|tt||Standard compression package decompression password: www.bzxz.net
This standard specifies the test method for biochemical oxygen demand for biodegradation screening test of chemicals.
This standard is applicable to water-soluble solid or liquid organic matter, and can also be used for volatile and low water-soluble organic matter.
This standard is applicable to organic matter that has no inhibitory effect on bacteria at the test concentration.
This standard provides a method for screening the biodegradability of the test substance.
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T1.1-2009.
This standard has the same technical content as the method C.5 (2008) of the European Parliament and the Council Regulation No. 440/2008 on the test methods of Regulation No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) "Degradation Biochemical Oxygen Demand".
This standard has been modified in the following structural and editorial ways:
———The measurement unit is changed to the legal measurement unit of China;
———In order to be consistent with the existing standard series, the name of the standard is changed to "Biochemical Oxygen Demand of Biodegradation Screening Test for Chemicals";
———In the provisions of terms and definitions, the definitions consistent with the national standards already issued by China are adopted.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Hazardous Chemicals Management (SAC/TC251).
The drafting units of this standard are: Chemical Registration Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Shanghai Testing Center, Nanjing Institute of Environmental Sciences of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center, and China Institute of Inspection and Quarantine.
The main drafters of this standard.

TTTKAONTKACA GB/T27852—2011 This method is used to determine the biochemical oxygen demand (BO) of bulk or liquid organic compounds. This test guide is applicable to water-soluble test substances and, at least in theory, also to volatile and low water-soluble test substances. This method is only applicable to organic test substances that have no inhibitory effect on bacteria at the test concentration. If the test substance is insoluble at the test concentration, specific methods such as ultrasonic diffusion should be used to disperse the test substance well. The decay data of the test substance may help explain the phenomenon of low test results and select the appropriate test concentration. TTKAAN KAcA 1 Scope Chemical biodegradation screening test Biochemical oxygen demand This standard specifies the test method for biochemical oxygen demand in chemical biodegradation screening test. GB/T 27852—2011 This standard is applicable to water-soluble solid or liquid organic matter, and can also be used for volatile and low water-soluble organic matter. This standard is applicable to organic matter that has no inhibitory effect on bacteria at the test liquid concentration. This standard provides a method for screening the biodegradability of the test substance. 2 Terms and definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 2. 1 Thiochemical oxygen demand, BoD Biochemical oxygen demand The amount of oxygen consumed by microorganisms to decompose organic matter can be expressed as milligrams of oxygen consumed per milligram of the test substance (mg/mg). 3 Test substance information Test substance information includes: a) molecular formula or structural formula; b) purity and impurities; c) solubility or dispersibility in water; d) vapor pressure; ) toxicity or inhibition to microorganisms. 4 Reference substance Use a suitable reference substance to test the activity of the inoculum. 5 Principle of the method A certain amount of the test substance is dissolved or dispersed in a suitable culture medium with sufficient aeration, inoculated with microorganisms, and cultured in a closed environment at a constant temperature and away from light. The BOD is determined by measuring the difference in dissolved oxygen content at the beginning and end of the egg test. The test period is at least 5 days, but not more than 28 days. 6 Test procedure 6.1 Preparation of test substance solution For test substances with solubility greater than the test concentration, prepare the initial solution of the test substance according to the test requirements. 1 TTTKANTKACA GB/T 27852--2011 6.2 Preparation of test substance dispersion For test substances with solubility less than or equal to the test concentration, ultrasonic diffusion and other methods should be used to disperse the test substance well and obtain a dispersion of the test concentration. 6.3 Test operation The BOD of the test substance solution or dispersion can be determined according to any appropriate national or international standard method. Note: The method of ISO5815 is recommended. At the same time, a blank control sample containing no test substance is set for parallel balancing. 7 Quality assurance and quality control The fixed value of BOD is not sufficient as the biodegradability of the test substance. 8 Data and Report Www.bzxZ.net 8.1 Data Calculation According to the selected standardization method, the BOD value in the initial solution/dispersion can be calculated and then converted into the BOD value per gram of the test substance. The average value of at least three valid tests is used to calculate the biochemical oxygen demand. 8.2 Result Report The test report should include the following: a) Test tree: - Chemical property identification data; - Physical state, solubility, volatility data: - Inherent components. b) Test conditions: Description of test method: - Measures to inhibit nitrification should be taken, and the details should be stated. c) Nesting: Measurement data: - The test result is the average value of more than three valid measurements, converted into grams of BOL per gram of test substance. d) Discussion of results. | |tt | T 90-103 Dctcrmination of thc biochemical oxygcn demandGB/T27852—2011 [5?
