5 Technical requirementswwW.bzxz.Net
5.1 The chemical composition of the wire shall comply with the provisions of H62 and H68 in Table 1, Chapter 3 of GB/T5232. 5.2 The wire size quality grade is divided into three levels: A, B, and C according to the limit deviation of the diameter. The size range and limit deviation are shown in Table 2. Table 2
Size range
>0. 5~1. 0
>1. 0~~3. 0
>3. 0~4. 0
5.3 The roundness tolerance of the wire shall not exceed half of the limit deviation of the diameter. 5.4 The mechanical properties of the wire shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3

Supply status
1/2 hard
5.5 The wire should be annealed to reduce the residual stress in the product. Limit deviation
Tensile strength

685930
5.6 The wire fracture should be dense, without cracks, pores and inclusions; slight, local pores and inclusions are allowed. c
Elongation
%(L=100 mm)
5.7 The wire surface should be smooth and clean, without cracks, peeling, folds, pull marks, pores, inclusions and green rust. Slight, local (no more than 10%) scratches, abrasions, concave surfaces, indentations and spots that do not exceed half of the wire diameter limit deviation are allowed. Slight red or dark oxidation color and local water marks are also allowed. The wire surface roughness R, value is not more than 3.2um. 6 Test method
6.1 The standard analysis method of chemical composition shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T5122. 6.2 Mechanical properties test shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T228. 6.3 Internal stress test method: Degrease the 150mm long wire sample in advance, then immerse it in mercurous nitrate solution, keep it for 5~10 minutes, take it out and rinse it with water, then observe it with a 5~~10 times magnifying glass, there should be no cracks. Mercurous nitrate solution formula: mercurous nitrate 114g, nitric acid (specific gravity 1.42) 13mL, distilled water 1000mL. 6.4 Fracture inspection: Cut the wire cross section with a notch less than one-third of the diameter and then punch it, and visually inspect it with normal vision. 6.5 Measure the length with a tape measure, and measure the diameter with an outside micrometer with a graduation value of 0.01mm. 6.6 Visually inspect the appearance quality and surface roughness with normal vision. If necessary, test the surface roughness with a profilometer in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10610. You can also use a light section microscope to measure the R value and then convert it to R. value. 245
7 Inspection rules
QB/T1540—1992
7.1 The wire should be inspected by the supplier's quality inspection department, and the product quality should be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. The buyer's acceptance period is within 30 days after arrival.
7.2 The wires should be grouped in batches with the same brand, specification and state, and the weight of each batch should not exceed 500kg. 7.3 Chemical composition test: During the smelting process, the supplier shall take one sample from each furnace for test. The buyer shall take one sample from each batch of products for test.
7.4 Mechanical properties, internal stress and fracture test: Two samples shall be prepared from each batch. The supplier may not conduct internal stress and fracture tests, but must ensure compliance with the provisions of this standard.
7.5 The external dimensions and surface quality of the wire shall be measured and tested for each roll. 7.6 Repeated test: Even if one sample fails the test result of each test, double samples shall be taken from the batch for retesting the unqualified items. If one sample still fails the retest result, the whole batch shall be scrapped or tested roll by roll, and the qualified ones shall be accepted in a separate batch. 8 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
8.1 Packaging
8.1.1 The wire shall be wrapped tightly with moisture-proof paper and linen and tied firmly. 8.1.2 Wooden box packaging: The threading line with a diameter of less than 0.5mm should be packed in a box lined with moisture-proof paper, and should be wrapped tightly with moisture-proof paper. It should not be moved in the box.
8.2 Marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 and 3.4 of GB/T8888. Additional remarks:
This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Clock and Watch Standardization Center. This standard was drafted by Nanjing Clock and Watch Material Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Zheng Hongwu, Huang Fuyuan, Shen Yufen and Rui Youjing. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Light Industry standard QB877-1983 "Brass Wire for Clocks" will be abolished. 246
