3.1 Composition of corrugated board production line (hereinafter referred to as "corrugated line") 3.1.1 Corrugated line generally consists of the following single machines and systems: a) base paper support;

3.1.2 A complete corrugated board production line should include all single machines and systems for the production of corrugated board. 3.2.1 The marking of the corrugator line consists of the code "WJ" of the corrugator line and the main parameters indicating the performance. The first main parameter is the maximum speed, the second main parameter is the effective width, and the last number indicates the number of corrugated layers of the corrugated board produced. [wJ

4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 Each type of product should be given the following technical indicators, and its values should be indicated in the product manual. a) Maximum speed (m/min);

4.1.2 The corrugated board produced by the corrugated line shall meet the various mechanical and physical performance indicators specified in GB/T5034 or GB/T6544~GB/T6547, or the technical indicators specified in the contract. 4.1.3 The limit deviation of the length dimension of the corrugated cardboard cut by the corrugation line at various stable speeds is ±2.5mm. The limit tolerance of the verticality of the long side and the wide side of the cardboard is evaluated by measuring the difference in the length of the two diagonals of a square cardboard with equal length and width (side length greater than or equal to 1000mm). The difference in the length of the two diagonals should not be greater than 4mm. The cut should be smooth, straight, and without burrs. 4.2 Technical requirements for important parts
4.2.1 Corrugated roller
4.2.1.1 The corrugated roller of new manufacturing (or repair) shall meet the requirements of Table 2. Table 2 Corrugated roller specifications

4.2.1.5 The tooth surface roughness R of the corrugated roller shall not exceed 0.8μm. 4.2.2 The surface roughness R of the pressure roller shall not exceed 1.6μm, and the circular runout tolerance of the roller surface to the radial direction of the common axis of the two journals shall not exceed 0.05mm.
4.2.2.2 The pressure roller with a maximum speed greater than 120m/min shall have a middle height, and the middle height value is approximately equal to 2 times the deflection of the pressure roller. 4.2.3 Gluing roller
4.2.3.1 The circular runout tolerance of the roller surface of the rubber coating roller to the radial direction of the common axis of the two journals shall not exceed 0.05mm4.2.3.2 The surface of various forms of rubber coating rollers shall be chrome-plated. The mesh or pits of the rubber coating roller with a non-smooth surface shall be evenly distributed on the entire working surface.
4.2.4 Scraping rubber roll
4.2.4.1 The surface roughness R value of the scraping rubber roll shall not exceed 0.8μm. The circular runout tolerance of the roll surface to the two journals shall not exceed 0.05mm. 4.2.4.2 The roll surface of the scraping rubber roll shall be chrome-plated. 4.2.5 Cross-cutting knife
The hardness of the cutting edge of the cross-cutting knife shall not be less than HRC50. 4.2.6 Longitudinal cutting knife
The hardness of the longitudinal cutting knife shall not be less than HRC50, and the verticality tolerance of the end cutting surface to the axis of the knife body hole shall be 0.02mm. 4.3 General technical requirements
4.3.1 Each unit and system of the tile line shall have a reasonable structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and safe and reliable use. 4.3.2 The corrugating rollers, pressing rollers, glue coating rollers, and rubber scraping rollers of the single-sided corrugating machine, the conveyor pulleys of the double-sided machine, and the hollow guide rotating shafts of each single machine (with an outer diameter greater than or equal to $100mm) should be subjected to static balance tests, and the allowable unbalanced torque values should be in accordance with the provisions of the design drawings. 4.3.3 The steam, hydraulic, compressed air, glue delivery and lubrication systems in the corrugated line should be unobstructed, flexible in control, and free of leakage. All steam pipelines should be equipped with insulation layers.
4.3.4 When the corrugated line is running at the highest speed given by the index, the noise at the operating table should be controlled below 85dB(A). 4.3.5 The non-ground operation part of each single machine should be equipped with operation and safety protection devices such as stairs, platforms, pedals, and guardrails. 4.3.6 Parts and components that may loosen during operation should be equipped with anti-loosening devices. Exposed rotating gears, pulleys, sprockets, etc. should be equipped with protective devices. The motorized reciprocating motion should have a protective device for the extreme position. 4.3.7 Various signs and labels should comply with the requirements of GB/T13306. The signs should be fixed in an obvious position and the sign position should be correct. It should be kept flat, firm and not skewed. The inlaid patterns and fonts should be clear. 4.3.8 The finished parts, components and raw materials selected for the tile line should comply with their corresponding product standards, have product certificates, and undergo quality acceptance before entering the warehouse.
4.3.9 Electrical equipment
The installation and testing technical requirements of the electrical equipment, electronic equipment and control devices of the tile line, the insulation, wiring, laying of wires and cables, the wire termination method, and the safety grounding technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5226.1. 4.4 Technical requirements for pressure vessels
4.4.1 In the corrugated line with saturated steam as the heat source, all preheating rolls, corrugated rollers, heating boxes, etc. that are fed with steam, according to the working pressure and volume, belong to Class I pressure vessels in accordance with the provisions of the "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels" (1999 Edition). 4.4.2 The design, manufacture, inspection, etc. of pressure vessels shall comply with the provisions of the "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels" (1999 Edition) and GB150 or relevant industry standards.
4.4.3 The pressure vessel shall be accompanied by the manufacturer's product quality certificate when it leaves the factory and delivered to the user. 4.4.4 Special signs shall be installed on the pressure vessel. 4.5 Technical requirements for installation and acceptance of corrugated lines
4.5.1 The corrugated line shall be installed, debugged and inspected in accordance with the requirements of technical data such as design drawings, installation and operating instructions. 4.5.1.1 The center line of each single machine calibration must coincide with the center line of the corrugated line, and the limit deviation of non-coincidence shall not exceed 2mm. 199

4.5.1.2 The parallelism error between adjacent single machines shall not exceed 1mm. 4.5.1.3 The horizontality error of each single machine shall be less than 0.5mm within 1000mm. 4.5.1.4 The installation of steam and glue system pipelines shall have a downward inclination of 1/800 along the flow direction. 4.5.2 Technical indicators for acceptance of corrugator line
When accepting the corrugator line, the maximum speed of the corrugator line, the quality of the cardboard produced by the corrugator line, the paper cutting range, the paper cutting accuracy and other items shall be inspected, and the indicators specified in the corrugator line design performance shall be met or the technical indicators specified in the contract shall be inspected. 4.5.2.1 Maximum speed of corrugated board production line
a) The maximum speed value given in 4.1.1a) shall be reached for the production of single corrugated board (three layers); b) The maximum speed value given in 4.1.1a) shall be reached for the production of double corrugated board (five layers); c) The maximum speed value given in 4.5.2.2 Quality of corrugated board produced by corrugated board production line The quality of corrugated board produced by corrugated board production line shall meet the various indicators of Class-1 corrugated board specified in GB/T5034 or GB/T6544-1999, or the technical indicators specified in the contract. 4.5.2.3 Paper cutting range and paper cutting accuracy of corrugated board produced by corrugated board production line a) The shortest and longest paper cutting lengths of the corrugated board cross-cutting machine shall reach the values given in 4.1.1d). b) The paper cutting accuracy of the corrugated board production line shall reach the values given in 4.1.3. 5 Test methods
5.1 Accuracy test of important parts
5.1.1 Accuracy detection of corrugated rollers
a) Whether to detect the deviations of items 3 and 4 in Table 3 is determined by yourself. The remaining items should be detected item by item; b) The deviations of items 5 and 6 in Table 3 are used for straight busbar corrugated rollers; c) Tooth height limit deviation detection
Measure the corrugation height value with the radial distance from the top circle of the corrugated corrugated roller to the root circle of the tooth; d) Tooth pre-circle radial runout deviation detection
The circular runout of the top circle of the tooth to the radial direction of the common axis of the two shaft necks is measured according to the method of circular runout 4-1 in Appendix A of GB/T1958-1996; e) Tooth thickness and tooth profile limit deviation detection
Use a projector to compare the theoretically designed tooth shape with the actual processed tooth shape after enlarging the projection, and measure the deviation value of the tooth thickness and tooth profile; f) Tooth side faces The axis parallelism deviation detection is measured according to the method of parallelism error detection 1-7 in Appendix A of GB/T1958-1996; g) The straightness deviation detection of the tooth top cylindrical generatrix is measured according to the method of straightness error detection 1-1 or 3-1 in Appendix A of GB/T1958-1996; h) Tooth equal division limit deviation detection
Use a projector or a special indexing instrument or a micrometer, take the pitch circle of the tooth shape as the measurement reference, and measure the deviation value of the circumferential division. i) Middle height limit deviation detection
The corrugated roller tooth top cylindrical generatrix is waist drum-shaped, and the difference between the middle diameter and the two end diameters of the corrugated roller is measured. The corrugated roller is divided into several equal parts every 100mm from the middle position of the axial direction to both sides, and the actual middle and high values are measured on the equal division line, and the measured value is compared with the theoretical value.
5.1.2 Detection of circular runout deviation of roller surface such as pressing roller, glue coating roller, and glue scraping roller The circular runout tolerance of roller surface to the radial direction of the common axis of two journals shall be measured according to the method of circular runout 4-1 in Appendix A of GB/T1958-1996.
5.1.3 Detection of vertical deviation of slitting knife to the center line of knife body hole The vertical deviation shall be measured according to the method of vertical error detection 1-4 in Appendix A of GB/T1958-1996. 200
5.2 Static balance test

4.3.2 shall be used to carry out static balance test on a special static balance test bench with a knife edge ruler to measure the unbalanced torque value, which shall comply with the provisions of the design drawing. 5.3 Test of electrical equipment
After all electrical equipment and machinery are connected, the following tests shall be carried out: a) Continuity test of protective grounding circuit, insulation resistance test, withstand voltage test and function test shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T5226.1; b) Repeated test: When electrical equipment is changed or improved, repeat the test of the changed or improved part in accordance with the requirements of 20.8 of GB/T5226.1-1999.
5.4 Accuracy detection of tile line installation
a) The coincidence degree of the center line of each unit calibrated for tile line installation with the center line of the tile line and the parallelism error of each unit shall be detected by theodolite according to the method of using theodolite; b) The horizontality error of each unit installation and the inclination of the steam and glue system pipelines shall be detected by a level. 5.5 Maximum speed of corrugated line
The maximum speed test of corrugated line shall be carried out according to the technical indicators specified in the design performance or the contract (including the quantitative of base paper and boxboard (g/m\), steam pressure and steam temperature corresponding to steam pressure, type of adhesive and other technical indicators]. When testing according to the maximum speed index given in 4.5.2.1, the boxboard and base paper used shall comply with Table 3 and Table 4 of GB/T5034 or GB/T6544-1999. The quantitative of corrugated base paper is 125g/m2~~150g/m2, the quantitative boxboard is 250g/m2~300g/m2 for the maximum speed test of the corrugator line. When the corrugator line reaches the maximum speed, it runs stably for no less than 15 minutes. 5.6 Testing methods for the quality of corrugated cardboard
a) The determination of bursting strength shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6545; b) The determination of edge pressure strength shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6546; c) The determination of thickness shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6547; d) The determination of moisture content of cardboard shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T462. 5.7 Testing methods for the cutting range and cutting accuracy of corrugated cardboard 5.7.1 Testing of the cutting range of corrugated cardboard
The corrugator line cross-cutting machine cuts out 3 to 5 pieces of the shortest and longest cardboards at the corresponding speed for cutting the shortest cardboard and the corresponding speed for cutting the longest cardboard, and measures the length of the cardboard with a steel tape measure, taking the maximum error. 5.7.2 Testing of the accuracy of corrugated cardboard cutting
a) Testing of paper cutting limit deviation
Choose any stable speed of the corrugated cardboard line, cut out 5 to 7 pieces of cardboard corresponding to the speed, measure the length of the cardboard with a steel tape measure or a steel ruler, and take the maximum error.
b) Testing of the limit deviation of the verticality of the long side and the short side. Take the speed corresponding to the cutting length, cut out 3 to 5 pieces of cardboard with equal long and wide sides (side length not less than 1000mm), measure the difference in length of the two diagonal lines of the cardboard with a steel tape measure or a steel ruler for evaluation, and take the value with the largest error. 6 Installation acceptance rules
6.1 Each single unit of the corrugated cardboard line shall be accompanied by a factory certificate. 6.2 Inspection of the installation accuracy of the corrugated cardboard line
6.2.1 After the corrugated cardboard line is installed, the installation accuracy inspection shall be carried out, and it shall meet the requirements of 4.5.1.1, 4.5.1.2, and 4.5.1.3. 6.2.2 The inspection of the installation of steam and glue system pipelines shall meet the requirements of 4.5.1.4. 6.3 When accepting the corrugator line, the maximum speed, paper cutting range, paper cutting accuracy, cardboard quality and other items of the corrugator line shall be tested and shall meet the indicators specified in the product design performance.
6.3.1 The inspection of the maximum speed of the corrugator line shall meet the requirements of 4.5.2.1. 201

6.3.2 The quality inspection of corrugated cardboard produced by the corrugator line shall meet the requirements of 4.5.2.2. 6.3.3 The inspection of the paper cutting range and paper cutting accuracy of corrugated cardboard produced by the corrugator line shall meet the requirements of 4.5.2.3. 6.4 Trial production of tile line acceptance
After the tile line has been inspected and has reached the technical indicators specified in the design performance of the tile line or the contract, trial production of the tile line should be carried out. The trial production cycle is one week (one shift per day, and each shift is not less than 5 hours of production) to test the stability of the operation of each unit and each system of the tile line and the reliability of production.
7 Marking and packaging
7.1 Marking
Each tile line should be given a product mark, and the basic content includes: a) product name;bzxz.net
b) product standard number;
c) product model;
d) manufacturer name;
e) manufacturing date.
The product mark plate should be installed in a conspicuous place, and its style and regulations should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. 7.2 Packaging
The tile line shall be packaged in accordance with the provisions of QB/T1588.5, combined with the characteristics of each unit of the tile line and transportation conditions. 2025 Maximum speed of corrugated line
The maximum speed test of corrugated line shall be carried out according to the technical indicators specified in the design performance or the contract (including the quantitative of base paper and boxboard (g/m\), steam pressure and steam temperature corresponding to steam pressure, type of adhesive and other technical indicators]. When testing according to the maximum speed index given in 4.5.2.1, the boxboard and base paper used shall comply with Table 3 and Table 4 of GB/T5034 or GB/T6544-1999. The quantitative of corrugated base paper is 1 25g/m2~~150g/m2, the quantitative test of corrugated board is 250g/m2~300g/m2. When the corrugated board reaches the maximum speed, it runs stably for no less than 15 minutes. 5.6 Testing method of corrugated board quality
a) The determination of bursting strength shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6545; b) The determination of edge pressure strength shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6546; c) The determination of thickness shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6547; d) The determination of moisture content of board shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T462. 5.7 Testing method of paper cutting range and paper cutting accuracy of corrugated board 5.7.1 Testing of paper cutting range of corrugated board
The corrugated board cross-cutting machine cuts 3 to 5 pieces of the shortest and longest boards at the corresponding speed of cutting the shortest board and the corresponding speed of cutting the longest board, and measures the length of the board with a steel tape measure, and takes the maximum error. 5.7.2 Testing of the accuracy of corrugated cardboard cutting
a) Testing of paper cutting limit deviation
Choose any stable speed of the corrugated cardboard line, cut out 5 to 7 pieces of cardboard corresponding to the speed, measure the length of the cardboard with a steel tape measure or a steel ruler, and take the maximum error.
b) Testing of the limit deviation of the verticality of the long side and the short side. Take the speed corresponding to the cutting length, cut out 3 to 5 pieces of cardboard with equal long and wide sides (side length not less than 1000mm), measure the difference in length of the two diagonal lines of the cardboard with a steel tape measure or a steel ruler for evaluation, and take the value with the largest error. 6 Installation acceptance rules
6.1 Each single unit of the corrugated cardboard line shall be accompanied by a factory certificate. 6.2 Inspection of the installation accuracy of the corrugated cardboard line

7 Marking and packaging

The tile line shall be packaged in accordance with the provisions of QB/T1588.5, combined with the characteristics of each unit of the tile line and transportation conditions. 2025 Maximum speed of corrugated line
The maximum speed test of corrugated line shall be carried out according to the technical indicators specified in the design performance or the contract (including the quantitative of base paper and boxboard (g/m\), steam pressure and steam temperature corresponding to steam pressure, type of adhesive and other technical indicators]. When testing according to the maximum speed index given in 4.5.2.1, the boxboard and base paper used shall comply with Table 3 and Table 4 of GB/T5034 or GB/T6544-1999. The quantitative of corrugated base paper is 1 25g/m2~~150g/m2, the quantitative test of corrugated board is 250g/m2~300g/m2. When the corrugated board reaches the maximum speed, it runs stably for no less than 15 minutes. 5.6 Testing method of corrugated board quality
a) The determination of bursting strength shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6545; b) The determination of edge pressure strength shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6546; c) The determination of thickness shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6547; d) The determination of moisture content of board shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T462. 5.7 Testing method of paper cutting range and paper cutting accuracy of corrugated board 5.7.1 Testing of paper cutting range of corrugated board
The corrugated board cross-cutting machine cuts 3 to 5 pieces of the shortest and longest boards at the corresponding speed of cutting the shortest board and the corresponding speed of cutting the longest board, and measures the length of the board with a steel tape measure, and takes the maximum error. 5.7.2 Testing of the accuracy of corrugated cardboard cutting
a) Testing of paper cutting limit deviation
Choose any stable speed of the corrugated cardboard line, cut out 5 to 7 pieces of cardboard corresponding to the speed, measure the length of the cardboard with a steel tape measure or a steel ruler, and take the maximum error.
b) Testing of the limit deviation of the verticality of the long side and the short side. Take the speed corresponding to the cutting length, cut out 3 to 5 pieces of cardboard with equal long and wide sides (side length not less than 1000mm), measure the difference in length of the two diagonal lines of the cardboard with a steel tape measure or a steel ruler for evaluation, and take the value with the largest error. 6 Installation acceptance rules
6.1 Each single unit of the corrugated cardboard line shall be accompanied by a factory certificate. 6.2 Inspection of the installation accuracy of the corrugated cardboard line
6.2.1 After the corrugated cardboard line is installed, the installation accuracy inspection shall be carried out, and it shall meet the requirements of 4.5.1.1, 4.5.1.2, and 4.5.1.3. 6.2.2 The inspection of the installation of steam and glue system pipelines shall meet the requirements of 4.5.1.4. 6.3 When accepting the corrugator line, the maximum speed, paper cutting range, paper cutting accuracy, cardboard quality and other items of the corrugator line shall be tested and shall meet the indicators specified in the product design performance.

6.3.2 The quality inspection of corrugated cardboard produced by the corrugator line shall meet the requirements of 4.5.2.2. 6.3.3 The inspection of the paper cutting range and paper cutting accuracy of corrugated cardboard produced by the corrugator line shall meet the requirements of 4.5.2.3. 6.4 Trial production of tile line acceptance
After the tile line has been inspected and has reached the technical indicators specified in the design performance of the tile line or the contract, trial production of the tile line should be carried out. The trial production cycle is one week (one shift per day, and each shift is not less than 5 hours of production) to test the stability of the operation of each unit and each system of the tile line and the reliability of production.
7 Marking and packaging
7.1 Marking
Each tile line should be given a product mark, and the basic content includes: a) product name;
b) product standard number;
c) product model;
d) manufacturer name;
e) manufacturing date.
