National Standard of the People's Republic of China Corrosion-resistant alloy bars Currosion-resisting ailay bars CB/T 15008—94 GIn 27286 This standard applies to hot-rolled and forged nickel-based and iron-nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy bars (hereinafter referred to as bars). Its chemical composition also applies to ingots and bads. 1.1 Size and shape of hot-rolled bars shall comply with the provisions of (13702: 86% hot-rolled round steel and square steel size, shape, weight and allowable deviation". The size allowable deviation and curvature shall comply with the relevant provisions of Group 2. 1.2 The size and shape of forged materials shall comply with the provisions of CB9C8-87 forged round steel and square steel size, shape, weight and allowable deviation. 2 Technical requirements 2.1 Brand designation and chemical composition 2.1.1 The brand and chemical composition (melting analysis) of the alloy shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 2.1.2 When conducting chemical analysis of finished products, deviations from the provisions of Table 1 are allowed, but the maximum allowable deviation value complies with the current GB/T 15007--91 Corrosion Resistant Alloy Grades". 2.2 Delivery Status The material is delivered in hot rolled (forged) or economically treated state. If delivery in solid state is required, it should be indicated in the contract. The recommended solidification temperature is shown in Table 2. 2.3 Mechanical Properties 2.3.1 For bars delivered in hot rolled (forged) state, the sample rough ring needs to be solution treated, and the mechanical properties of the sample rough ring made by solution treatment should meet the requirements of Table 2. The performance indicators in Table 2 are applicable to bars with a size of less than 80mm. Bars with a size greater than 80mm are allowed to be rolled (forged) to 8Cmm and then sampled for inspection. The total performance indicators should meet the requirements of Table 2. 2.3.2 For the materials delivered in the solution-treated state, the specimens shall be cut directly from the bars in the delivery state for inspection, and their mechanical properties shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. However, for bars with a lower dimension greater than 80mm, their mechanical properties shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 2.3.3 The rough size of the specimen is 25mm. For bars with a size of less than 25mm, the original size bars can be used to directly make specimens for inspection. 2.3.4 For bars with a size of less than 16mm, impact energy inspection shall not be carried out. 2.4 There shall be no residual shrinkage cavities, bubbles, inclusions or cracks visible to the naked eye on the transverse acid-etched macrostructure specimens of macrostructures. 2.5 Surface texture 2.5.1 Use a tumbler to The processed bar surface shall not have cracks, folds, scars, inclusions and other defects that are harmful to use. If there are any of the above defects, they must be removed. The removal depth is calculated from the actual size of the material. For samples with a maximum size of no more than 80mm, it shall not exceed the card of the dimensional tolerance. For samples with a size greater than 80-140mm, it shall not exceed the dimensional tolerance. For samples with a size greater than 140mm, it shall not exceed 5% of the size. When there are no special provisions, individual small scratches, pits, indentations and other defects that do not exceed half of the maximum tolerance from the actual size are allowed.
