Before tinning or tinning, its surface roughness should not be less than 12.5um, and the coating thickness is 20~30μm. Other surfaces should be painted with anti-rust paint. 3.2.3 The fastening parts of the grounding plate should be galvanized. 3.3 Lightning rod 3.3.1 The material of the steel lightning rod is Q235-A. 2 The material of the copper lightning rod is H62-10. CB/T3667.3-1995 3.3.3 The steel lightning rod should be galvanized, and the coating thickness should not be less than 30μm. 3.3.4 The contact surface of the lower end of the riveted lightning rod and the connection with the discharge conductor should be flat and tinned or detinned. 3.4 Cable grounding clamp, 3.4.1 The clamp material is pure copper T2 without annealing. 3.4.2 The clamp shall not have burrs, cracks or sharp edges. 4 Inspection rules Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 4.1 Factory inspection 4.1.1 Products shall be inspected by the manufacturer's inspection department and issued with a certificate of conformity before leaving the factory. 4.1.2 All products shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 3. 4.1.3 5% of each batch shall be sampled, but each model shall not be less than 10. If more than one unqualified product is found in the inspection set, double re-inspection shall be carried out. If there are still unqualified products in the re-inspection, the quality inspection department shall decide whether to return or scrap them. 4.2 Type inspection 4.2.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a. new product or old product transfer factory production trial type identification; b. after normal production, if there are major changes in structure and materials, which may affect product performance; c. d. when the product is resumed after a long-term suspension; e. in normal production, in principle, it shall be conducted once every 4 years. 4.2.2 Type inspection If all the inspections are qualified according to the requirements of Chapter 3, the type inspection is considered qualified. If the sample fails in a certain test, it shall be allowed to retest the single item with 2 times the number of samples. If the retest still fails, the type inspection of the batch of products is considered unqualified. 5 Marking, packaging and storage 5.1 Each product shall have obvious permanent markings, and indicate the model, specification, manufacturer and trademark. 5.2 Products shall be packed according to the same specifications and models, and the packing box shall contain a packing list and factory certificate. 5.3 The packaging boxes and cases shall be marked and marked with: a. Quantity; Model, specification: Manufacturer and trademark; d. Year and month of manufacture; e. Storage period. 5.4 The products shall be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse.
