode, it is divided into:
Positive circulation gravel packing tool: code ZT, its structure is shown in Figure 1; Figure!
and reverse circulation gravel packing tool: code FT, its structure is shown in Figure 2. h
2.2 Tool specifications
Divided by the maximum outer diameter of the steel body.
a. The maximum outer diameter specifications of the steel body of the positive circulation gravel packing tool are as follows: 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 135, 140.144, 148, 152, 165, 185mm. b. 3.1.1 Throwing

3.2.1 The material must meet the requirements of the drawing, and other materials with performance not lower than that specified in the drawing can also be used instead. 3.2.2 The physical and mechanical properties and appearance quality of seals and packings should meet the requirements of HG4-1420~1421 "Compression (YS) type packer rubber cylinder for oil (field)" and "Expansion (KZ) type packer rubber cylinder for oil and gas" 3.3 Processing requirements
3.3.1 The pipe thread should be added according to the provisions of GB9253.3 "Petroleum pipe thread". 533788
3.3.2 The drill pipe thread shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of GB9253.1 "Petroleum Drill Pipe Joint Thread". 3.3.3 Ordinary threads shall be processed in accordance with the requirements of GB196~197 "Ordinary threads" and GB2516 "Ordinary thread deviation (1~355mm)".
3.3.4 Machining dimensions without tolerances: The hole and shaft diameter tolerances shall be processed and inspected in accordance with the IT14 level of GB1804 "Tolerances and fits, limit deviations of tolerances and dimensions", and the length shall be inspected in accordance with ±1/2 IT14 level plus.T. 3.3. 5 For machined parts without shape and position tolerances in the drawings, they shall be processed and inspected in accordance with Class A of GB1184 "Specifications for shape, position and tolerances without tolerances".

4.4.1 Equipment used

4.4.3 Test steps
Put the gravel filling tool into the test tank and connect it to the sand pump truck. Carry out the test according to the requirements of Article 4.2.2. Recover all the gravel and take 0.3% of its volume for gravel median analysis. 4.4.4 Data processing

5 Inspection rules

5.2.2 Sampling and judgment rules
5% random inspection. If there are less than 20 sets, 1 set shall be inspected; if 1 set fails during random inspection, double inspection shall be conducted. If it fails again, this batch of products shall be considered unqualified.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Marking
6.1.1 Product marking
The product name, model, factory name, manufacturing date, etc. shall be printed on the surface of the tool. 6.1.2 Packaging marking
The outer packaging shall have a "moisture-proof" mark

6.3 Transportation

6.4.1 After removing the packaging box, the tools should be placed on a special rack indoors and must not overlap. 6.4.2 It is strictly forbidden to contact with corrosive substances such as acid, alkali and salt. 6.4.3 Before the seal leaves the factory, its storage period shall not exceed years. 6.4.4 The storage period of the seal shall be 1 year from the date of leaving the factory.
