4 Classification
HG2181-91
4.1 Grouping: The rubber materials specified in this standard are divided into two groups, A and B, according to the concentration and temperature of acid and alkali resistance. Group A materials are divided into four hardness grades: 40, 50, 60, 70IRHD; Group B materials are divided into two hardness grades: 60, 70IRHD.4.2 Marking: Mark with "purpose, rubber type, basic physical properties, manufacturing unit, standard number. The basic physical property code is in accordance with GB7535.
Example:
HG2181
Standard number
Manufacturing unit code (represented by two Chinese pinyin letters) Compression permanent deformation, maximum value 50%
Elongation at break, minimum value 400%
-Tensile strength, minimum value 10MPa
Hardness value range, 40+ degrees
Natural rubber or its blended rubber
Acid and alkali resistant O-ring rubber material
Mark with the rubber type that accounts for the larger proportion in the blended rubber. If the two rubbers account for half each , then the first one shall be marked according to the arrangement order of the rubber code in Chapter 3.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 The raw materials used in the manufacture of rubber materials and their manufacturing process shall comply with the relevant technical specifications. 5.2 The rubber material shall be mixed evenly, and no rubber agglomerates or impurities larger than 0.2mm are allowed. 7.1 Rubber
7.1.1 Rubber produced by the same shift and the same machine is a batch. 7.1.2. The appearance of the rubber material should be inspected batch by batch. 7.1.3 Take one roll of each batch of rubber material for basic physical property inspection; according to the acid or alkali environment in which the O-ring is located, acid or alkali resistance test should be carried out for the corresponding acid or alkali. At least once a month, heat aging resistance and low temperature brittleness should be inspected at least once a quarter. 7.1.4 When there are unqualified inspection items, double samples should be taken for re-inspection of the unqualified items. If one item is still unqualified after the re-inspection, the rubber material of the roller is unqualified, and the rubber material should be inspected one by one. 7.20 Ring
1.2.1 Unless otherwise specified, products of the same specification made of the same rubber number and delivered for inspection at one time are one inspection batch. 7.2.20 Ring appearance quality should be inspected piece by piece. 7.2.3 Dimensional tolerance, according to GB2828, adopt general inspection level II, AQL value 4 for sampling inspection 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
8.1 The marking, packaging, transportation of rubber materials shall be in accordance with GB·5721 or agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 8.2 Storage of rubber materials shall be in accordance with GB5722. 8.3 In compliance with 8.1 and 8.2, the storage period of rubber materials is three months or six months from the date of manufacture. Rubber materials that exceed the storage period shall be inspected and qualified according to the requirements of this standard before they can be used. The storage period of O-rings produced from natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber or their combination is 2 or 3 years; the storage period of O-rings produced from butyl rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, fluororubber or their combination is 5 or 7 years.
