This standard is a revision of QB/T1515-1992 "Industrial sewing machine GN type high-speed overedging sewing machine head". Compared with QB/T1515-1992, this standard has the following major changes: the original standard name is changed to "Industrial Sewing Machine High-speed Overlock Sewing Machine Head"; Chapter 2 "Reference Standards" of the original standard is modified; Chapter 3 "Terms and Definitions" of the original standard is modified or deleted; the "Basic Parameters" of the original standard is modified; 4 requirements are added to "Machine Performance"; the noise sound pressure level in "Operation Performance" is modified according to different rotation speeds. 4 Classification
4.1 Type
The machine head is a platform or cantilever body, with needle bar thread picking, curved needle thread hooking, differential bottom feeding, and an automatic cutting device and automatic lubrication system.
4.2 Classification
According to GB/T4515-1984, product stitch types can be divided into: 502, 503, 504, 505, 512, 514 stitches and 401+504, 401+514 composite stitches, etc.
4.3 Basic parameters
a) Maximum sewing speed: not less than 5000 stitches/min; b) Stitch length: minimum stitch length is not more than 0.6mm, maximum stitch length is not less than 3.6mm; c) Differential ratio: the maximum differential ratio of forward differential is not less than 1.4, the minimum differential ratio of reverse differential is not more than 0.8; d) Hemming width: not less than 2.5mm;
e) Lifting height of leg: not less than 5mm; f) Needle used: GN type Nm65~Nm130; g) Thread used: 9.5tex×3 (60 counts/3 strands) cotton sewing thread (according to GB/T6835-1997) or 7.4tex×3 (60 counts/3 strands) polyester sewing thread (according to GB/T6836-1997); h) Motor power: not less than 370W.
4.4 Product model representation method
Named in accordance with the provisions of QB/T22511996; it can also be compiled according to the compilation details registered by the enterprise at the National Sewing Machine Standardization Center. 5 Requirements
5.1 Appearance quality
5.1.1 The surface quality of painted parts shall comply with the provisions of 5.1 in QB/T2528-2001. 5.1.2 There shall be no rust or stains on the surface of the machine head, and the label shall be complete, correctly positioned, and free of obvious scars. 5.1.3 There shall be no burrs on the exposed parts and screw heads of the machine head. 5.1.4 The surface quality of the coating of electroplated parts shall comply with the provisions of 6.1.1 in QB/T15721992. 5.1.5 The surface quality of blackened parts shall comply with the provisions of 3.1 in QB/T2505-2000. 5.2 Machine performance
The stitch length, hemming width, differential ratio, thread tension, thread feed and presser foot pressure should all be adjustable. 5.2.1
The cutter should be sharp and the cutting edge should be neat.

6.1 Appearance quality

6.2.1 Adjustment mechanism
The adjustment of stitch length, hemming width, differential ratio, thread tension, thread output and presser foot pressure shall be made in the "sewing performance test" according to the product manual. 6.2.2 Edge cutting performance
The sharpness of the cutter and the neatness of the cut edges shall be checked in the ordinary sewing test. 6.2.3 Stitch length
Sew according to the test conditions specified in Table 2. When measuring the maximum stitch length, use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of not less than 0.02mm to measure the lengths of the shortest 10 continuous stitches on the seam, and take the arithmetic mean as the maximum stitch length; when measuring the minimum stitch length, use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of not less than 0.02mm to measure the lengths of the largest 10 continuous stitches on the seam, and take the arithmetic mean as the minimum stitch length.
6.2.4 Differential ratio
Open the sewing table, remove the needle plate, adjust the feed distance of the feed dog to 2.5mm (the error is not more than 0.10mm), use a dial indicator to measure the stroke of the main feed dog, then adjust the differential wrench to the maximum position of the forward differential, use a dial indicator to measure the stroke of the differential feed dog, and the stroke of the differential feed dog divided by the stroke of the main feed dog is the maximum differential ratio of the forward differential; adjust the differential wrench to the maximum position of the reverse differential, use a dial indicator to measure the stroke of the differential feed dog, and the stroke of the differential feed dog divided by the stroke of the main feed dog is the minimum differential ratio of the reverse differential. 3

6.2.5 Hemming width
Test in ordinary sewing items and measure with a vernier caliper with an accuracy indication of not less than 0.02mm. 6.2.6 Presser foot lifting height
Turn the hand wheel to adjust the feed dog to a position lower than the needle plate, lift the presser foot with your knee, and use a special presser foot height gauge or a 5mm thick standard gauge block to insert under the foot. It should be able to pass smoothly.

6.3.7 Sewing of thread braids

7.3 Factory inspection rules
7.3.1 Sample extraction
