Some standard content:

National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Cold-rolled sheets of cerrusion-resisting alloy
Cold-rolled sheets of cerrusion-resisting GB/T 15010-94
Replacement CBn275
This standard applies to cold-rolled sheets of ferrous and nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys with a thickness of 0.8~4 mm (hereinafter referred to as sheets). 1 Dimensions and shape
1.1 The dimensions and allowable deviations of the sheets shall comply with the provisions of GB 708:-88 "Dimensions, shape, weight and allowable deviations of cold-rolled steel sheets and strips".
1.2 The insert bend of the sheet per meter length shall not exceed 4 mm1.3 The width of the sheet per meter length shall not exceed 10 mm, but the width of the sheet per meter length with a tensile strength greater than 685 N/mm may be greater than 15 mm.
2 Technical requirements
2.1 Grade and chemical composition
2.1.1 The grade and chemical composition (melting analysis) of the alloy shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 2.1.2 When conducting finished product analysis, deviations from the provisions of Table 1 are allowed, but the maximum allowable deviation value shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 in GB/T15007 Corrosion-resistant alloy grades.
2.2 Delivery status
The plate shall be delivered after solution treatment, pickling, leveling and trimming. 2.3 Mechanical properties
The mechanical properties of the plate after solution treatment shall comply with the yield strength values specified in Table 2 and shall be measured only when required by the purchaser (specified in the contract).
2.4 Macro inspection
The transverse acid-etched macrostructure of the plate shall not have residual shrinkage cavities, cracks, delamination and inclusions visible to the naked eye. 2.5 Grain size
The plate in the delivery state shall be inspected for grain size and the measured results shall be reported. 2.6 Surface quality
2.6.1 The plate shall not be delaminated. The surface shall be smooth and flat. There shall be no cracks, bubbles, inclusions, scars, oxide scale and over-pickling marks. 2.6.2 The surface is allowed to have local slight pits, scratches, pits and marks with a depth not greater than half of the plate thickness tolerance and not less than the minimum thickness allowed. Any defects exceeding the above provisions may be removed by grinding, and the depth of local defect elimination shall not make the plate less than the minimum thickness allowed.
2.7 Special requirementsbZxz.net
Under the condition of technical basis, according to the requirements of the purchaser, special requirements such as chemical composition and mechanical properties may be supplemented, or special inspection items such as corrosion test and non-destructive testing may be supplemented, but the specific requirements and test methods shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 3 Test methods
The test methods, sample rules and quantity of plates shall comply with the requirements of Table 3. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on April 4, 1994, and implemented on May 1, 1994
