3.0.2 The sealing surface type of the flange is generally selected according to the provisions of Appendix A of HG20615. The nominal pressure and operating temperature range of the flange material shall comply with the provisions of HG20624. 3.0.3

4 Gaskets
The scope of application of gaskets shall comply with the provisions of HFG.20627~HG20633, 4.0.
4.0.2 According to the working temperature, pressure, corrosiveness and toxicity of the medium, flammability, allowable leakage process and other factors, the type of gasket to be used.
5 Fasteners
5.0. 1 The scope of application of fasteners is based on FG 20634. 5.0.2 For high temperature, the selection of fasteners should consider the influence of bolt load and stress test pool on the sealing performance of joints. 509

Matching of pipe flanges, gaskets and fasteners 6.0.! The matching of ferritic steel pipe flanges, gaskets and fasteners shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 6.0.1. When installing the flange, control the torque to prevent over-tightening. 6.0.2 Full-plane flanges should use non-metallic gaskets such as rubber, asbestos rubber sheet, synthetic fiber rubber pressed sheet, modified or filled polytetrafluoroethylene.
6.0.3 When using non-metallic flat gaskets, polytetrafluoroethylene coated gaskets, flexible stone ring composite gaskets and other soft gaskets, the raised face flange can be machined with a waterline. In addition, the flange sealing surface shall not be machined with a waterline. 6.0.4 When using austenitic stainless steel flanges, the following provisions shall be met: 1 Fasteners for austenitic stainless steel flanges should be made of materials with similar linear expansion coefficients. 2 General austenitic stainless steel fasteners that have not been hardened by cold working are only suitable for non-metallic gaskets, polytetrafluoroethylene gaskets and flexible graphite composite gaskets.
3 When the operating humidity is not greater than 230C, ferritic steel (magnetic or gold-containing structural steel) fasteners can be used. When 65PN2.MPa (Clas130) steel flanges and cast iron flanges are matched, the sealing surface should be a full plane, and the gasket material is limited to non-metallic flat gaskets. When the steel flange of PV5.CMPa (Class300) is matched with the iron flange, the sealing surface can be a solid surface, and the material of the potential piece is limited to flat gaskets.
