Mixture heater for gasoline engines | |tt | Technical requirements and testing rules for condensing gas heaters. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage,
This standard applies to mixture heaters (hereinafter referred to as heaters) that heat the gasoline-air mixture during starting and low-temperature operation of gasoline engines
2 cited standards| | tt | | GB2828 | Heater test method 3 product model
The heater product model should comply with the regulations of JB6025.1. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Appearance quality
The heater surface must not have burrs, and the casting should be free of looseness and pores. The total length of the missing heating pins of the heater shall not be greater than 1/2 the length of the heating pins. 4.2 Cold resistance value
When the ambient temperature is 23 ± 2°C. The cold resistance value of the heater (Q ) should comply with the value specified in its product code. 4.3 Temperature-time characteristics
When the ambient temperature is 23 ± 2°C, 12 seconds after the heater is connected to the power supply with a voltage of 1.25% and rated operating voltage, the root temperature of the central heating pin shall not be lower than 60°C; 180s after power-on. The temperature at the root of the central heating pin shall not be less than 150℃, 4.4 Overvoltage withstanding capability
a. The heater shall undergo an overvoltage test of 1.35 times the rated working voltage for 60 minutes; b. The heater shall A short-time overvoltage test of 1.65 times the rated operating voltage lasting 2 minutes should be carried out. After the test, its performance should still comply with the provisions of Articles 4.2 and 4.8. 4.5 High Humidity Resistance Performance
The heater shall be operated at an ambient temperature of 180°C. Article 3.4 of JB/T6025.3 conducts a high-temperature test. After the test, its performance should still comply with the provisions of Article 4.3 of this standard. Before and after the test, the cold resistance value is allowed to change ±0.050.4.6 Low current resistance performance ||tt| |The heater shall be subjected to a low-temperature test in accordance with Article 3.5 of JB/T6025.3 at an ambient temperature of -40°C. After the test, its performance shall still comply with the provisions of Articles 4.2 and 4.3. After the risk test and the test, its performance shall The peak current is allowed to change ±10% compared with that before the test. 4.7 Anti-alarm test
Mechanical and Electrical Industry Ministry approved 2 on 1992-05-28
Implemented on 1993-01-01
JB/T6025.2-92
The heater shall undergo a vibration test in accordance with Article 3.6 of JB/T6025.3. After the test, the heater shall have no deformation or damage, and its performance shall still comply with the provisions of Articles 4.2 and 4.3.
4.8 Durability performance
The heater shall undergo durability testing in accordance with Article 3.7 of JB/T6025.3. After the test, its performance shall still comply with the provisions of Article 4.3. The peak current is compared with that before the test. The allowed variation is ±10%. 4.9 Anti-salt chip performance
The heater shall undergo a 96-hour salt spray test in accordance with Article 3.8 of JB/T6025.3. After the test, its performance shall still comply with the provisions of Article 4.3 5 Inspection Rules
5.1 Factory Inspection
5.1.1 Only after the product has passed the inspection by the quality inspection department and is accompanied by a product certification certificate can it leave the factory. 5.1.2 Factory inspection items include the recognition time characteristics of 12 seconds after power on in Article 4.1.4.2 and Article 4.3. 5.2 Continuous batch remote batch inspection
5.2.1 Batch quality products must be inspected by the factory quality inspection department. Based on the batch N, batch-by-batch inspection shall be carried out according to the GB2828 normal sampling plan. 5.2.2 The test pieces inspected batch by batch are divided into two groups. The test content of each group is as follows: Group 1: Appearance quality, cold resistance, temperature and time resistance, overvoltage performance (inspection according to job order). Group 2: short-term overvoltage performance.
5.2.3 The classification, inspection level and unqualified quality level of unqualified products inspected batch by batch are as shown in Table 1: Table 1
