The values shall all conform to the provisions of the standard. JB/T10231.8—2002 6 Inspection of the opposite side dimensions of hexagonal die 6.1 Inspection measuring tool Outer diameter micrometer with a graduation value of 0.0mm 6.2 Inspection method Use an outside diameter micrometer to measure the middle part of the three positions of the hexagon respectively. The measured values shall conform to the provisions of the standard. 7 Radial runout of the outer circle of the circular die to the axis of the explosion 7.1 Testing equipment Indicator with a graduation value of 0.0m, pin-shaped threaded mandrel, motion tester, magnetic table stand: 7.2 Testing method Put the drawing die on the corresponding threaded mandrel (the mandrel with the tightest fit), so that the indicator probe directly touches the outer circle of the die (any part can be), the center of rotation, the plate does not rotate one circle, the maximum change in the indicated value of the indicator is the radial runout, see Figure 1. B.2 Inspection method Put the die on the male thread core (with the most suitable mandrel), make the indicator probe vertically contact the outer surface of the thread, rotate the mandrel to make the die rotate a circle, the maximum change in the indicator value is the end face circular runout, see Figure 1, 9. The circular runout of the die cutting edge to the outer circle 9.1 Inspection equipment A lever indicator with a graduation value of 0.01um, a magnetic table stand, a V-shaped iron and a positioning baffle or a special inspection fixture. 9.2 Inspection location Inspect at the outer edge of the cutting cone. 9.3 Inspection method Place the round die in a V-shaped iron and lean against the fixed baffle, the indicator probe vertically contacts the outer edge of the cutting edge, rotate the die for one circle, the maximum change of the indicator value is the maximum possible change, see Figure 210.
