This standard replaces B/T12711993 Technical conditions for AC and DC motor shaft whip parts 3. Compared with B/T1271-1903, this standard has the following changes: JB/T1271-2002
According to GB/T1.1-2000) & Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Standard Structure and Editing Rules and related standards, the original standard has been edited and revised:
Open-hearth cold refining method is removed;
Table 2 and Table 1 respectively add 1BMnMaNb steel grade composition and mechanical properties: In Table 2, the chemical composition of P and S are reduced from 0.030% to 0.025% respectively: In Table 3, the allowable deviation of the analysis of the finished product of large-section forgings is added: In the mechanical properties, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are appropriately improved. The magnetic particle inspection method is added for the bearing parts of grade forgings. This standard is proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation. The standard is under the jurisdiction of Deyang Large Components Research Institute. This standard was drafted by China Second Heavy Machinery Group Corporation and Dongfang Electric Corporation. The main drafters of this standard are Liu Gaoshu and Long Ben. This standard was first issued in 1972, revised for the first time in 1985, and revised for the second time in 1993. 1 Specification
