ICS 75.180.10 Request number: 10476—2002 Petroleum and natural gas industry standard of the People's Republic of ChinaSY/T 6539—2002 The checking items and technical specifications forBOX seismic data acquisition system2002-05-28 Issued National Economic and Trade Commission 2002-08-01 Implementation System inspection items and technical specifications Appendix A (Normative Appendix) Requirements for the use and maintenance of BOX seismic data acquisition systemSY/T 65392002 SY/T6539-2002 This standard is formulated after testing, blasting and acceptance of the BOX seismic data acquisition system, and after more than two years of field production tests and combined with actual use experience. This standard refers to the inspection items and technical indicators in the manual of the BOX seismic data acquisition system of the American Fairfield Company. For the characteristics of the wireless telemetry and water area of the system, the requirements for use and maintenance are shown in Appendix A. The implementation of this standard will play an important guiding role in unifying the annual, monthly and H inspection items, technical indicators, use and maintenance of the ROX seismic data acquisition system in the petroleum geophysical exploration industry. Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix. This standard was proposed and submitted by the Petroleum Geophysical Exploration Professional Standard Promotion Committee. The drafting unit of this standard: Dagang Oil and Japan Group Geophysical Exploration Company. Drafters of this standard: Liu Zhijie, Du Chun, Shi Ruixing, Ji Saw. 1 Scope Inspection items and technical indicators of BOX seismic data acquisition system This standard specifies the annual, monthly and weekly inspection items and technical indicators of BOX seismic data acquisition system. This standard is applicable to the testing, inspection and maintenance of BOX seismic data acquisition system. 2 System inspection items and technical indicators 2.1 Annual inspection SY/T 6539—2002 Carry out the following tests on all acquisition stations, and require to print the test results and save them for future reference. The test of all acquisition stations should include three sampling rates (0.51s1.011, 2.Ums) and four preamplifier gains (12, 24B, 36cl3, 48ll3), and the number of recorded sample points shall not be less than 1024. 2.1.1 Pulse response test of acquisition station Technical indicators are as follows:www.bzxz.net a) Amplitude: 5%; b) Phase difference: ≤10° 2.1.2 Gain accuracy test Technical indicators are as follows: Gain accuracy: ≤11.5%. 2.1.3 Crosstalk test This project is divided into odd and even channels, and two tests must be performed. Technical indicators are as follows: Ratio of signal channel to no signal channel: 110d. 2.1.4 Equivalent input noise test All channel test results are required to meet the corresponding indicators in Table 1. Table 2 Equivalent input noise index Preamplifier gain Sampling rate 2.1.5 Dynamic range test All channel test results are required to meet the corresponding indicators in Table 2, Equivalent input noise index SY/T 65392002 Sampling rate Harmonic distortion test Table 2 Dynamic range index Preamplifier gain Dynamic range All channel test results are required to meet the corresponding indicators in Table 3. Table 3 Harmonic distortion index Preamplifier gain Beam sample rate Common mode rejection ratio test ≤.0.0003 All test results are required to meet the corresponding indicators in Table 4, B Clear wave distortion Table 4 Common mode rejection ratio index Preamplifier gain 2.1.8 Testing and diagnosis of central recording system 24 Common mode rejection ratio Carry out a comprehensive check on all functions of the central recording system, and the host and various peripheral connection tests and diagnosis are required to work normally and the white inspection test is qualified. 2.2 Monthly Inspection SY/T 6539—2002 Test all the collection stations in use according to the production factors of April of that month, and print the test results. The inspection items and technical indicators shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of 2.1.1~2.1.7: 2.3 Daily Inspection 2.3.1 Collection Station Pulse Response Test Carry out the collection station pulse response test on the collection station of the first cannon fired into the construction arrangement, and print the test results: The technical indicators are as follows: a) Amplitude: ≤5%; b) Phase difference: ≤10% 2.3.2 Detector Pulse Response Test Carry out the detector pulse response test on the ancient cannon arrangement, and draw a drawing. Technical requirements are as follows: a) Each channel is normal: b) Amplitude difference: ≤20%: :) Abnormal channels caused by special areas or insurmountable interference may not be included in the record evaluation, but the reasons should be noted in the instrument shift report. SY/T 6539—2002 A.1 Introduction Appendix A 【Normative Appendix】 Requirements for the use and maintenance of BOX seismic data acquisition system Based on the characteristics of the 10× seismic data acquisition system and combined with actual use experience, this appendix gives the use and maintenance requirements of the system. A.2 Use and maintenance of the system A.2.1 The acquisition station should be gently carried and placed, and it is strictly forbidden to drag it on the ground or operate it against the antenna pole. A.2.2 The acquisition station is not required to avoid high-voltage lines and other obstacles as much as possible to ensure smooth communication. A, 2.3 Keep the collection station clean and cover the socket (head) protection cover in time. After the construction is completed every day, rinse the collection station socket (head) with dust and seawater with fresh water in time, and cover the protection cover after it is dry. A, 2.4 During water construction, the collection station should be kept in a suspended state. When laying cables, avoid the connection between the collection station and the cable. A.2.5 Select the parking point of the central recording station accurately, avoid high-voltage lines and places that may endanger the safety of the instrument, and try to avoid interference sources to ensure a good communication environment. A.2.6 In case of strong winds and after work, the antenna should be lowered in time: In case of lightning, the connection between the antenna and the machine should be disconnected in time, and the construction should be stopped. A.2.7 Strictly operate according to the system's power-on and power-off sequence and software shutdown procedure: The machine shall not transmit when it is not connected to a large line or a simulated radio load. A, 2.8 It is forbidden to run any software that is not related to the system. Keep the system backup software and special tools. + Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
