Table 1 Rated volume flowbzxZ.net >0.8~2. 0 Rated volume flow is calculated according to formula (1): Where: Q—rated volume flow, L/min; A----0.00027, L/(min·cm2) Initial resistance F-effective filtration area of filter element, cm\. 3.6 The original filtration efficiency of the assembly shall not be less than 9U; the assembly of precision filter element shall not be less than 95%. The clogging life of the filter element in the assembly shall be as specified in Table 2. 3.7 Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on July 1, 1991 and implemented on July 1, 1992 Original filtration efficiency JB5239-91 Note: The clogging life test shall use the filter element that has passed the original filtration efficiency test. 3.8 The inside of the assembly shall be clean, and its cleanliness limit W shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3 Rated volume flow >2. 0~3.3 The connection dimensions and shape and position tolerances between the assembly and the host shall comply with the requirements of the product drawings. 3.9 is 6. The outer surface of the assembly shall not have obvious scratches, burrs and other defects. Blockage Cleanliness limit W The test methods for the relevant items in this chapter shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB10825. The inorganic impurity concentration coefficient K in the original filtration efficiency test method and the blockage life test method are shown in Appendix A (Supplement). Inspection rules Each assembly shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and a product certificate shall be issued after passing the inspection. 4.2 When the ordering unit samples the quality of the assembly product, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The sampling plan and the AQL value of the qualified quality level assessment shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage The assembly shall be marked with the manufacturer's name or factory logo, product name and model. Each assembly shall be packed in a paper box separately, and shall be accompanied by a product certificate and use and maintenance instructions signed by the inspector. When the assembly leaves the factory, it shall be packed in a dry packaging box lined with moisture-proof material, and ensure that it will not be damaged during normal transportation. The outer surface of the packaging box shall be marked with: Manufacturer's name and address; Product name and model; Factory date: Volume: length × width × height, mm; Weight: kg: Quantity; Receiving unit and address; "Moisture-proof", "Handle with care". The assembly should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Under normal storage, the manufacturer should ensure that the assembly will not rust within 12 months from the date of leaving the factory, and the filter element will not rot or degumming. 2 JB5239-91 Appendix A Diesel filter plugging life test method (Supplement) The test device shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.6.1 of GB10825. The test oil is No. 0 light diesel oil filtered through a 0.8μm microporous filter membrane. The test liquid temperature shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.6.2 of GB10825. Inorganic impurities shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.2.1 of GB10825. A4 Organic impurity concentrate is prepared by adding 1g of carbon black to 90mL of test oil and 10mL of ash-free dispersant additive. A5 Note: Organic impurity concentrate can be temporarily purchased from the Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry. A6 Before use, the organic impurity concentrate in the container with a lid must be fully shaken until there is no sediment at the bottom of the container, then poured into a beaker and stirred evenly with a stirrer (for at least 1 hour) before use. Clean the test oil tank and test system pipeline. A7 Install the test sample, add test oil to the tank, fill the test system pipeline and test filter with oil, and exhaust the air. A8 Adjust the flow rate of the filter to be tested, and select a suitable throttle hole so that the pressure of the pressure measuring tube of the filter is within the specified range at the rated volume flow rate. A9 Preparation of test liquid Add 280g of inorganic impurities to 93L of test oil and 7L of organic impurity concentrate. The preparation method is as follows: Determine the total amount of test liquid to be prepared based on the rated volume flow rate and estimated life of the product. A10.1 Calculate the amount of test oil, organic impurity concentrate and inorganic impurities according to the total amount of test liquid. Add 90% of the test oil to the oil tank. Start the agitator and stir the test oil at a speed of 250r/min. Add all the organic impurity concentrate to the oil tank and continue stirring for no less than 30min. Mix the inorganic impurities with a part of the remaining 10% test oil, stir and add them to the oil tank. A10.5 Rinse the container of organic impurity concentrate and inorganic impurity mixture with the remaining test oil, and pour all of them into the oil tank. Increase the stirring speed to 400r/min, and stir for no less than 10min. Open the valve at the lower end of the oil tank, adjust the rated volume flow of the filter according to the pre-adjusted pressure value, make the pressure tube reading stable within the pre-adjusted range, and start timing and record the original pressure difference when the throttle hole starts to discharge oil. A 10.9 Adjust the stirring speed to 250/min. Record the pressure difference and time as specified in Table A1, and measure the cumulative amount of test liquid passing when the pressure difference reaches 70kPa. Table A1 Original pressure difference Cumulative time1 The clogging life is calculated according to formula (A1): Where; t--filter clogging life, min; V The amount of test liquid passing, L; Rated volume flow rate of the test filter, L/min. Q JB5239—91 Cumulative time A10.12Measure the data according to Table A1, convert the time seconds into units, and draw the clogging life curve (see Figure A1). 70.0 Additional instructions, Plugging life curve This standard is proposed and managed by Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry.
