The complete set of equipment is divided into three types: large, medium and small. The productivity of slaughtering and cooking should be reasonably matched. 3.1
3.2 Under the condition that the chicken (duck) source meets the requirements of the "Veterinary Health Inspection Procedure for Roast Chicken\" and the processed scraps can be processed on the same day, the main performance indicators should meet the requirements. 4.1.1The complete set of equipment shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 For complete equipment, all parts of each unit that contact the poultry body are made of stainless steel, and the materials of other parts must be painted with anti-rust paint, or other anti-corrosion measures must be adopted.
4.1.3 The materials of castings shall comply with the provisions of GB9439, GB5612 and GB5675. The dimensional deviation of castings shall comply with the 8th grade accuracy in JB2854.
4.1.4 Castings shall not have cracks, flash and burrs. The working surface of running parts shall not have casting defects such as pores, sand holes, shrinkage, etc. The oiling parts shall be thoroughly cleaned of residues, sticky sand and other debris. 4.1.5 Forgings shall not have forging defects such as interlayer, folding, cracks, overburning, scarring, etc. 4.1.6 Riveted parts shall be firm, rivets shall be smooth, fit tightly with the surface of the gold screen, without burrs, and there shall be no obvious hammer marks, bosses and pits on the surface. Rivets shall not be loose or skewed.
4.1.7 The welds of welded parts shall be firm and smooth, and spatter and melt shall be removed. There shall be no defects such as burn-through, cracks, honeycombs, and incomplete penetration. Spot welds shall be firmly spot welded and arranged evenly and neatly.
4.1.8 Electric welding shall be used for welding of pressure vessels. The tank welds shall be subjected to non-destructive testing. Radiographic testing shall comply with Level 1 in GB3323, or ultrasonic testing shall comply with Level 1 in JB1152. After the equipment is manufactured, a water pressure test shall be carried out, with the tank body subjected to a water pressure test of 0.75MPa and the jacket subjected to a water pressure test of 0.38MPa.
4.1.9 Stamping parts shall not have defects such as cracks, wrinkles, flash, obvious pull marks, and local pull marks. Unindicated tolerances shall comply with the provisions of IT14 in GB1804.
The appearance of sheet metal parts shall be correct and smooth, and there shall be no cracks, wrinkles, or concave cancer. The buckle seam should be firm, the soldering should be tight and not slippery, the machined surface should not have defects such as marks, scratches and rust, the burrs should be cleaned and the sharp edges should be blunt. The limit difference of the unindicated tolerance size should comply with the provisions of IT13 in GB1804, JB/T5689-91
4.1.12 The cone column of the rubber rod has the correct shape, good elasticity, high mechanical strength, moderate hardness, flex resistance, not easy to break, and no cracks. 4.1.13 The plating layer of the electroplated parts should be firm, bright and uniform, and there should be no peeling, spots and blistering. 4.2 Combination of complete sets of equipment
The complete set of equipment consists of the following single machines and supporting equipment: 4.2.1 The live chicken slaughtering equipment consists of a hanging conveyor, a corona device, a blood collector, a scalding machine, a feather removal machine, a hanger cleaning machine, a pre-cooling device, etc. 4.2.2 The equipment for cleaning the cavity of white striped chicken consists of a conveyor, pneumatic shears, pressure washing machine, vacuum suction device, gizzard peeling machine, etc. 4.2.3 The equipment for roasting (grilling) chicken consists of a hanging conveyor, electric fryer, hoisting device, sandwich steam cooker, etc. 4.2.4 The equipment for cooling and packaging food consists of a cooling device, a wrapper and a vacuum packaging machine, etc. 4.2.5 The equipment for handling scraps and waste consists of a steaming/drying machine, a crusher, a packaging machine, ventilation and dust removal, etc. 4.3 Technical requirements for the main units of the complete set of equipment
4.3.1 The conveyor speed can be adjusted to meet the needs of different production efficiency. 4.3.2 The output voltage of the corona device is adjusted in four gears of 36, 48, 60, and 72V to meet the needs of different poultry species and varieties and ensure the safety of the operator.
4.3.3 The temperature of the scalding machine should be easy to adjust, with a temperature display device, the water temperature change range is ±2℃, and the scalding time should not exceed 1.5min. The gap between the scalding liquid and the feather removal machine should be easy to adjust and labor-saving, and the feather removal should be durable and have a service life of more than 500h. 4.3.4
The gizzard peeling machine must keep the chicken gizzards intact and not damaged, and the gizzard skin should not be broken. 4.3.5
The temperature of the electric fryer should be automatically controlled and displayed on the temperature gauge. The automatic temperature control range is 20~300℃4.3.6
The lifting capacity of the hoisting device should not be less than 0.5t, and the hanging rail should be matched with the sandwich pot and have a hollow flower pressure cover. 4.3.7
The pot for braising must be a stainless steel sandwich steam pot. The manufacturing unit should have a pressure vessel manufacturing inspection certificate, and the sandwich pot can be tilted for cleaning to maintain food hygiene.
4.3.9 The overflow reduction device must match the raw processing and cooked processing capabilities to ensure that the core muscle temperature of the white-striped chicken reaches -15°C. The freezing time shall not exceed 36 hours, so that the roasted (braised) chicken products are kept at 4-5°C to meet the standard requirements for the preservation of sauced and marinated foods. 4.3.10 The packaging equipment shall comply with the packaging requirements in GB7718. 4.3.11 The feather powder processing device hydrolyzes the feathers at a certain temperature and pressure. The absorbable and digestible protein content of the feather powder formed by vacuum drying and crushing should be greater than 75%.
4.4 Technical requirements for the assembly of complete sets of equipment
4.4.1 Each supporting single machine must pass the inspection, and the purchased and outsourced parts must have a certificate of conformity and pass the inspection of the factory's quality inspection department before assembly.
4.4.2 Each single machine should be installed firmly, and each moving part should be stable without abnormal noise. 4.4.3 Steam pipelines must be firmly connected, neat and beautiful, and steam must not be stagnant. Cold and hot water pipes must be reasonably laid out, neat and beautiful, firmly connected, and not leaking. 4.4.43
External rotating parts must have protective devices.
Each lubricating part should be reliably lubricated, and there should be no oil confusion. 4.4.6
The maximum temperature rise of sliding bearings shall not exceed 25℃, and the maximum temperature rise of rolling bearings shall not exceed 35℃. Surface painting shall comply with the provisions of ordinary magnesium-resistant paint layer in NJ/Z3. 4.4.8
Electrical control must be safe and reliable, and the metal shell must be firmly grounded. 4.4.9
The installation of low-voltage electrical devices shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 1 to Chapter 6 of Part 7 of GBJ232. The number of electrical wiring shall comply with the provisions of Chapters 2 and 3 of Part 13 of GBJ232. The installation of vacuum pumps and pipelines shall comply with the provisions of JB2962. The painting, packaging and transportation of feather powder cooking tanks shall comply with the provisions of JB2536. The manufacture and installation of pressure vessels shall comply with the provisions of GB150 and the "Safety Supervision Regulations for Pressure Vessels" of the State Labor Bureau. The installation of ventilators and pipelines shall comply with the provisions of JB1416. After the installation of the complete set of equipment is completed, it shall be debugged. Its main performance indicators must meet the requirements of the table in Article 3.2. The single machine or rotating 3
parts shall run idle for no less than 48 hours.
5 Inspection rules
JB/T5689-91
5.1 The complete set of equipment and its supporting single machines shall be inspected and qualified by the factory technical inspection department according to the items specified in this standard before they can be shipped, and a certificate of inspection shall be attached.
5.2 The ordering unit has the right to randomly inspect the product quality of the complete set of equipment and each supporting single machine according to the relevant provisions of this standard. If one set (unit) is unqualified in the random inspection results, it shall be doubled for random inspection. If there are still unqualified ones, they must be repaired and resubmitted for acceptance. 5.3 Under the condition that the user complies with the installation, use and storage specified by the manufacturer, within one year from the date of purchase, if the product is damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repair, replacement and refund (except for normal wear and tear of parts). 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The nameplate of the complete set of equipment shall comply with the provisions of JB8. The content of the nameplate is as follows: a.
Manufacturer name;
Product name and model;
Main technical parameters:
Manufacture number;
Date of export.
6.2 The product shall be packaged with appropriate materials and methods after consultation between the supply and demand parties under the conditions suitable for transportation, loading and unloading and ensuring that the product is intact. Export products shall be packaged according to the requirements of the foreign trade department. 6.3 The accessories supplied with the product shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 6.4 The following documents shall be attached to the packaging box: packing list, product instruction manual, product inspection certificate, user opinion letter. 6.5 The complete set of equipment should be stored in a well-ventilated place with dry ground, and measures should be taken to prevent rain and sun exposure.
