Some standard content:

QB/T2454-1999
This standard is equivalent to the German standard DIN68858-1982 "Requirements for Inspection of Drawer Guides for Furniture Hardware", and its format is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1.1--1993 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 1: Rules for Drafting and Expression of Standards Part 1: Basic Provisions for Standard Writing".
In this way, by making the technical content of this standard equivalent to the German standard, which is quite advanced and developed in the production of furniture hardware accessories, it can promote my country's furniture hardware manufacturing enterprises to adapt to the needs of international trade, technology and economic exchanges as soon as possible and keep pace with the international standards. The German standard includes two units under the general title of "Furniture Locks and Furniture Hardware" or "Furniture Hardware": Unit 1 is "Concept of Furniture Hardware"; Unit 2 is "Requirements for Inspection" for specific furniture hardware products. This standard is the technical standard for specific product drawer guides in Unit 2 of the German standard. At present, in addition to this standard, there is also QB/T2189 "Requirements and Inspections for Cup-shaped Concealed Hinges and Their Installation Bases for Furniture Hardware".
This standard was proposed by the Industry Management Department of the State Bureau of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Furniture Standardization Center. The drafting units of this standard are: Shanghai Furniture Research Institute, Shenzhen Chengfei Industrial Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are: Shen Yanxiong, Zhao Shenghua. 215

The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard was published, the versions shown were valid. All standards are subject to revision. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T4897—1992 Particleboard
3 Classification and marking
3.1 Drawer guides are classified according to use requirements:
a) Drawer guides for office furniture (A);
b) Drawer guides for other types of furniture (B). 3.2 The marking of a drawer guide (model A) for office furniture with a maximum thrust of 50N that meets the technical requirements of this standard is as follows: Drawer guide QB/T2454—A50
4 Requirements
4.1 Load capacity
The drawer guide must meet the requirements of 4.2 to 4.5 under the maximum load capacity of the drawer guide specified by the manufacturer. The maximum load capacity is equal to the test load and is determined by the following: a) deadweight = the mass of the entire drawer including the metal trim installed on the drawer; b) loading load minus effective load;
c) 15% loading load.
That is: test load minus deadweight minus loading load minus 15% loading load. Note: The sum of deadweight and loading load is called rated load. 4.2 Push-pull force
When tested in accordance with 5.2, when the test load is less than 40kg in total, the push-pull force allowed is: 50N maximum for office furniture;
85N maximum for other furniture.
If the test load exceeds 40kg, special instructions should be given. 4.3 Sinking amount
When tested in accordance with 5.3, the sinking amount shall not exceed the percentage of the withdrawn length L (see Figure 1) as follows: 1.25% (dimension α) when there is no load before the test; 3.75% (dimension 6) when the test starts; 4.25% (dimension c) after the durability test. Drawer
Dimensional reference line (horizontal line)
α--Numerical value of the sinking of the drawer without load; b--Numerical value of the sinking of the drawer with load measured before the durability test (see 5.4): C--Numerical value of the sinking of the drawer with load measured after the durability test (see 5.4); L--Drawer extension length measured parallel to the upper edge of the drawer Figure 1 Schematic diagram of sinking
4.4 Durability requirements (wear)
When tested in accordance with 5.4, the drawer guide should still be applicable after 30,000 times of opening and closing the drawer. If the drawer guide installed in office furniture is longer than 550mm, it is required to open and close 50,000 times. A small amount of wear debris is allowed.
Note: The concept of "applicability" is defined in Appendix A (Annex to the standard). 4.5 Pull-out safety
During the test according to 5.5, the drawer shall not be allowed to be pulled out from the track unintentionally. 5 Inspection
Inspection items:
Pull force;
Push force,
Sinking amount:
"Wear in durability test,
-Pull-out safety.
5.1 Preparation
Before the inspection begins, the test piece to be inspected must be stored in the existing laboratory atmosphere for at least one period. The inspection must be carried out under the same climatic conditions. According to the manufacturer's instructions, install the drawer guide in the test equipment, see Figure 2 (fixed on the creative board produced according to the first-class product in GB/T4897 or on the corresponding drawer if it is a guide rail for plastic drawers ). For the permissible deviation of the installation width, see the manufacturer's installation dimensions. If the manufacturer does not specify this, the permissible deviation of the installation width used for inspection is +mm (the deviation figure is always -).
The cabinet must be strong.
The load should be evenly distributed on the entire surface of the drawer bottom plate and ensure anti-slip. When each drawer guide is installed on the drawer, there should be no backward extension, unless the extension state is determined by the structural design. 5.2 Push-pull force
The point of application of the push-pull force should be at:
Width: midpoint of the drawer or pull-out part. 217

Figure 2 Test position
Height: The midpoint of the guide fixed to the drawer or pull-out component. Note: The additional load caused by the eccentricity of the point of action is not included in this standard. The push-pull force acts directly to 5mm in front of the end stop of the pull-out or push-in. The measurement of the push-pull force should not be affected by the moment of inertia of the drawer or pull-out bottom plate. 5.3 Sinking
The pull-out component must be loaded with the test load specified by the manufacturer. When the sinking of the drawer is above 0.5mm, it shall be measured as follows: a) The pull-out component is fully pulled out;
b) The sinking without load is measured before the test (dimension α); c) Before the start of the durability test, the sinking under the test load is measured (dimension 6); d) During the durability test, the sinking is measured. After the test, measure the amount of sinking (dimension c) under the condition of adding the test load. 5.4 Durability requirements (wear)
The midpoint of the front edge of the pull-out component is the point of action; in the state of motion close to the sine waveform (crank rotation device) with the joint active, the average speed is: Vm=0.25m/s, but the opening and closing is not more than 15 times/min;
-interval: open and close 5 times, and then pause for the time equivalent to 5 times of opening and closing. The position where the pull-out component pauses intermittently is at the pulled-out position;
Opening and closing length: that is, the maximum pull-out length, excluding the baffle at the end position of the pull-out (until 5mm before the baffle). 5.5 Pull-out safety
When the test load is not more than 20kg, the test speed is Um-0.3m/s; when the test load is greater than 20kg but not more than 40kg, the test speed is m=0.25m/s, drag the drawer towards the end stop of the drawer rail 10 times. The test piece should hit the stop at the specified speed, and no additional force is allowed 10mm before the end stop. 6 Inspection report
In the case of this standard, the inspection report must specify the following contents: a) Type and mark of drawer rail;
b) Various conditions different from this standard,
c) Various inspection results;
d) Inspection climate;
e) Inspection agency;
f) Inspection date;
g) Implementation standard number.

(Appendix to the standard)
Applicability 1) Concept
The appendix to this standard should be able to prevent misunderstandings caused by the use of the term "applicability" in linguistic usage and in the formulation and implementation of various standards, including requirements and test methods for evaluating the performance of goods in use. Concept
The suitability of a product refers to whether it meets the specified purpose of use, which is based on objectively and non-objectively determined use characteristics and the evaluation of these characteristics based on personal requirements. Note
For normal use, use characteristics refer to absolutely required and additional use performance. 1
2Standards and similar rules can only cover specific situations. 1) The concept of "applicability" listed in the concept of "quality" can be found in the relevant quality assurance standards. 219
