6.1 The parts and components of the tested gear device shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and have inspection records. 6.2 The lubricating oil and oil level used in the gear device shall comply with the requirements of the design documents. 6.3 The basic parameters of the gear device under test shall be provided in Appendix A (reference) Table A1.7 Test method
7.1 Basic performance test of gear device
7.1.1 Cleanliness test
The cleanliness of the gear device shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB11368. 7.1.2 Loading test
7.1.2.1 The gear shall be installed at the rated speed and operated at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of its rated torque for 30 minutes each. 7.1.2.2 During the loading test, the time, oil temperature, speed and torque shall be recorded every 10 minutes. 7.1.2.3 For gear devices that work in both directions or do not indicate the direction of rotation, forward and reverse tests shall be carried out; for gear devices that work in one direction, one direction test may be carried out. The direction of rotation must be the same as the working direction. 7.1.2.4 For speed change gear devices and multi-stage output gear devices, tests shall be carried out in accordance with relevant industry standards. 7.1.2.5 When adding torque to each gear, the gear device should ensure normal operation without oil leakage or other abnormal phenomena. 7.1.3 Transmission efficiency test
7.1.3.1 Rated speed variable torque test
The input speed is the rated speed of the gear device: 10 minutes after the operation reaches thermal equilibrium, the speed and torque are measured: the output torque increases from 0 to 100% of the rated value by 10%, and the load test is performed gear by gear: the speed, torque and efficiency of each gear are recorded, and the torque-efficiency curve is drawn: Rated torque variable speed test
The input torque is the rated torque of the gear device: b.
JB/T507791
The input speed is divided into 5 gears, and the test is carried out at 40%, 50%, 60%, 80% and 100% of the rated speed; the speed, torque and efficiency of each gear are recorded, and the speed-efficiency curve is drawn. Temperature rise test
7. 1. 4. 1
The temperature rise test is to measure the temperature rise of the lubricating oil and the overflow of the bearing of the gear device. At the rated speed and rated torque, the test bench runs continuously, and the temperature rise is observed and recorded. 7. 1. 4. 2
7. 1. 4. 3
The test time is 30 minutes after the gear device starts to run and reaches thermal equilibrium. Noise test
7.1.5.1Measure the noise of the gear device at rated speed and no load. Measure the noise of the gear device at rated speed and rated overload. 7. 1. F. .
7.1.5.The noise test method is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6404. The noise test data shall be recorded in Table A2 of Appendix A. 7.1.5.4
7.1.6 Dynamic test
7.1.6.1 The vibration test of the gear device shall be carried out under the conditions of rated speed and rated torque. 7.1.6.2 The vibration test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8543. 7.1.6.3 The vibration test data shall be recorded in Table A3 of Appendix A. 7.2 Durability test of gear device
7.2.1 Fatigue life test
7.2.1.1 The gear device shall be tested under the conditions of rated torque and rated speed. 7.2.1.2 The test time shall not be less than 5×10\ stress cycles of the high-speed shaft gear, and it may also be replaced by an equivalent strengthening test. 7.2.1.3 It is allowed to replace the bench fatigue life test with an industrial application test. The industrial application test time is 1000h, and there shall be a record report.
7.2.1.4 During the test, the machine shall be stopped for inspection at 25%, 50% and 75% of the test time, and detailed records shall be kept. The test can be continued only when the gear teeth are in good condition or only have local pitting and no development trend. 7.2.1.5 During the test, it is not allowed to replace important parts, otherwise the test shall be repeated. 7.2.2 Overload test
7.2.2.1 At rated speed, the bench test shall be carried out at 110% and 120% of the rated torque respectively. 7.2.2.2 The overload operation test time shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2
