The measurement of pulp board size shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T451.1, and the size deviation shall not exceed ±5mm, and the deflection shall not exceed 5mm. Pulp boards of other sizes may also be produced according to the contract provisions, and the size deviation requirements are the same as above. 4.5 The color of the same batch of pulp boards shall be basically the same. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 The manufacturer shall ensure that the products produced meet the requirements of this standard, and each piece of wood pulp shall be accompanied by a product certificate when delivered. 5.2 The number of deliveries is considered as a batch, and the sampling of product delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828. The sample unit is piece, and the sampling quantity and qualified judgment number shall be as specified in Table 2. The sampling and treatment of the samples before inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T740 and GB/T10739. 5.4 The mechanical strength and dustiness of the pulp shall be measured by the mixed sample of the sample. If it fails to meet the requirements, it can be measured again. If it still fails to meet the requirements, it shall be judged as a batch failure. 5.5 The purchaser has the right to inspect the product according to the provisions of this standard. If the purchaser has any objection to the quality of the product, it shall notify the supplier within three months after the arrival of the goods for joint re-inspection. If the re-inspection result still fails to meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be judged as a batch failure and the supplier shall be responsible for handling it. If the re-inspection result meets the requirements of this standard, it shall be judged as a batch failure and the purchaser shall be responsible for handling it. 311 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage QB/T 1679-1993 6.1 The wood pulp shall be packaged in flat pulp bags, and the weight of each pulp bag shall not exceed 220kg. 6.2 Each piece of wood pulp shall be packaged with 150-200g/m2 of packaging paper or two layers of the same pulp board, and tied tightly in a well shape with iron wire of not less than No. 12. 6.3 The surface of each piece of wood pulp must be clearly marked with the product name, trademark, number, air-dried weight, grade, inspector, production date, name of the manufacturer, etc. for identification. 6.4 Pulp bales should be properly stored and strictly protected from rain, snow and ground moisture. 6.5 During transportation, it should be transported in a canopy and clean means of transportation. It can also be transported in a canopy-less carriage, but it must be covered with a quilt to prevent rain and snow from wetting the finished product. 6.6 During transportation and stacking, pulp bales must not be dropped from a height. Additional remarks: This standard was proposed by the Paper Industry Department of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Paper Standardization Center. This standard was drafted by Nanping Paper Mill and Tianjin Light Industry Paper Technology Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Wan Guoguang, Feng Wencui, Lu Lingfang, Zhang Huiying and Li Haian. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Light Industry Ministry Standard QB757-1980 "Unbleached Kraft Pulp" shall be invalid.
