Drafters of this standard: Xu Lingling, Qu Yuyun. 641 1 Scope Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Rolling Bearings Thrust Cylindrical Roller Cage Assemblies And Thrust Washers JB/T 8211-96 This standard specifies the structural dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking and packaging of thrust cylindrical roller cage assemblies (hereinafter referred to as assemblies and washers) with an inner diameter d≤400mm and bearing dimensions in accordance with GB/T4663 "Rolling Bearing Thrust Cylindrical Roller Bearing Dimensions". This standard applies to the production inspection and acceptance of assemblies and washers by manufacturers and users. By measuring at different radial angular positions on the outer diameter surface, the maximum and minimum single outer diameter in the radial plane can be obtained, so as to obtain the deviation △pm of the average outer diameter of the single plane. The sampling inspection items for components shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant contents of the thrust needle roller and cage assembly in Table 3 of ZBJ11020-89. 9 Marking The bearing marking shall comply with the product drawings and the provisions of JB/T3574. 10 Packaging The packaging of components and washers shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB8597.
