This standard is formulated based on British Standard BS5131:1.1.1—1978 "Test Method for Heat Resistance of Adhesives for Shoes (Wax Creep Method)", and is equivalent to it in terms of main technical content and writing format. According to the situation in my country, this standard does not stipulate the air flow velocity of the constant temperature test box, and the loading method is changed from outside the box to inside the box. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Shanghai Rubber Products Research Institute. This standard was drafted by Shanghai Rubber Products Research Institute, and the National Adhesive Standardization Technical Committee was entrusted to interpret this standard. The main drafter of this standard is Ju Wenhan.
1 Scope
Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Test Method for Heat Resistance of Shoe Adhesive
This standard specifies the method for determining the heat resistance of shoe adhesive by coiling test at a certain temperature. HG/T2815-1996
This standard specifies the principle, adherend, test piece, pretreatment and bonding, test equipment, parking conditions, test piece cutting, test steps, test results and test report for determining the heat resistance of shoe adhesive. This standard is applicable to the determination of heat resistance of shoe adhesive. 2 Referenced Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. HG/T2493--93 Neoprene Adhesive for Shoes 3 Principle
The specimen is prepared in a test case under specified conditions. A constant peeling force is applied to the specimen in a constant temperature test chamber. At a certain interval, the peeling length and damage type of the specimen are measured, or the time it takes for the specimen to be completely peeled off is recorded. 4 Adhesive
The following shoe materials should be selected as the adherend as much as possible. 4. IPVC artificial leather
PVC artificial leather with cloth base, thickness of 1.2 mm±0.2 mm. 4.2 Upper
The thickness of the upper leather is 1.5n±0.2mm, and it is polished with a grinding wheel until it is velvety. 4.3 Synthetic rubber sole
The hardness of the synthetic rubber sole is 95±21RHD, and the thickness is 3.5mm±0.5mm. Note: Other upper materials can also be used if necessary. 5 Test piece
5.1 Adhesive test
When testing adhesive, prepare the test piece according to the following recommendations. 5.1.1 Urethane adhesive
Test piece is usually composed of PVC human leather and synthetic rubber sole. 5.1.2 Nitroprene adhesive
Test piece is usually composed of shoe upper leather and synthetic rubber sole. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 28, 1996 and implemented on January 1, 1997
5.1.3 Other adhesives
HG/T 2815 1996
The test piece is composed of the bonded material for which the adhesive is applicable. 5. 2 Number of test pieces
8 test pieces are prepared, with a size of 100mm×70mm6 Pretreatment and bonding
The pretreatment of the adherend and the bonding of the test pieces are carried out in accordance with Appendix A of HG/T2493. If necessary, it can also be carried out according to the requirements for the use of adhesives
The bonding length is 60mm. In order to facilitate the separation of non-bonded parts during the test, a 15mm wide isolation paper or isolation tape can be inserted between the adherends at 60mm
7 Test equipment
7.1 The temperature of the environmental adjustment is 20±2, and the relative filtration is (65±5)%. 7.2 The variable temperature test box is a constant temperature box with a blast device1, and the temperature of the test area is 60±1C. After the constant temperature box is opened for 30s and then closed, it should return to the test temperature within 1min. There is a device for hanging samples in the box. The total weight of the lower clamp holding the sample and the hook for hanging the magnetic code shall not exceed 50g. A set of magnetic codes consists of five. The total weight of the magnetic code, the lower clamp and the hook are 0.5kg, 1.0kg, 1.5kg, 2.0kg and 2.5kg respectively, with an error of no more than ±1%.8 Placement conditions
The specimen cannot be cut immediately after bonding, and must be placed according to the conditions of 7.1. Unless otherwise specified, the best placement time is 24 ± 4h. 7±1 d, or 21 ± 2 d,
9 Specimen cutting
100mm×70mm bonding specimens need to be cut into 2 100mm×30mm specimens. When cutting, remove about 5mm of the edge strips on both sides of the longer bonding specimens. Use a sharp knife or a disc rotary knife to cut the specimens, and do not use a punching cutter. Prepare 15 specimens for each adhesive.
10 Test steps
10.1 Separate the unbonded parts of the sample and use a ballpoint pen to draw a horizontal mark line at the starting bonding point of the harder adherend. (If necessary, the unbonded part can be shortened to about 15mm)10.2 When the temperature of the test chamber reaches the test temperature, put the three samples into the test chamber. The harder adherend is connected to the upper fixture, and the softer adherend is connected to the lower fixture. Keep warm for 1 hour, hang the base weight on the hook of the lower fixture, so that the bonding part of the sample bears a load of 0.5kg, and the weight should be hung within 30 seconds. Close the test chamber door. 10.3 Start timing when the box is closed. Test for 10 minutes. Open the test chamber and use a ballpoint pen to draw another horizontal mark line at the peeling point of the harder adherend of the sample.
10.4 Remove the weight, take the sample out of the test chamber, and measure the distance between the two marks to an accuracy of 1mm. If the sample is completely peeled off within 10min of the test, record the time of complete peeling. 10.5 Test under each load condition according to the test steps of 10.1 to 10.4, and test five times with five loads, for a total of 15 samples. 10.6 The samples cut from a test piece are not tested with the same load: Instructions for use:
1) BS5131 stipulates that a test box with an air flow rate of 0.7~1.0m/, and load is applied outside the box. 2
Test step instructions
HG/T2815—1996
11.1 In order to test several adhesives, when one test temperature cannot distinguish the test results, other test temperatures other than 60°C can be used, such as 50 or 70°C.
11.2- Generally, three samples are measured with five codes, for a total of 15 samples. For the heat resistance grade test of some adhesives, the number of base codes can also be reduced.
12 Test results
12.1 The test results are expressed as the average value of three samples measured for each base code. The average peeling length can be expressed in millimeters, or the average value of the complete peeling time in units. 12.2 If one or two samples are completely peeled off within 10mi, the test results are expressed as the complete peeling time of individual samples and the peeling length of each sample.
13 Test report
The test report should include the following:
Test results as expressed in Article 12;
Type of bonding failure;
Note: Only the cohesive failure of the adhesive can truly reflect the heat resistance of the adhesive. Otherwise, even if the test data is very small, it cannot truly reflect the heat resistance of the adhesive.
Description of adherends and preparation method;
Adhesive model, method of use and number of coatings: Adhesive drying conditions and air-drying time: Activation method for adhesive bonding;Www.bzxZ.net
