The filter shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Working conditions:
a) The suitable particle size of solid particles in the slurry is 0.15-0.80mm; control the feed rate to ensure that the liquid level of the material tank is stable and has overflow; b)
The optimal feed concentration is about 60%.

4.8 The polarity of each pole of the magnetic system should be the same along the axial direction and arranged alternately along the circumference. The magnetic yoke shall be made of low-carbon steel or electrical pure iron with excellent magnetic conductivity, and the yoke and the shaft shall be connected with non-magnetic materials. The magnetic blocks used in the magnetic system shall comply with the provisions of JB/T9042. 4.9 The structure of the filter shall ensure that the magnetic system rotates at the required angle according to the specified position, and that the sealing joint between the material storage box and the cylindrical cylinder does not leak slurry. 4.10 All lubricating oil passages shall be unobstructed to ensure lubrication. 4.11 The high-speed moving parts and transmission devices of the filter shall be equipped with protective covers. 4.12 The noise sound pressure level of the filter during operation shall not exceed 80dB (A). 4.13
All exposed non-machined metal parts shall be coated with two layers of primer (including maintenance primer) and two layers of topcoat. The adhesion of the paint film shall not be lower than the second level of GB/T1720. The paint shall be evenly applied without defects such as shedding, flaking, cracks and flow marks. 4.14 The complete supply scope of the filter includes: a) Complete set of mechanical parts:

5 Test method
5.1 The filter should be run at the highest speed on the test bench for 2 hours to measure the radial runout of the cylinder and the power of the motor. 5.2 Each channel of the throat should be subjected to a water pressure test and maintained at a gauge pressure of 0.2MPa for 10 minutes without leakage. 5.3 The air tightness test of the cavity wall and weld connection of the filter parts shall be carried out according to the following provisions before painting. a) The distribution head shall be filled with water and kept for 10 minutes without leakage; b) The welds of the cylinder, tank, material box and pipeline connection shall be tested for oil penetration with kerosene, and the chalk applied on the back of the weld shall not be allowed to turn black.
5.4 The state of the contact surface of the distribution plate and the gas plate shall be checked by the coloring method, and the number of contact points shall comply with the provisions of 4.6. After the distribution plate and the gas plate are assembled, use a 0.05mm feeler gauge to check their contact conditions, and the insertion depth of the feeler gauge shall not exceed 10mm. 5.5 The noise of the filter shall be determined according to GB/T3768. 5.6 The magnetic induction intensity (Table 1) shall be measured within a range of not less than 250mm from both ends of the magnetic system using a Tesla meter with an accuracy level of not less than 2.5 and a probe with a thickness of not more than 2mm. The measured value shall be determined by the radial component of the magnetic field on the cylinder surface relative to the geometric center of the magnetic pole. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
Filters are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 The filter must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped. When it leaves the factory, it must be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the product. 6.2.2 The following items are inspected before shipment:
a) The radial runout of the cylinder and the power of the motor: 3

6.3.1 The filter shall be subjected to type inspection in any of the following cases: a)
When new products or old products are transferred to the factory for production appraisal; when the product structure, materials and process are greatly changed after normal production; when the product is resumed after long-term suspension; c)
When the results of the factory inspection are greatly different from the last inspection; e)
When the national quality inspection agency puts forward the type inspection requirement. 6.3.2 The type inspection items shall meet all the requirements of this standard. The type inspection shall be conducted on one product that has passed the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted. 6.3.3
Signs, labels and instructions for use
Each filter shall be fixed with a product sign in an appropriate and obvious position. Its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and shall indicate the following contents:
Manufacturer name and trademark;

e) Date of manufacture.
A product instruction manual shall be prepared for the filter, and its contents shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9969.1. 7.2
7.3 The packaging marks of the filter shall include the shipping and receiving marks of the transport packaging, the packaging storage and transportation pictorial marks, and shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6388 and GB191.
Packaging, transportation and storage
The filter can be packaged as a whole, or packed and wrapped in a disassembled form. The wrapped parts shall be marked with a label, and the marking content shall be the same as that of 83. The parts shall be firmly fixed in the box. 8.2 The following documents shall be attached to the filter packaging: Quality certificate or product certificate:

The filter shall be stored in a warehouse or under a shed that can prevent direct sunlight and rain and snow from invading the packaging. During storage and transportation, the distribution head should be strictly protected, the magnetic system should be in a naturally drooping state and be able to swing freely. 8.7 The exposed processing and matching surfaces of the machine should be treated with anti-corrosion. 5

Requirements for auxiliary equipment
A1 The auxiliary equipment of the filter includes: vacuum pump, blower or compressor, automatic liquid discharge device. Vacuum pump: The vacuum degree should be able to reach 60-80kPa, and the pumping rate of the pump is 0.5~2.0m per minute per square meter of filtration area. Among them, the smaller value of the A2
air extraction rate is used to form a dense suspension without crack cake layer, while the larger value is used to form a suspension with fine pores or large crack filter cake layer.
Blower or compressor: The pressure should reach 0.01~0.03MPa, and the blowing rate should be able to reach 0.1-0.5m per minute per square meter of filtration area.
