Butachlor (ULarhlar), Chinese name: Met-Cate, Met-Cate, trade name: Mazhcte, is a low-toxicity single agent. The standard for the amount of butachlor residue in rice has been formulated, and the limit of butachlor residue in rice is 0.5rg/g. This standard is applicable to the analysis of the amount of butachlor residue in rice using processed products made from butachlor. 1. Determination of butachlor residue in rice
This standard specifies the determination and method of butachlor residue in rice. This standard is used for the determination of butachlor residue in rice: The detection method of this standard: C.33.
Linear range: 1.5ng~15.bZxz.net
2 Principle
GB/T 5009.164—2003
After the oxadiazole in the sample is extracted with ethylene glycol, it is purified by neutral alumina and determined by gas chromatograph with electron capture detector. The external standard method is used for quantification.
3 Analysis
3.1 1% ethylene is evaporated and 68% ethylene is collected. It does not contain dry components after chromatographic analysis. 3.2 Neutral aluminum, take a layer of 139 days to 230 days, activate for 30 days, cool for 31 days, add 1.5 years of water to deactivate, put it in a dry place overnight for use
3.3 Anhydrous sodium: 1 drying for 3 hours, cool it for use, 3.4 Ceite 545: 80~-120 mesh
3.5 Remove the necessary phase, put the absorbent cotton into Soxhlet to take the solution: such as ketone-right oil series (4+S6), put it in a water bath for 5-throwing, filter it and dry it naturally for use.
3.6 Butachlor standard, use no oil butachlor.
