This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of ice cream freezing machines. This standard applies to RPL series ice cream freezing machines (hereinafter referred to as "freezing machines"). 2 Reference standards

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Working conditions

4.1.1 The ambient temperature is not higher than 25℃, the relative humidity is not higher than 80%, and there should be no strange smell. 4.1.2 The power supply voltage is 380V±10%, and the frequency is 50Hz. The refrigerant should meet the following requirements.
RPL-300A, RPL-300B, RPL-600 freezers should use R22 or fluorine refrigerant agreed upon by both parties. RPL-1000 freezers use R717 ammonia refrigerant. Ice cream feed temperature is 2℃~4℃.

4.1.6 Compressed air must be dried and filtered, with a pressure of 0.5MPa~~0.7MPa, and the fluctuation stability at the same pressure should not be greater than 0.1MPa.
4.2 Material requirements
All parts in contact with ice cream must be made of materials that are resistant to corrosion, non-toxic, odorless, and meet food hygiene requirements. 4.3 Assembly requirements
4.3.1 Various refrigeration components should work correctly and reliably, be flexible to adjust, and have no abnormal sounds. 4.3.2 Pipes should be arranged neatly, firmly installed, and should not have obvious vibrations during operation. 4.3.3 Air pressure, oil pressure and other safety protection devices should be flexible, safe and reliable. 4.3.4 The refrigeration system should be tested for cleanliness, dryness and air tightness, and comply with the provisions of 5.2. 4.3.5 The reduction box and mixing pump (material pump) should operate smoothly and flexibly without abnormal sounds. The reduction box should not leak oil. 4.4 Appearance quality requirements
4.4.1 The appearance of the freezer should be smooth and flat, without unevenness or other damage not specified in the drawings, and the matching accessories should not have obvious misalignment at their connections.
4.4.2 Exposed screws, bolts, nuts, and pins should not have obvious sprains, and the tail end of the bolt should slightly protrude from the nut. 4.4.3 The signs, signs and indication marks shall be clear, firm and correctly positioned. 4.4.4 All parts made of ferrous metal shall be rust-proof. 4.5 Electrical safety requirements
4.5.1 The wiring of the electrical system shall be neat and beautiful, well fixed, safe and reliable. The box shall have a grounding device and obvious markings. 4.5.2 The wire joints must be firm and not loose. The electrical equipment shall be installed correctly and reliably. 4.5.3 The action of the electrical control system shall be sensitive, correct and reliable. The thermal relay shall be adjusted correctly according to the specified requirements. 4.5.4 The interconnecting wires of the electrical box, control box, junction box, solenoid valve, etc. shall be protected by waterproof metal hoses. The inlet and outlet of the protective hose shall also be connected with waterproof sealing joints to prevent water or water vapor from entering. 4.5.5 The insulation, withstand voltage and continuity of the protection circuit of each electrical line shall meet the following requirements. a) The insulation resistance between the short-circuited power circuit (including the control circuit and signal circuit connected to the power circuit) and the protective circuit (including the base) wire shall not be less than 1MQ;
b) The electrical equipment must withstand a withstand voltage test of 1500V AC voltage for 1min, c) The resistance between the external protective wire terminal and any exposed conductor part of the electrical equipment and the product casing shall not be greater than 0.1. 4.6 Performance requirements (see Table 4)

5.2 Cleanliness, dryness and airtightness tests should be carried out before the refrigeration system is filled with refrigerant. The method is as follows. 5.2.1 Cleanliness test: 0.5-0.6MPa dry nitrogen is passed into the system (it can also be carried out in sections), and the exhaust gas is blown onto the set white paper to visually inspect the dirt.
5.2.2 Dryness test, test with vacuum gauge, vacuum degree should not be less than 133Pa. 5.2.3 Air tightness test, when the fluorine refrigeration system is tested at 1.6MPa, the pressure should be maintained for 24 hours, and the pressure should remain stable; when the ammonia refrigeration system is tested at 1.6MPa, the pressure should be maintained for 24 hours, and the pressure change should not be greater than 2% in the first 6 hours, and the pressure should remain stable in the last 18 hours. 6 Inspection rules
The inspection of the freezing machine is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Before the freezing machine leaves the factory, it must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a certificate of conformity before leaving the factory. 6.1.2 The factory inspection items of the freezing machine are 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 and 5.4.1, and full inspection is implemented. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations. a) Finalization and appraisal of the product after trial production;
b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance, an inspection should be carried out every two years during normal production; c)
When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. d)

6.2.3 Type inspection can be carried out at the user unit after passing the factory inspection. During the test, it is allowed to adjust the relevant adjustment parts separately, and the test results should meet the requirements.
6.2.4 Type inspection should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 5.4.2. 6.3 Judgment rules
6.3.1 If any item of the factory inspection fails, the product is judged to be unqualified. 6.3.2 For type inspection, if any item fails, double sampling shall be carried out according to the provisions of Table 5. If the retest still fails, the batch of products shall be unqualified.
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
The freezing machine sign shall be fixed in an appropriate and obvious position, and the type and size of the sign shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The content of the sign shall include:
a) product model and name,
b) main parameters of the product;
c) manufacturing date and factory number;
d) manufacturer's name.
7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Before packaging the freezing machine, it is necessary to check whether the oil level of the worm gear reducer has reached the specified height. 7.2.2 Product packaging shall comply with the relevant provisions of ZBJ50014. 7.2.3 The product standard code, number and name must be marked on the cover of the product manual. 7.2.4 The packaging box should be marked with packaging storage and transportation icons that comply with GB/T191 regulations such as "Handle with care", "Upward", "Lift from here", "Afraid of moisture", and "Center of gravity".
7.2.5 The transportation of freezers should meet the requirements of land and water transportation and loading. 7.2.6 The freezer should be handled with care during transportation and loading and unloading, and inversion and stacking are strictly prohibited. 7.3 Storage
7.3.1 During the storage period of the freezer, the ambient temperature should be within the range of 5 to 40°C. 7.3.2 The freezer should be stored in a ventilated, dry warehouse without corrosive substances. 7.3.3 If the freezer is stored for more than six months, it should be unpacked and inspected, and the packaging should be re-oiled if necessary.436
