For composite products with blue layer, the surface layer and the middle and bottom layers, the surface, middle and bottom layers shall be tested separately, 390 5.7 Heating dimensional change rate and heating loss rate QB/T1647-92 Perform according to the relevant provisions of 4.6 and 4.7 in GB4085. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Batch Products shall be accepted in batches. Plastic floorings with the same specifications, formulas and patterns are considered as a batch, and each batch shall not exceed 2000 rolls. 6.2 Factory inspection Perform according to the provisions of Chapter 4. 6.3 Sampling Random sampling is performed in each batch. 6.3.1 Sampling of specifications and appearance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 2 and Table 3 of GB2828. 6.3.2 Physical and mechanical properties inspection is carried out in batches, and 0.6m of a roll is randomly selected from each batch for inspection. 6.4 Judgment rules 6.4.1 Judgment of sample unit quality Specifications and appearance shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of 4.1 and 4.2. If all items are qualified, the sample unit is qualified. 6.4.2 Determination of qualified batches Specifications and appearance shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2 and Table 3 of GB2828, and a normal inspection sampling plan shall be adopted. The general inspection level is ", and the qualified quality level (AQI.) is 6.5. For the physical and mechanical properties test results, if there are unqualified items, double samples should be taken from the original batch again, and the unqualified items should be re-inspected. If all the re-inspection results are qualified, the entire batch is qualified. 6.4.3 Determination of product grade. Determine according to the lowest grade of all test results. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Marking Each roll of product should have a certificate of conformity, including product name, specification, grade, this standard number, factory name and address, trademark, production date and inspector code. 7.2 Packaging The product is packed with kraft paper or woven bags, or as agreed by both parties. 7.3 Transportation During transportation, it should be protected from sunlight and rain, mechanical collision should be avoided, and loading and unloading should be done with care. 7.4 Storage Plastic flooring should be stored indoors, kept ventilated, dry, and away from heat sources. Stacked neatly, the stacking height should not exceed 10 layers. The storage period should not exceed one year from the date of production.
