Durability test of gear device Fatigue life test; Overload test. 5 Test equipment and instruments 5.1 Test bench 5.1.1 The test bench shall be used only after being appraised by the relevant departments. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on 1991-06-11 and implemented on 1992-07-01 JB/T5077-91 5.1.2 The test bench shall ensure safe operation and have sufficient rigidity. The two rotating couplings shall meet the coaxiality requirements. 5.1.3 The loading device of the test bench shall be able to apply load reliably. 5.1.4 The installation of the tested gear device on the test bench should be in accordance with its working conditions and fastening methods. 5.2 Testing instruments and accuracy Testing instruments, meters, measuring tools and inspection tools should be calibrated and calibrated in accordance with relevant national standards and regulations, and have a valid calibration certificate. The accuracy of the testing instrument shall comply with the requirements of Table 1. The direction of rotation must be the same as the working direction. 7.1.2.4 For speed change gear devices and multi-stage output gear devices, tests shall be carried out in accordance with relevant industry standards. 7.1.2.5 When adding torque to each gear, the gear device should ensure normal operation without oil leakage or other abnormal phenomena. 7.1.3 Transmission efficiency test 7.1.3.1 Rated speed variable torque test The input speed is the rated speed of the gear device: 10 minutes after the operation reaches thermal equilibrium, the speed and torque are measured: the output torque increases from 0 to 100% of the rated value by 10%, and the load test is performed gear by gear: the speed, torque and efficiency of each gear are recorded, and the torque-efficiency curve is drawn: Rated torque variable speed test The input torque is the rated torque of the gear device: b. Noise test 7.1.5.1Measure the noise of the gear device at rated speed and no load. Measure the noise of the gear device at rated speed and rated overload. 7. 1. F. . 7.1.5.The noise test method is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6404. The noise test data shall be recorded in Table A2 of Appendix A. 7.1.5.4 7.1.6 Dynamic test 7.1.6.1 The vibration test of the gear device shall be carried out under the conditions of rated speed and rated torque. 7.1.6.2 The vibration test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8543. 7.1.6.3 The vibration test data shall be recorded in Table A3 of Appendix A. 7.2 Durability test of gear device 7.2.1 Fatigue life test 7.2.1.1 The gear device shall be tested under the conditions of rated torque and rated speed. 7.2.1.2 The test time shall not be less than 5×10\ stress cycles of the high-speed shaft gear, and it may also be replaced by an equivalent strengthening test. 7.2.1.3 It is allowed to replace the bench fatigue life test with an industrial application test. The industrial application test time is 1000h, and there shall be a record report. 7.2.1.4 During the test, the machine shall be stopped for inspection at 25%, 50% and 75% of the test time, and detailed records shall be kept. The test can be continued only when the gear teeth are in good condition or only have local pitting and no development trend. 7.2.1.5 During the test, it is not allowed to replace important parts, otherwise the test shall be repeated. 7.2.2 Overload test 7.2.2.1 At rated speed, the bench test shall be carried out at 110% and 120% of the rated torque respectively. 7.2.2.2 The overload operation test time shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
