This standard is a revision of ZBJ48003-—88 "Pneumatic Drills". The main technical content changes are as follows: Added the provisions on product sampling plan: Cancelled Appendix A, i.e. the provisions on the limits of the main susceptibility. This standard replaces 2BJ483-8 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed by the National Rock Drilling Machinery and Pneumatic Tools Standardization Technical Committee and is under the jurisdiction of the drafting unit of this standard: Tianshui Pneumatic Tools Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Wang Xiqiao and Qu Fuping. This standard was first issued in 1988.

3 Types and basic specifications
3.1 Type

4.1 The production should comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 22.87

5. The product must be accepted by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer, and there must be technical documents proving the quality of the product. 5.2 The factory inspection of the product shall be carried out according to the inspection regulations formulated by the manufacturer based on the specific product, but the basic parameters of the product shall meet the requirements of Table! 5.3 The performance test of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5621. 5.4 The noise measurement of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5898. 5.5 The viscosity test of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T4041. 5.6 The approval of the product life shall be based on the type inspection report. 5.7 The product shall be subject to type inspection in one of the following situations: a) When the new product (including the old product when it is transferred to the factory for production) is finalized; b) When there are major improvements in product design, process and main materials used; d) When the product of phased production is put into production; 5.8 The products for type inspection shall be randomly selected from the qualified products. 5.4 When sampling and inspecting the quality of the product, the normal inspection and sampling plan stipulated in GBT282B shall be followed. 6 Marking, packaging, temperature transportation and storage
